Description

Antigravity power generation device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of energy, in particular to an antigravity power generation device.
Background
At present, the approaches to obtain energy are mainly fossil polluting the environment such as: coal, oil, natural gas, etc.; cleaning such as hydroelectric power generation, wind power generation, solar energy and the like; atomic energy, such as nuclear power. Fossil energy is a main energy in the state of China, is also a main energy which destroys the environment, causes war due to resources, and is the chief culprit of social fluctuation, and the resources are exhausted and can not be sustained. The cleanness has no influence on the environment, but the manufacturing cost is high, and the people eat the food by the weather are restricted by a plurality of factors. Nuclear power is a good energy source, but nuclear leakage is more catastrophic to humans.
The gravity power generation technology is a little known power generation technology. In 1996, german scientists first proposed gravity power generation, after which scientists began research and exploration of gravity power generation. In 1997, scientists in the united states performed road tests on a gravity generator using the gravity of cars to generate electricity, but stopped using it in 1999 due to some technical drawbacks. During this period, scientists have proposed or invented generators for generating electricity by utilizing gravity in different ways, but the effect is not good, and the failure is ended. In 12 months 2012, the designers of london, england, martin reed fof and gim riches invented a practical gravity light. This is the gravity generator which has the most practical significance and the least technical defects and is invented and manufactured in the 1999. "gravity light" (GravityLight). As the name implies, it relies on gravity to generate electricity. When a heavy object hung on the lamp body falls, it pulls a rope at the center of the lamp, thereby starting the generator. The generator converts the energy generated by the falling weight into the power of the lamp. The existing gravity power generation technology comprises; 1. pedal type gravity power generation: the pressure of an object on the pedal is utilized to carry out a series of gear transmission, and finally, the coil rotates to realize power generation, and the working principle is similar to that of a pressing flashlight. 2. Generating power by the gravity of the automobile: the movable plate is connected with the transmission rod. The movable plate is rolled when the automobile passes by, the automobile gravity is used for generating electricity, the electricity generation is similar to the pedal type gravity, but the generated energy and the engineering quantity are far greater than those of the pedal type gravity. 3. Hanging a heavy object: after the heavy object is hung, the heavy object slowly descends to drive the coil in the machine body to rotate, so that power is generated. It can be seen that the existing gravity power generation technology exists only in the small scale operation stage.
Therefore, the research on the gravity power generation technology has important significance for solving the serious atmospheric environmental pollution problem and resource exhaustion problem in the world today.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an antigravity power generation device, which aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and realize the purpose of generating power by a high-power generator by fully utilizing the gravity.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an antigravity power generation device comprises a permanent magnet power generation device,
the device also comprises a counterweight body, a main shaft fixedly connected with the counterweight body, an output shaft rotationally matched with the main shaft, a driven outer wheel and a driven inner wheel which are mutually connected, and a traction device for driving the driven outer wheel to rotate; the spindle penetrates through the driven inner wheel;
the gravity converter is used for converting the gravity of a counterweight body acting on the main shaft into compensation power for self rotation;
the output end of the gravity converter is fixedly connected with the output shaft, and the output shaft is used for providing power for the permanent magnet power generation device.
The invention provides an antigravity power generation device, which aims at the problem that the gravity power generation technology in the prior art only stays in a small-scale application stage, wherein a counterweight body is fixedly connected with a spindle, so the gravity borne by the counterweight body directly acts on the spindle, the spindle penetrates through a driven inner wheel, so the gravity of the counterweight body directly acts on the driven inner wheel, the gravity is converted into the compensation power of the gravity converter by a gravity converter between the driven inner wheel and the spindle, and the compensation power is used for driving the gravity converter to rotate so as to drive an output shaft to rotate. The permanent magnet power generation device in the device adopts the prior art, the input end of the permanent magnet power generation device is driven by the output shaft to rotate to generate power, and the output shaft is connected with the output end of the gravity converter.
