Referring to fig. 1-4, the material cleaning mechanism is connected with the gear ring 14 and used for driving the sealing plates 39 to open and close, the cleaning mechanism is provided with two groups, the two groups of cleaning mechanisms are respectively used for driving the sealing plates 39 at the bottoms of the two feeding troughs 4 to open and close, the material cleaning mechanism comprises a transmission screw 20 arranged on the outer wall of the house body 1, a connecting plate 22 in threaded sleeve connection with the outside of the transmission screw 20 and a transmission gear 43 fixed at the bottom of the transmission screw 20, the transmission gear 43 is meshed with the outer ring of the gear ring 41, the outer wall of the house body 1 is provided with a connecting groove 29, the material cleaning mechanism further comprises a connecting rod 31 hinged at the bottom surface of the sealing plate 39 and a movable plate 30 hinged at the other end of the connecting rod 31, one end of the connecting plate 22 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the movable plate 30 through the connecting groove 29, the material cleaning mechanism can be arranged to drive the sealing plate 39 to rotate while cleaning the feces on the bottom plate, and further clean the residues in the feeding troughs 4, the breeding of germs in the food groove is avoided;
the connecting groove 29 is internally fixed with a limiting column which is arranged in parallel with the transmission screw rod 20, a through hole which is matched with the limiting column is formed in the connecting plate 22, the limiting column is movably sleeved in the through hole, the connecting plate 22 is more stable to move along the length direction of the transmission screw rod 20 due to the arrangement of the limiting column, and the length of the fixing plate 30 is greater than that of the connecting groove 29, so that the connecting groove 29 can be sealed.
The working principle is as follows: during cleaning, the poultry bred in the house is driven out, then the telescopic piece 5 is started to extend, so that the mounting plate 21 is driven to descend, the abutting plate 6 descends after the mounting plate 21 descends, the movable rack 24 is pushed to one side close to the house body 1 after the abutting plate 6 descends, the movable rack 24 drives the rotating shaft 25 to rotate forwards, the rotating shaft 25 drives the gear ring 41 to rotate forwards, the gear ring 41 rotates to drive the fixing rods 33 to rotate forwards for 180 degrees, so that the partition plates 12 fixed on the fixing rods 33 are turned upwards for 180 degrees, the top surfaces and the bottom surfaces of the partition plates 12 are reversed, the excrement on the top surfaces of the partition plates 12 can fall into the collecting area under the action of gravity, and meanwhile, the top surfaces of the turned partition plates 12 are also abutted to the top surfaces of the scraping plates 13;
after the gear ring 41 rotates forwards, the transmission gear 43 is driven to rotate at the same time, so that the transmission screw 20 rotates forwards, the transmission screw 20 rotates forwards to drive the connecting plate 22 to descend, so that the movable plate 30 moves downwards, finally, the partition plate 39 is opened while the partition plate 12 turns upwards, and residues in the trough 4 fall down;
after the partition board 12 is turned over by 180 degrees, one end of the movable rack 24 slides across the inclined plane of the abutting board 6 to abut against the side face of the abutting board 6, at the moment, the abutting board 6 continues to descend to enable the fixed rack 7 to be meshed with the fixed gear 9, so that the driving screw 11 can be started to rotate forward while the abutting board 6 descends, the driving screw 11 drives the movable board 10 to move towards the position close to the house body 1 after rotating forward, the linkage rack 17 is utilized to drive the connecting gear 6 to rotate, the connecting pipe 15 is finally driven to rotate, the scraping plate 13 can scrape excrement adhered to the top face of the partition board 12 after the partition board 12 is turned over by 180 degrees, and the connecting pipe 15 drives the material pushing plate 40 to rotate after rotating, so that the excrement falling on the inner wall of the bottom of the house body 1 can be scraped towards the discharge hole;
meanwhile, the mounting plate 21 descends and simultaneously drives the piston plate 32 to descend, so that the piston plate 38 is driven to descend, the interior of the piston cylinder 37 is pressed into the water tank 8, the pressure in the water tank 8 is increased, so that the cleaning liquid can be input into the connecting pipe 15 through the water conveying pipe 18, finally the cleaning liquid enters the scraper 13 and is sprayed out of the water outlet hole 28 to the bottom surface of the partition plate 12, and therefore stains on the top surface of the partition plate 12 can be further cleaned;
after cleaning, the telescopic member 5 is contracted to drive the mounting plate 21 to move upwards, so that the moving plate 10 is firstly driven to move back to the initial position, then the moving rack 24 starts to contact with the bottom surface of the abutting plate 6 again, and gradually moves towards the side far away from the housing body 1 along with the upward movement of the abutting plate 6, finally the partition plate 12 is turned back again, and the sealing plate 39 is also abutted against the bottom surface of the feeding trough 4 again to seal the opening at the bottom of the feeding trough.

and the material cleaning mechanism is connected with the gear ring and is used for driving the sealing plate to open and close.
