本发明公开了一种汽车线束防护用耐磨损防护套,包括耐磨层、编织管层、开口金属条和弹性导座下座,所述耐磨层内部设置有编织管层,且编织管层内部设置有编织管,气垫上端连接在橡胶层外侧,弹性导座下座和弹性导座上座中间连接有弹簧,弹性导座上座连接在橡胶层上,且橡胶层内部设置有透气孔,橡胶层内部设置有夹槽,开口金属条上端连接固定圆点,耐磨层外侧设置有连接块,且连接块外侧设置有绝缘块,绝缘块外侧设置防水橡胶套,耐磨层上设置有耐磨层伸缩口,增加了表面受力点,并且可以进行伸缩,在透气层内设置气垫,可以帮助支撑橡胶层,使得橡胶层更贴合线束,固定开关方便开合,在线束需要维修的时候,方便打开,促进电力行业的发展。

本发明涉及线束防护套技术领域,具体为一种汽车线束防护用耐磨损防护套。
背景技术
线束为一定负载源组提供服务设备的总体,如中继线路、交换装置、控制系统等,随着科技的发展,很多电器设备,如发动机、发电机、各种传感器、空调设备等等,需要线束进行传导,其中一种为汽车线束,汽车线束在使用过程中可能会发生磨损,发生漏电和接触不良等风险。
在现有技术中,而现有的汽车线束防护用耐磨损防护套,只会配置防护套,不方便安装,不能增加线束使用寿命,没有绝缘功能等。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于克服现有的甘薯发酵装置只会配置防护套,不方便安装,不能增加线束使用寿命,没有绝缘功能的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车线束防护用耐磨损防护套,包括耐磨层、编织管层、开口金属条和弹性导座下座,所述耐磨层内部设置有编织管层,且编织管层内部设置有编织管,编织管层内部设置有透气层,且透气层内部设置有气垫,气垫下部安装有气垫底座,且气垫底座下端连接在编织管层内侧,气垫上端连接在橡胶层外侧,弹性导座下座和弹性导座上座中间连接有弹簧,弹性导座上座连接在橡胶层上,且橡胶层内部设置有透气孔,橡胶层内部设置有夹槽,开口金属条上端连接固定圆点,且固定圆点上部安装有固定端口,固定端口上端设置有固定开关,透气层内部下端右侧设置有合页金属条,且合页金属条下端设置有合页,合页下端设置有合页连接板,耐磨层外侧设置有连接块,且连接块外侧设置有绝缘块,绝缘块外侧设置防水橡胶套,耐磨层上设置有耐磨层伸缩口,夹槽内部设置电线。
优选的,所述耐磨层内部设置有编织管层,且编织管层内部设置有编织管,耐磨层上设置有耐磨层伸缩口,耐磨层为柔性防水材质,厚度为0.2mm,编织管为碳纤维材质编织网结构。
优选的,所述透气层与橡胶层连接出设置有透气孔,透气层内部设置有气垫,气垫为内部设置有弹性纤维,并且气垫下部安装有气垫底座,气垫底座安装在透气层内壁上,气垫底座塑胶材质。
优选的,所述弹性导座下座和弹性导座上座中间连接有弹簧,弹性导座下座为橡胶材质,且弹性导座下座内部上端设置有不锈钢连接槽,弹性导座上座为橡胶材质,且弹性导座上座内部下端设置有不锈钢连接槽。
优选的,所述橡胶层内部设置有夹槽,夹槽左侧上端设置有开口金属条,开口金属条连接在橡胶层、透气层、编织管层和耐磨层的横截面上。
优选的,所述绝缘块外侧设置防水橡胶套,绝缘块为绝缘塑料材质的圆筒形结构,防水橡胶套前端设置有凹形槽,并在凹形槽接口处设计广口形连接口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该汽车线束防护用耐磨损防护套,结构设置合理,耐磨层上设置有耐磨层伸缩口,增加了表面受力点,并且可以进行伸缩,在透气层内设置气垫,可以帮助支撑橡胶层,使得橡胶层更贴合线束,固定开关方便开合,在线束需要维修的时候,方便打开,促进电力行业的发展。

工作原理:在使用该汽车线束防护用耐磨损防护套时,打开固定开关14,固定端口13上的固定圆点12打开,固定圆点12控制开口金属条11打开,同时右下端合页16也处于打开状况,将电线20放入夹槽19,关闭固定开关14,线束处于夹槽19之中,橡胶层18包裹在电线20外围,橡胶层18上的透气孔5起到透气的作用,透气层4中的弹簧8和气垫7可以起到固定和减震的作用,透气层4外侧设置的编织管层2可以起到耐磨损和抗压的效果,利用绝缘块22将防水橡胶套23进行固定,这就是该汽车线束防护用耐磨损防护套工作的整个过程。