This application is at specific during operation, provides initial power, the driven foreign steamer of drive by draw gear and rotates, drives driven interior wheel by driven foreign steamer and rotates, and the gravity potential energy of the rethread gravity converter with the counterweight body converts gravity converter self into and rotates required kinetic energy to guarantee that driven foreign steamer, driven interior wheel and gravity converter are whole to be rotated, drive by the output of gravity converter again the output shaft to for permanent magnet generator provides power, make permanent magnet generator's input shaft rotate and generate electricity.
It should be noted that in the present application, in order to achieve efficient power generation, the output power of the traction device is necessarily smaller than the output power of the output end of the gravity converter, but in the present application, if the gravity converter is not provided, because the gravity of the counterweight body is larger, that is, the driven inner wheel is subjected to a great vertical downward pressure, a low-power traction device will be difficult to drive the driven outer wheel and the driven inner wheel to effectively and stably rotate; this application just overcomes this defect through the gravity converter, utilizes the gravity converter, converts the gravity of balancing weight into drive gravity converter pivoted power to this steady rotation of guaranteeing gravity converter self, thereby drives the effective and stable realization rotation of driven foreign steamer, rotates the in-process at this and drives the output shaft and rotate. It can be seen that the gravity converter in the application has the function of converting kinetic potential energy into kinetic energy to compensate the output of the low-power traction device, so that the whole system can be driven to operate through the traction of the low-power traction device.
Specifically, the gravity converter comprises a shaft sleeve which is rotationally matched outside the main shaft, a plurality of ratchet wheels which are fixed outside the shaft sleeve, and racks which correspond to the ratchet wheels one by one; the rack end is fixed to the inner diameter end of the driven inner wheel; the shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with the output shaft; when the rack rotates to the vertical direction along with the driven inner wheel, the rack and the corresponding ratchet wheel do relative linear motion and rotation.
In the scheme, the spindle sleeve is sleeved outside the spindle, the spindle sleeve is sleeved outside a plurality of ratchet wheels, the spindle is in running fit with each ratchet wheel through the spindle sleeve, and the ratchet wheels can drive the spindle sleeve to rotate around the spindle without causing interference to the spindle; the gear matched with the ratchet wheel is relatively fixed with the driven wheel, and the gravity acting on the main shaft can be transmitted to the shaft sleeve and the ratchet wheel.
When a certain rack rotates to the vertical direction along with the driven inner wheel, the axial direction of the rack is consistent with the gravity direction, and at the moment, a ratchet wheel corresponding to the rack has a downward falling trend under the action of gravity, so that the driven inner wheel is driven to move downwards relative to the driven outer wheel, a gap between the driven inner wheel and the driven outer wheel is changed (namely, the bottom gap is narrowed, and the top gap is widened), and the ratchet wheel does linear motion relative to the rack in the process, so that the rack is driven to rotate, and then the rack compensates the rotation of the driven inner wheel and the driven outer wheel, so that the problem that the rotation is difficult to drive by only relying on a traction device is solved; in the process of relative linear motion between the rack and the corresponding ratchet wheel, the rack rotates, so that the ratchet wheel is also driven by the rack to rotate, namely the rack and the corresponding ratchet wheel rotate relatively at the same time, the shaft sleeve is driven to rotate outside the main shaft through the rotation of the ratchet wheel, and finally the shaft sleeve drives the output shaft to rotate, so that the purpose of converting the gravitational potential energy of the counterweight body into the kinetic energy of the output shaft is realized.
Furthermore, the racks are located on two opposite inner walls of the toothed frame, and the ratchet wheel is located inside the toothed frame.
The rack is positioned on two opposite inner walls of the rack frame, and the same rack frame can be utilized to drive the same ratchet wheel to rotate twice in one period of 360-degree rotation of the driven inner wheel, so that the driving efficiency of the gravity converter is improved, the space is saved, and the whole power generation structure is more compact.
Preferably, the racks are arranged on two long sides of the gear frame so as to increase the stroke and the gravity work.
Further, the ratchet wheel is a tooth-missing ratchet wheel; along the rotation direction of the driven inner wheel, a plurality of ratchet wheels are meshed with the corresponding racks in sequence.
