Abstract
本发明涉及洗涤剂领域,本发明公开了一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物,包括:阴离子表面活性剂0‑10%,阳离子表面活性剂0‑10%,非离子表面活性剂0‑5%,酶制剂0‑1%,增稠剂0‑3%,螯合剂0‑3%,功效助剂0‑3%,植物提取物0‑1%,香精0‑1%,其余为水。本发明采用带聚氧乙烯链的阴离子表面活性剂与阳离子表面活性剂复配,可减弱阴阳离子之间的相互作用,避免发生配方兼容性差、难配伍的问题。同时严格控制三类表面活性剂的配比及每一类表面活性剂的组成及比例,可确保抑菌的同时不影响去污能力和稳定性。本发明以三丁基季鏻盐为主要杀菌剂,并辅以其他表面活性剂,提升产品的稳定性、抑菌性、去污能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤剂领域,尤其涉及一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物。
背景技术
随着经济水平的提升,人们对生活质量的追求也逐渐提高。在衣物洗涤方面,洗衣粉市场规模逐步放缓,洗衣液发展势头明显。洗涤剂的去污洁净能力已不能满足现代人对品质生活的追求,因此多功能的衣物洗衣液已成为研发热点。
微生物存在于人类生活的方方面面,彼此之间在一定状态下可相安无事。然而,人类的免疫系统一旦出现问题,就会被他们趁虚而入,威胁人类健康。因此,衣物洗涤剂的抑菌功能,受到了越来越多消费者的青睐。
在现有技术中,洗衣液的抑菌功能主要通过加入具有抑菌功能的化学抑菌成分,通过阴非离子之间的复配或植物提取物来达到。例如CN202010784132.3公开了一种基于亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒作为杀菌剂,可有效杀灭革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌,CN202010345591.1公开了可通过非离子型化合物与阴离子型化合物的复合得到的配方具有除菌效果,CN201810880582.5公开了可在配方中加入艾草提取物对洗涤后的织物起到抑菌作用。因表面活性剂本身存在的离子间的相互作用力,导致市场上通过阳离子表面活性剂与阴非离子表面活性剂复合而成的抗菌洗衣液较少,CN1222566公开了一种阴阳离子复合的超浓缩无磷抗菌洗衣液,以氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵与非离子表面活性剂复合作为杀菌剂,但杀菌效果一般。
而本发明中抑菌功能主要是通过阴离子、非离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂复合技术来达到的,其中,以阳离子表面活性剂三丁基季鏻盐抑菌为主,加入带有聚氧乙烯链的阴离子表面活性剂,因其具有良好的亲水性和较大的空间位阻,可以改善稳定性,再辅以其他表面活性剂的复合杀菌技术及浓度,灭除织物上残余有限的病原微生物,理论上是一条行之有效的抑菌洗涤用品开发策略。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物。本发明采用带聚氧乙烯链的阴离子表面活性剂与阳离子表面活性剂复配,可减弱阴阳离子之间的相互作用,避免发生配方兼容性差、难配伍的问题。本发明通过严格控制三类表面活性剂的配比以及每一类表面活性剂中的组成及比例,可确保抑菌的同时不影响去污能力和稳定性。本发明以三丁基季鏻盐为主要杀菌剂,并辅以其他表面活性剂的复合杀菌技术及浓度,提升产品的稳定性、抑菌性、去污能力。
本发明的具体技术方案为:一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:阴离子表面活性剂0-10%(不为0),阳离子表面活性剂0-10%(不为0),非离子表面活性剂0-5%(不为0),酶制剂0-1%,增稠剂0-3%,螯合剂0-3%,功效助剂0-3%,植物提取物0-1%,香精0-1%,其余为水。
其中:所述阴离子表面活性剂由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠(AEC)、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)三者复合而成。所述阳离子表面活性剂由双癸基甲基羟乙基氯化铵(DEQ)和三丁基季鏻盐二者复合而成。所述非离子表面活性剂由烷基糖苷(APG)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)二者复合而成。
具体地,本发明的关键点在于以下三个方面:
