the upper scraping plate assembly is fixedly arranged at a feces inlet outside the shell and is used for scraping feces on the safety shielding assembly onto the feces-urine separation assembly;
the bottom plate component is arranged on the excrement processor;
the housing is disposed on a fecal processor by means of the floor assembly;
the periphery of the lower part of the shell is provided with a mounting bracket which is movably connected with the bottom plate component so as to realize the adjustment of the integral height of the device on the fecal treatment device;
the floor assembly and the housing are capable of covering a top area of the faecal collector;
the driving control component can control the safety shielding component to open or close the shielding of the excrement inlet;
the drive control assembly can control the excrement and urine separation assembly to discharge excrement and urine into the excrement processor and the urine collecting and treating system respectively;
the drive control assembly includes: the motor, the motor bracket, the gear and the rack;
further comprising: a foam producing assembly;
the foam production assembly comprises: a foam maker and a foam transfer pipe;
the safety shielding assembly comprises: the safety shielding cover plate, the two linear sliding blocks, the two linear sliding rails and the linear sliding rail bracket are arranged on the base;
the upper flight assembly includes: the upper scraper, the upper scraper press plate and the upper scraper bracket;
the upper scraper is fixed on the upper scraper bracket through the upper scraper pressing plate;
the upper scraper plate bracket is fixed on one side of the excrement inlet;
the length of the upper scraper can completely cover the width of the safety shielding cover plate;
the bottom plate assembly is a plate-shaped structure body with a window in the middle;
the size of the window is matched with the lower part of the shell;
a lower portion of the housing is capable of passing through the window;
the periphery of the window is provided with an integrally formed enclosure;
the enclosure is used for enclosing the periphery of the lower part of the shell;
the bottom plate component is provided with a screw, an exhaust sterilization port, a corrugated pipe hoop and a threaded hole;

the lower scraping plate mechanism comprises: lower scraper, lower scraper pressing plate and lower scraper support
The lower scraper support is arranged below the safety shielding cover plate and is fixedly connected with the safety shielding cover plate;
the lower scraper is fixedly arranged on the lower scraper bracket by virtue of the lower scraper pressing plate;
the length of the lower scraper can completely cover the width of the excrement receiving plate;
two ends of the excrement receiving plate are respectively provided with an excrement dropping port and a urine outlet;
when the safe shielding cover plate closes the excrement inlet, the lower scraping plate can be synchronously driven to scrape excrement on the excrement receiving plate to the excrement dropping port and drop into the excrement processor;
when the excrement inlet is opened by the safety shielding cover plate, the lower scraping plate can be synchronously driven to slide towards the urine outlet end;
the safety barrier assembly further comprises: a proximity switch and a proximity switch bracket;
the proximity switch is arranged on the proximity switch bracket;
the proximity switch bracket is arranged at the front end and the rear end of the outside of the shell at the opposite side of the rack; a urine discharge pipe is welded outside the urine outlet;
the head part of the urinary catheter is provided with a urinary catheter cleaning component;
flow-letting grooves are convexly formed in the shell on two sides of the rear end of the excrement receiving plate, and urine can enter the urine discharge pipe through the flow-letting grooves;
the foam liquid adopted by the foam making machine is high-density aromatic foam liquid;
the primary spraying amount of the foam maker is 1-6000 ml;
the rack drives the safety shielding cover plate and the lower scraping plate mechanism to slide for 1-5 s;
the height range of the sliding space gap required by the safety shielding cover plate on the shell is 1-5 mm;
the width of the excrement dropping port is 50-250 mm;
the induction range of the proximity switch can be set to be 1-15 mm;
the inclination of the urination pipe is set to be 1-5 degrees;
the urinary catheter cleaning assembly comprises: a cleaning machine and a cleaning conveying pipeline;
the cleaning machine is connected with the cleaning conveying pipeline;
the cleaning machine and the cleaning conveying pipeline are arranged outside the shell;
a urine cleaning port is formed in the head of the urinary catheter, and the urinary catheter is cleaned through the urine cleaning port;
the clean delivery pipe can be secured to the floor assembly by means of the bellows clamp;
the one-time spraying amount of the cleaning machine is 1-2000 ml;
the safety shielding cover plate is inclined at 1-5 degrees;
the excrement receiving plate is straight plate-shaped, the front end of the excrement receiving plate is inclined by 1-5 degrees, the left side and the right side of the excrement receiving plate are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell, and the rear end of the excrement receiving plate is inclined by 1-90 degrees and is close to one side of the urinary catheter.

the motor is connected with the motor bracket through a bolt;
the motor is fixed outside the shell through the motor bracket;
the motor can control the gear to rotate;
the gear is in meshed transmission with the rack.
3. A manure separation system according to claim 2,
the safety shielding cover plate is positioned below the excrement inlet in the shell;
the left side and the right side of the safety shielding cover plate are respectively and tightly connected with the upper parts of the two linear sliding blocks, so that urine falling onto the two linear sliding blocks cannot overflow from the two sides;
the two linear sliding blocks are respectively connected to the two linear sliding rails through clamping grooves;
the two linear slide rails are arranged on the left side and the right side of the outer part of the shell;
the two linear slide rails are connected with the linear slide rail bracket through bolts;
the two linear slide rails are fixed on the shell through the linear slide rail brackets;
the rack is connected with the linear sliding block by means of a rack supporting frame;
the motor can control the safe shielding cover plate to open or close through the rack transmission to shield the excrement inlet.
4. A manure separation system according to claim 1 wherein,
the foam maker is connected with the foam conveying pipeline;
the foam maker and the foam conveying pipeline are arranged outside the shell;
the shell is provided with a jet orifice;
the foam conveying pipeline conveys foam from a foam maker to the excrement connecting plate in the shell through the jet opening;
the foam conveying line can be fixed to the base plate assembly by means of the bellows clamp.
5. A manure separation system according to claim 1 wherein,
the shell is also provided with a control component connected with the drive control component, the foam manufacturing component and the urinary catheter cleaning component;
the control assembly includes: the human body induction sensor, the switch piece, the controller and the power supply;
the switch element is a relay;
the controller is capable of controlling the drive control assembly, the foam producing assembly and the urinary catheter cleaning assembly by means of the switch member, respectively;
the human body induction sensor is connected with the controller;
the controller includes: the system comprises a display device for displaying an operation interface, an input device operated by the display device, and a control host which stores acceptable and output signals of a set program;
the controller is also connected with the proximity switch and controls the sliding distance of the rack through the motor;
the controller is also connected with a remote server of the intelligent toilet and can send the working state information to the remote server for displaying to maintenance personnel.