The toothless ratchet wheel is a ratchet wheel with teeth only partially along the circumferential direction, and the ratchet wheel has unidirectionality, so that the scheme limits that a plurality of ratchet wheels are sequentially meshed with the corresponding racks along with the rotation of the driven inner wheel, so that under the traction of the traction device, the plurality of racks can sequentially relay to drive the shaft sleeve to rotate for a certain angle, and after the driven inner wheel rotates for a circle, the shaft sleeve also rotates for a circle along with the shaft sleeve, thereby realizing the purpose of stably and reliably outputting power generation.
Furthermore, a plurality of annular elastic resetting pieces which are uniformly distributed are connected between the driven outer wheel and the driven inner wheel. This application is at the during operation, and the continuous downstream is held down in the pressure of gravity certainly to the driven interior wheel, consequently sets up a plurality of elastic component that reset between driven outer wheel and the driven interior wheel to guarantee that it can reset to suitable position automatically. It should be noted that, in the process of downward movement of the driven inner wheel relative to the driven outer wheel, part of gravitational potential energy of the driven inner wheel is converted into elastic potential energy of each reset elastic piece, and then the ratchet wheel can be automatically released after the stroke of the ratchet wheel on the corresponding rack is completed; the elastic potential energy stored in each reset elastic part and the reset position of the driven inner wheel each time are not fixed and invariable, but are determined by the device according to the height of the current driven inner wheel, the meshing condition of each ratchet wheel and the corresponding rack and other comprehensive factors, and the device has strong adaptability in the operation process of the whole system, does not need manual interference, and can realize automatic balance in the operation process.
Furthermore, the counterweight body is positioned on a counterweight support frame, and the counterweight support frame transmits the gravity and the pressure borne by the counterweight support frame to the main shaft. This scheme realizes gravity conduction through the counter weight support.
The upper end and the lower end of the counterweight support frame are in sliding fit with the sliding bearing along the longitudinal direction, and the sliding bearing is fixed relative to the earth. The two lower ends of the counterweight support are in sliding fit with the sliding bearings, so that the counterweight support is in an approximately suspended state, and the gravity of the counterweight block on the counterweight support is ensured to be completely acted on the main shaft; and the self-adaptability of the balancing weight and the balancing weight bracket is ensured in the process that the main shaft moves up and down along with the driven inner wheel.
Furthermore, a plurality of buffer springs are arranged between the sliding bearing and the counterweight body, and the buffer springs are used for playing a role in buffering and damping the up-and-down shaking of the counterweight block and the counterweight support.
Furthermore, draw gear include traction motor, with the traction drive wheel that the output of traction motor links to each other, draw the radial contact of drive wheel and driven foreign steamer, and draw the drive wheel and be located driven foreign steamer below.
Utilize traction motor to do the drive in this scheme and pull the action wheel and rotate, drive driven foreign steamer by pulling the action wheel and rotate. Preferably, draw and rely on rolling friction to realize the transmission between action wheel and the driven foreign steamer to guarantee when the balancing weight quality is very big, also can realize the normal work of this device through the traction motor of miniwatt, in case traction motor drives driven foreign steamer and begins to rotate, the gravity of balancing weight just so can begin immediately to provide the compensation, finally guarantees the steady rotation of output shaft.
Further, a speed change mechanism for increasing the rotating speed is arranged between the output shaft and the input shaft of the permanent magnet power generation device.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. the antigravity power generation device utilizes the advantage that gravity has fixed directivity and is constant, so that the rack connected with the driven inner wheel pushes the ratchet wheel to rotate under the action of the gravity of an object, the high-efficiency operation of an antigravity power system is realized, the power generated by the rotation of the output shaft of the gravity converter is transmitted to the high-power generator to generate power, and the conversion from the antigravity to electric energy is realized.
2. The antigravity power generation device disclosed by the invention adopts a reverse thinking design idea, can have larger output on the premise of smaller volume, reduces the energy consumption compared with the existing gravity power generation technology, and reduces the failure rate due to less equipment.
