Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a microbial preparation for treating black and odorous water and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of society and economy, in the process of industrialization and urbanization, a large amount of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater is discharged into flowing or static water bodies such as lakes and rivers in cities, so that the water body is seriously polluted to form black and odorous water body. Because of factors influences such as atmospheric sedimentation, surface runoff and rainwater sewage which are not completely shunted, pollutants can be continuously collected into water bodies of rivers and lakes, and in the pollution invasion and water self-purification processes, when excessive pollutants exceed the self-purification capacity of natural water bodies, the pollutants can be collected into bottom mud of the water bodies, so that the adsorption effect of the bottom mud of the water bodies is formed, and the polluted bottom mud is generated.
The black and odorous water polluted bottom sediment continuously releases polluted organic matters, nutritive salts and volatile malodorous gases to the upper water layer in the water body through the release effect of the bottom sediment, thereby aggravating the water body pollution. Therefore, the bottom sludge needs to be repaired in situ, the bottom sludge treatment microbial agent which can be sunk into the water bottom and slowly released is adopted, the capability of decomposing the pollutants of the bottom sludge by the composite microorganisms at the junction of the bottom sludge and the overlying water is enhanced, the pollutants of the black and odorous bottom sludge are prevented from being released to the upper water body, the organic bottom sludge is reduced at the same time, and the self-cleaning capability of the water body is improved. Because the overall dredging cost of the water body is too high, the construction quantity is large, and the water body is difficult to frequently adopt, the treatment means of the surface water body generally acts on the bottom mud of the black and odorous water body. The aeration and oxygenation of the water body are difficult to directly act on bottom sediment, the microbial inoculum for water body treatment in the current market is mostly liquid preparation or powder, the loss amount of functional microorganisms is large due to the flowing of the water body and the suspension characteristic of the microorganisms, and the rest microbial inoculum is difficult to act on the black and odorous water body polluted bottom sediment.
Therefore, a microbial preparation for treating black and odorous water and a preparation method thereof are provided.

Referring to fig. 6, the filter includes a filter screen 1, two brackets 2, two vibration assemblies 3 and a collecting tank 4, the filter screen 1 is fixedly connected to the two brackets 2 and is located on the two brackets 2, the two vibration assemblies 3 are respectively disposed on the bracket 2 near one side of the filter screen 1, and the collecting tank 4 is disposed at the bottom of the filter screen 1.
In this embodiment, the assembly provides the installation conditions for the filter screen 1 and the vibration assembly 3, the vibration assembly 3 makes the filter screen 1 vibrate and filter the semi-finished product particles, and the collection tank 4 is used for recovering and storing the semi-finished product particles passing through the filter screen 1.
Vibrations subassembly 3 includes motor 5 and eccentric wheel 6, motor 5 with 2 fixed connection of support, and be located and be close to filter screen 1 one side, eccentric wheel 6 with 5 output end fixed connection of motor, and be located and be close to filter screen 1 one side.
In this embodiment, 5 circular telegrams of motor output end drives eccentric wheel 6 rotates, through eccentric wheel 6 ceaselessly with filter screen 1 collides, thereby makes filter screen 1 carries out the vibrations of high frequency and filters semi-manufactured goods granule.
The collecting tank 4 comprises a tank body 7 and a pulley 8, wherein the pulley 8 is rotatably connected with the tank body 7 and is positioned at the bottom of the tank body 7.
In this embodiment, the tank 7 is used for collecting the semi-finished product particles passing through the filter screen 1, and the pulley 8 is arranged to facilitate the moving and recycling of the tank 7.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