(1)阴离子、非离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂复合技术:如背景技术部分所述,由于阴、阳离子表面活性剂之间存在相互作用力,导致市场上阳离子表面活性剂与阴非离子表面活性剂复合而成的抗菌洗衣液较少,即使有效果也会较差。为此,本发明以抑菌为出发点,并为提升当前消费者的使用体验,开发了一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物。本发明采用带有聚氧乙烯链的阴离子表面活性剂与阳离子表面活性剂复合,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠(AEC)由非离子表面活性剂改性而来,分子中带有聚氧乙烯链使得其兼具阴离子和非离子表面活性剂的特点。聚氧乙烯基具有良好的亲水性和较大的空间位阻,可减弱因阴阳离子的结合和相互作用导致的沉淀聚集现象,可抑制沉淀的产生,避免发生配方兼容性差、难配伍的问题,这保证了洗衣液的外观稳定性。此外,配方中三类表面活性剂亲水基有硫酸根、羧酸根、糖苷、乙烯醚等,其亲水疏水结构全面,针对复杂的不同类型的实际污渍情况,更容易形成优净洗力的配方。因此,该配方制得的洗衣液产品稳定性和去污力是有保障的。
(2)阴离子、非离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂复合杀菌技术及浓度:本发明配方中的AEC、DEQ和APG经实验证明均具有杀菌作用。但是我们发现它们在杀菌性能提高的同时,也会对配方的去污能力有一定的负面影响。我们通过研究发现各表面活性剂的配比和浓度也十分关键。配方需要对去污能力、杀菌性能和稳定性三方面进行综合考量,而在本发明的配比和浓度下,可确保抑菌的同时不影响去污能力和稳定性。
(3)本发明配方中起主要杀菌作用的是三丁基季鏻盐,是一种高效的阳离子光谱杀菌剂,通过使细胞裂解死亡而起到杀菌作用,与常规的季铵盐杀菌剂相比,季鏻盐的电负性低,极性作用更强,更易吸附在细胞膜上,从而提高了杀菌能力。
综上,本发明配方中带有聚氧乙烯链的阴离子表面活性剂与阳离子表面活性剂的复配体系具有抑菌去污二合一的功效,再辅以LAE、AEC、DEQ和APG提高洗涤过程中织物上细菌、真菌等致病微生物的洗涤去除率,添加蛋白酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶等复合酶制剂提升产品的去污能力,可为抑菌洗衣液的基础配方,同时,添加的芦荟提取物、牛油果、母菊等多种天然植物提取物,护衣不伤手。
作为优选,所述抑菌洗涤剂组合物包括以下质量百分含量的组分:阴离子表面活性剂3-10%,非离子表面活性剂2-8%,阳离子表面活性剂2-5%,酶制剂0.1-1%,增稠剂0.1-2%,螯合剂0.1-3%,功效助剂0.1-3%,植物提取物0.1-1%,香精0.1-1%,其余为水。
作为优选,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的质量比为(50~80)∶(10~30)∶(10~20),总量为100。所述由双癸基甲基羟乙基氯化铵和三丁基季鏻盐的质量比为(20~80)∶(80~20),总量为100。所述烷基糖苷和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的质量比为(20~50)∶(80~60),总量为100。
为了进一步提升抗菌抑菌效果,本发明的关键点还在各表面活性剂的配比。本发明配方是阴阳离子复合技术,具体地:阴阳离子表活的配比会影响体系的稳定性、去污力和抑菌性能,阳离子表活加入量不宜超过5%,否则会影响配方的稳定性,另外,配方中的非离子表面活性剂AEO-7,会增加溶液中胶束的数量,形成的胶束有增溶作用,会包裹阳离子表面活性剂,减少溶液中自由移动的阳离子表面活性剂的浓度,进而影响配方总体的抑菌率,因而需对加量进行控制。
作为优选,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠为碳链数12~14的饱和天然脂肪醇;所述脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠为碳链数12~18的直链饱和单羧酸脂肪酸皂;和所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的碳链数为C12~C14的天然脂肪醇;所述烷基糖苷的碳链数为C12~C14的天然脂肪醇;所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚中的一种或二者混合。