3. The antigravity power generation device has strong use advantages in new energy power generation, ships, mobile platforms and fixed high-energy-consumption equipment application.

The counterweight body 2 is positioned on a counterweight support frame 12, and the counterweight support frame 12 transmits the gravity and the pressure to the main shaft 3. The upper end and the lower end of the counterweight support frame 12 are in sliding fit with the sliding bearing 14 along the longitudinal direction, and the sliding bearing 14 is fixed relative to the earth. A plurality of buffer springs 13 are arranged between the sliding bearing 14 at the upper end of the counterweight support frame 12 and the counterweight body 2.
The traction device comprises a traction motor 18 and a traction driving wheel 15 connected with the output end of the traction motor 18, wherein the traction driving wheel 15 is in radial contact with the driven outer wheel 5, and the traction driving wheel 15 is positioned below the driven outer wheel 5.

In the embodiment, when the traction motor 18 provides initial power to drive the driven outer wheel to rotate, the driven outer wheel drives the driven inner wheel to rotate, when a certain rack rotates to the vertical direction along with the driven inner wheel, the axial direction of the rack is consistent with the gravity direction, and at the moment, a ratchet wheel corresponding to the rack inevitably has a downward falling trend under the action of gravity, so that the driven inner wheel is driven to move downwards relative to the driven outer wheel, a gap between the driven inner wheel and the driven outer wheel is changed (namely, a bottom gap is narrowed, and a top gap is widened), and the ratchet wheel linearly moves relative to the rack in the process, so that the rack is driven to rotate, and the rack compensates the rotation of the driven inner wheel and the driven outer wheel; in the process of relative linear motion between the rack and the corresponding ratchet wheel, the rack rotates, so that the ratchet wheel is also driven by the rack to rotate, namely the rack and the corresponding ratchet wheel rotate relatively at the same time, the shaft sleeve is driven to rotate outside the main shaft through the rotation of the ratchet wheel, finally the shaft sleeve drives the output shaft to rotate, the output shaft drives the speed change mechanism 16 to act, the speed change mechanism 16 increases the rotating speed and then inputs power to the permanent magnet power generation device, and power is generated through the rotation of the input shaft of the permanent magnet power generation device.

Example 3:
in this embodiment, on the basis of embodiment 2, the antigravity power generation device of the present application is verified:
the known gravitational potential energy Ep is mgh (Ep is gravitational potential energy, m is mass, g is acceleration of gravity, and h is height of the object from the reference plane).
In this example, 8 driven outer wheels having an outer diameter of 1m and 8 driven inner wheels having an outer diameter of 0.8m were used, and the mass of the weight body was 2000 kg. The vertical travel distance of the gravity converter between the driven inner wheel and the driven outer wheel under the action of the counterweight body is set to be 5cm (namely, the single ratchet wheel has the maximum unidirectional movement distance of 5cm on the corresponding rack).
It can be seen that the driven inner wheel and the driven outer wheel rotate one 360 ° and the total stroke of all gravity converters is 8 × 5cm to 40 cm. The rotational speed of the driven inner wheel and the driven outer wheel is 500 revolutions per minute, i.e. 8.3 revolutions per second. Thus for the whole of all gravity transducers the stroke in one second is 8.3 x 40cm equals 3.32 meters.
The above actions can be equivalent to the gravity of an object with the mass of 2000kg to do work at the height of 3.32 m, and the gravitational potential energy is 2000 multiplied by 9.8 multiplied by 3.32, 65072 joule, 65 kilowatt, 81.25 horsepower, 6093.75 kilogram m/s.
The drive power required to obtain a 65 kilowatt output is then calculated:
a 2000kg mass of the object divided by 65 kg m/s is equal to about 30 horsepower.
Because 1KW is equal to 1.25 horsepower, the division of 30 horsepower by 1.25 horsepower/KW is equal to 24KW, it can show that said equipment can use the traction motor with 24KW output to drive 2000kg counterweight body, and can utilize its gravity to convert it into 65 KW output.
Further, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the greater the output power if the stroke and speed of the ratchet wheel in each gravity converter is greater.
