The leg exercising device for preventing the lower limb venous thrombosis of the elderly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting device comprises a mounting rack and a slide rail suspended on the mounting rack, the bottom plate is vertically and slidably mounted on the slide rail, the mounting rack is provided with a motor and a winding roller in transmission connection with the motor, the winding roller is wound with a pull rope, and one end of the pull rope is connected with the bottom plate.

The leg exercising device for preventing venous thrombosis of lower limbs of the elderly as claimed in claim 6, wherein the base plate comprises a slide plate and a tilt plate hinged to the slide plate at one end, the slide plate is slidably mounted on the slide rail, the tilt plate is rotatable around the slide plate to adjust the tilt angle of the tilt plate, and the pedal plate is parallel to the tilt plate.

A leg exercise method for old people to prevent venous thrombosis of lower limbs, comprising: the feet are placed on the pedal and are penetrated by the rubber sleeve; the lower limbs are extended, and the lifting device is controlled to push the foot moving device to drive the feet to lift; and controlling the first thrust device and the second thrust device to push the pedal plate to turn.
10. The leg exercise method for prevention of venous thrombosis of lower limbs for elderly people according to claim 9, further comprising: and the fourth thrust device is controlled to push the foot sleeve to enter and exit the groove.