选择上述规格的表活的原因在于:如本申请技术背景所述的,通常情况下,抑菌洗涤剂的抑菌功能主要通过加入具有抑菌功能的化学抑菌成分,通过阴非离子之间的复配或添加植物提取物来达到。本发明的抑菌性能主要是通过阴离子、非离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂复合技术来达到的,其中,以阳离子表面活性剂三丁基季鏻盐抑菌为主,这是一种高效的阳离子光谱杀菌剂,通过使细胞裂解死亡而起到杀菌作用,但在配方中,阳离子与阴非离子的配伍性较差,稳定性不好,而带有聚氧乙烯链的阴离子表面活性剂具有良好的亲水性和较大的空间位阻,可减弱因阴阳离子的结合和相互作用导致的沉淀聚集现象,可抑制沉淀的产生,避免发生配方兼容性差、难配伍的问题,与阳离子表面活性剂复合可以改善稳定性,而脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠(AEC)由非离子表面活性剂改性而来,分子中带有聚氧乙烯链可以改善配方中阴阳离子配伍性差的问题。此外,MES和AES中的硫酸根和磺酸根均是亲水基团,也有利于配方的稳定性。最后,从配方的去污性能考虑,阳离子的去污能力较差,而在阴非离子中,常见的去污性能较好的表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、AES、APG等离子,因此选择了以上三种表活去配伍,形成了本发明配方的基本表活体系。
作为优选,所述三丁基季鏻盐的分子式为式中,R1-R4其中三个代表丁基,一个代表长链烷基,链长为碳链数12、14、16和18的长链碳,X-代表酸根离子。优选为F-、Cl-、Br-、I-以及其他有机或无机酸根离子。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术效果:
(1)本发明配方采用了阴离子、非离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂复合技术。聚氧乙烯链具有良好的亲水性能和空间位阻作用,减弱了阴阳离子之间的相互作用导致的沉淀聚集现象,避免发生配方兼容性差、难配伍的问题。配方中三类表面活性剂亲水基有硫酸根、羧酸根、糖苷、乙烯醚等,其亲水疏水结构全面,针对复杂的不同类型的实际污渍情况,配方中加入了酶制剂,更容易形成更优净洗力的配方。
(2)本发明通过严格控制三类表面活性剂的配比以及每一类表面活性剂中的组成及比例,可确保抑菌的同时不影响去污能力和稳定性。
(3)本发明以三丁基季鏻盐为主要杀菌剂,并辅以其他表面活性剂的复合杀菌技术及浓度,配方中的AEC、DEQ和APG经实验证明均具有杀菌作用,可提高洗涤过程中织物上细菌、真菌等致病微生物的洗涤去除率,提升产品的去污能力,可为抑菌洗衣液的基础配方。
(4)本发明配方中添加有芦荟提取物、牛油果、母菊等多种天然植物提取物,护衣不伤手。

抑菌测试方法参照QB/T 2738-2012日化产品抑菌效果的评价方法中7.4(模拟法)进行配方的抑菌性能测试,试验菌种为金黄色葡萄球菌。

对比例1、2、3、4分别测试了在仅含有AEC、DEQ、APG和三丁基季鏻盐的配方中的抑菌性,发现若仅加某一种表面活性剂且加量较低,配方的抑菌性能较差,而同相对比也可以看到,三丁基季鏻盐的抑菌性能在四种表面活性剂中是突出的。
实施例1、2、3、4、5和6分别测试了MES和AES不同加量的抑菌性能,结果表明,MES和AES两种阴离子表面活性剂加量的增加对模拟洗涤过程中的抑菌效果影响不大,且在配方的抑菌效果提升上不明显,说明在该配方中不是二者协同在起主要的抑菌作用,另外,对实施1、2和3、4抑菌结果对比表明AEC较低加量的配方抑菌性能也较差。

对比例5和6分别不加DEQ和三丁基季鏻盐,其抑菌率较低,而对比例7两者均不加,其抑菌率更低。因此,在配方中,加入DEQ和三丁基季鏻盐对抑菌率的提高是有效的。实施例10、11、12调整了DEQ和三丁基季鏻盐的含量,实施例11与实施例10相比提高了三丁基季鏻盐的加量,其抑菌效果提高,实施例11与实施例12相比提高了DEQ的加量,其抑菌性能可达到85%,具有良好的抑菌效果。综上对比例的结果表明,提高DEQ、三丁基季鏻盐和AEC的含量对配方抑菌性能的提升均具有较好的效果,因此可以考虑对各抑菌表面活性剂进行复配。

实施例13、14、15和16分别测试了AEC、DEQ和三丁基季鏻盐之间不同含量复配的抑菌性能,结果表明,三种具有抑菌性能的表面活性剂之间具有协同抑菌的效果,可达到99%的抑菌率;另外,实施例14和17分别测试了不同APG加量的配方抑菌性能,发现APG的加量也能提高配方的抑菌率,但提高的效果不明显,说明APG在该配方中不是主要起抑菌作用的表面活性剂,可作为调节剂使用;实施例14、18和19测试了不同AEO-7含量的配方抑菌性能,发现AEO-7含量的提高,配方的抑菌率呈现先上升后下降的趋势,表明在较高应用范围内提升AEO-7对于配方的抑菌效果具有反作用。推测这可能是由于进一步增加非离子表面活性剂AEO-7,会增加溶液中胶束的数量,形成的胶束有增溶作用,会包裹阳离子表面活性剂,减少了溶液中自由移动的阳离子表面活性剂的浓度,进而影响配方总体的抑菌率,因而控制作为优选的抗抑菌洗涤剂配方中AEO-7的含量应小于6%。
(二)稳定性测试
考察实施例13-19制备得到的液体洗涤剂的低温稳定性:将液体洗涤剂在-5℃环境中放置7天,再恢复至室温后观察其外观性状;另将液体洗涤剂在-18℃环境中放置24h,再恢复至室温后观察其外观性状,结果见下表。

