In order to ensure that the two telescopic devices 4 run consistently when inclining, so that one surface of each telescopic device is prevented from generating large torsion, the telescopic devices 4 are cylinders, displacement sensors 11 are arranged in the two cylinders, the two cylinders are communicated with a reversing proportional valve 12, and the reversing proportional valve 12 is communicated with an air compressor 13.
