Description

Enamel-like artwork and old-imitating process thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of artware processing, and particularly relates to an imitation enamel artware and an imitation old process thereof.
Background
The traditional enamel process is a flow line process and is suitable for mass production, so that the traditional enamel product cannot be subjected to personalized old making, screen printing and other treatments, the enamel paint cannot stick patterns printed by the screen printing and is easy to fade, and the traditional enamel paint and the traditional enamel process determine that the traditional enamel paint needs to use a specific iron blank, so that the heating temperature requirement is high, and the process cost is high. To this end, the applicant has previously filed (CN202010675949.7) to provide an enamel-like paint and a method for preparing an enamel-like article, so as to obtain an enamel-like article suitable for screen printing and personalized treatment. However, in practice, the antique technology of the prior application is complex, the covering needs to be scraped after the paint is fixed, the scraping process usually adopts manual operation, the peripheral paint surface of the preset antique pattern is easily damaged in the scraping process, and the manufacturing process of the antique enamel product is prolonged. Therefore, a new antique process for antique porcelain enamels with short antique process is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: provides an imitation enamel and imitation old process with short imitation old process procedure and an imitation enamel artware prepared by the imitation enamel and imitation old process.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an antique process of an enamel-imitated artwork, which comprises the following steps:
s1, silk-screening an antique agent on the surface of the metal blank and drying to form antique patches with preset patterns on the surface of the metal blank;
s2, spraying imitation enamel paint on the surfaces of the metal blank and the imitation old plaque, and curing at high temperature to obtain an imitation old enamel handicraft;
the antique agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
40-50 parts of POM, 5-7.5 parts of ammonium bicarbonate and 3-7 parts of a dispersing agent.
Further provides an imitation enamel handicraft prepared by the imitation old process of the imitation enamel handicraft.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the surface of the metal blank is coated with the antique agent in a silk-screen printing mode, and antique plaques with preset patterns are formed on the surface of the metal blank through drying treatment, so that the consistency of the antique patterns on the surface of the enameled artwork can be controlled in the production process. At the same time, the vintage agent can destroy the enamel paint and decompose itself and flow out of the paint layer during the high temperature curing process, so as to avoid further processing the used vintage shielding object in the subsequent processing process. The antique enamel artwork prepared by the antique process provided by the invention has good antique pattern consistency and uniform enamel damage, and the periphery of the damaged enamel is similar to an enamel paint pattern which is naturally peeled off.

Detailed Description
In order to explain the technical content, the objects and the effects of the present invention in detail, the following description will be given with reference to the embodiments.
An antique process of an imitation enamel handicraft comprises the following steps:
s1, silk-screening an antique agent on the surface of the metal blank and drying to form antique patches with preset patterns on the surface of the metal blank;
s2, spraying imitation enamel paint on the surfaces of the metal blank and the imitation old plaque, and curing at high temperature to obtain an imitation old enamel handicraft;
the distressed agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
40-50 parts of POM, 5-7.5 parts of ammonium bicarbonate and 3-7 parts of a dispersing agent.
The method comprises the steps of printing a preset pattern formed by an antique agent on the surface of a metal blank through a screen printing process, and further solidifying the antique agent into an antique patch with the preset pattern on the surface of the metal blank through drying treatment. Because ammonium bicarbonate in the distressed agent is easy to decompose at high temperature, the drying process should be carried out at low temperature, preferably hot air drying at 40-50 ℃ until the distressed plaque is solidified.
During the heating process of high-temperature curing, ammonium bicarbonate in the distressed agent is heated to decompose to form a large amount of gas in the distressed plaque so as to destroy the paint layer coated on the distressed plaque. And meanwhile, the POM in the antique agent is gradually melted and decomposed by heating, and the melted POM has certain fluidity and can permeate into a thermosetting paint layer around a preset pattern to prop up the paint layer to form a pattern similar to the floating of the surrounding paint layer of the naturally stripped enamel paint. Although ammonia gas generated by ammonium bicarbonate pyrolysis and formaldehyde generated by POM pyrolysis have explosive property under high temperature environment, because the ammonia gas and the formaldehyde are small in single use amount, the safety problem basically does not exist, and therefore, the ventilation or air extraction treatment can be continuously carried out in the high-temperature curing process according to actual needs to treat the discharged gas, thereby avoiding polluting the environment. And partial POM is not decomposed at high temperature due to the fact that the partial POM penetrates into the paint layer, and when high-temperature curing is completed, the POM which is not decomposed is solidified between the metal blank and the paint layer again, so that the connectivity between the metal blank and the paint layer is improved, and meanwhile the problem that the paint layer around the preset pattern is further damaged in the long-time use process is avoided.
Preferably, the thickness of the worn plaque is 0.5-1 mm. Illustratively, the thicknesses are 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, and 1.0 mm.
Preferably, the dispersant is at least one selected from the group consisting of sorbitan stearate, silicone oil, PM (propylene glycol methyl ether), and DPM (dipropylene glycol methyl ether). The use of a dispersant in the distressing agent facilitates uniform dispersion of the ammonium bicarbonate in the distressing plaque.
Specifically, the preparation method of the distressed agent comprises the following steps:
s1, pouring the POM and the dispersing agent into hot water respectively, and gradually adding sodium hydroxide (1mol/L) until the POM and the dispersing agent are completely dissolved to obtain a solution A;
s2, adjusting the pH value of the solution A to 6.5-7.5 by ammonia water, slowly cooling the solution A to 40-50 ℃, adding ammonium bicarbonate into the solution A, and stirring to obtain the vintage agent.
Preferably, the imitation enamel paint comprises the following components in parts by weight:
18-22 parts of epoxy resin, 28-32 parts of polyester resin, 8-12 parts of barium sulfate, 18-22 parts of titanium dioxide, 4-6 parts of flatting agent, 0.8-1.2 parts of brightening agent, 0.8-1.2 parts of flatting agent and 0.8-1.2 parts of pigment.
Wherein, the epoxy resin can be any one of the commercially available epoxy resins, such as E-12.
The polyester resin can be any one of commercially available polyester resins, and is preferably one of P5086, P6060 and P5127.
The leveling agent is any commercially available leveling agent suitable for epoxy-polyester powder coatings, such as PV88 or GLP 503.
The brightener is any commercially available brightener suitable for epoxy-polyester powder coatings, such as BLC701.
The matting agent is any commercially available matting agent suitable for epoxy-polyester powder coatings, such as XG 603-1A.
Wherein the metal blank is selected from stainless steel, iron, aluminum, copper or alloy thereof.
The metal blank is cleaned and deoiled before the metal blank silk-screen printing process. In order to further improve the connectivity between the metal blank and the imitation enamel paint, the surface of the metal blank is preferably subjected to a polishing treatment to obtain a metal blank with a certain roughness on the surface.
Preferably, the high-temperature curing is performed at the ambient temperature of 180-200 ℃ for more than 25 min. More preferably, the high-temperature curing temperature is 190 ℃ and the curing time is 25 min.