由表中的数据结果可知,配方中实施例13和16在-5℃和-18℃环境中均出现发朦的现象,这两个配方中的阳离子表活比例较其他配方的要高,说明阳离子较高体系的配伍性能较差,因而稳定性能也较差,实施例14和15中阳离子DEQ和三丁基季鏻盐的含量各降低一个百分点,此时-5℃稳定性好,实施例17-19提高了非离子表面活性剂的量,配方各温度下均稳定。
(三)去污性能测试
选择了抑菌率在90%以上的实施例进行去污性能的测试,按照GB/T 13174-2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》对实施例13-19的去污力进行了测试。结果如下表所示。
由表结果可知,实施例13-19的去污力均合格,但配方中阳离子较多的实施例的去污性能相对要差一些,阴非离子更有利于去污性能的提升。
综上数据可知,只有在本发明特定优化配方下获得的洗涤剂组合物,才可兼具出色的稳定性、抑菌性和去污能力。

Claims (10)
1.一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于包括以下质量百分含量的组分:
阴离子表面活性剂 0-10%,不为0,
阳离子表面活性剂 0-10%,不为0,
非离子表面活性剂 0-5%,不为0,
酶制剂 0-1%,
增稠剂 0-3%,
螯合剂 0-3%,
功效助剂 0-3%,
植物提取物 0-1%,
香精 0-1%,
其余为水;
所述阴离子表面活性剂由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠三者复合而成;
所述阳离子表面活性剂由双癸基甲基羟乙基氯化铵和三丁基季鏻盐二者复合而成;
所述非离子表面活性剂由烷基糖苷和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚二者复合而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于包括以下质量百分含量的组分:
阴离子表面活性剂 3-10%,
非离子表面活性剂 2-8%,
阳离子表面活性剂 2-5%,
酶制剂 0.1-1%,
增稠剂 0.1-2%,
螯合剂 0.1-3%,
功效助剂 0.1-3%,
植物提取物 0.1-1%,
香精 0.1-1%,
其余为水。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的质量比为(50~80)∶(10~30)∶(10~20),总量为100;
所述由双癸基甲基羟乙基氯化铵和三丁基季鏻盐的质量比为(20~80)∶(80~20),总量为100;
所述烷基糖苷和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的质量比为(20~50)∶(80~60),总量为100。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠为碳链数12~14的饱和天然脂肪醇;和/或
所述脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠为碳链数12~18的直链饱和单羧酸脂肪酸皂;和/或
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的碳链数为C12~C14的天然脂肪醇;和/或
所述烷基糖苷的碳链数为C12~C14的天然脂肪醇;和/或
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚中的一种或二者混合。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述植物提取物包括芦荟提取物、牛油果、母菊中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求3所述的一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述酶制剂包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶和甘露聚糖酶中的一种或多种。
8.如权利要求3所述的一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述增稠剂包括氯化钠、柠檬酸钠、甲酸钠、硫酸钠、纤维素醚、聚丙烯酸类聚合物和多糖类聚合物中的一种或多种。
9.如权利要求3所述的一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述的螯合剂包括GLDA和MGDA中的一种或多种。
10.如权利要求3所述的一种抑菌洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述功效助剂包括织物柔顺助剂、亮白增艳助剂、护色助剂、遮光剂、酶稳定剂、分散剂、消泡剂、香料、防腐剂、酸碱调节剂和色素中的一种或多种。
