Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a foaming type bicontinuous phase makeup removing cleansing liquid.
Background
The makeup remover oil has limited removing capability for color makeup containing aqueous film forming agents, such as eyeliner mascara and the like, and only oil-soluble oil can be used for removing oil-based color makeup. The makeup remover can not achieve good makeup removing effect on the oil-based color makeup. In addition, the makeup remover has weaker makeup removing capability, can achieve the effect of removing by rubbing for many times or wiping with a makeup removing towel, and is not friendly to the healthy environment of the skin surface due to excessive rubbing.
The bicontinuous phase is between the vesicular oil and the water-in-oil micelles, with the water and oil in a continuous state, as shown in FIG. 1. In the double-continuous-phase makeup removing product in the current market, the addition amount of the emulsifier is high, the degreasing capability is strong, and the problem of dry skin after washing can be brought to people who dry the skin; although the double-continuous-phase products in the market claim that the water-based color cosmetics and the oil-based color cosmetics can be removed simultaneously and the water and oil can be removed simultaneously, the instant and rapid removal effect cannot be achieved, and the water and oil can be removed only by wiping for a period of time. The foam system consists of an aqueous foam stabilized by an emulsifier. The surface emulsifier layer was adsorbed on the liquid film between the bubbles (right). The polar part (head) of the surfactant is in contact with water, while the hydrophobic chains are directed towards the air, and the emulsifier molecules are also present in the water film, as shown in figure 2. In the traditional oil-in-water system, although foaming can be realized, the polyalcohol and the oil ester play a defoaming role, and the water-in-oil system cannot be foamed. Due to the technical difficulty, the dosage form of the prior bicontinuous phase product is single, and the report of a foam type bicontinuous phase product does not exist. Although the existing market cleansing foam has dense foaming, the foam only can provide skin feeling and texture in use and has no effect on cleaning because of a water-based system.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a foaming type bicontinuous phase cleansing liquid and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: providing a foaming type bicontinuous phase makeup-removing cleansing liquid, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass according to the sum of 100 percent of the mass of all the components: 15-30% of composite emulsifier, 3-10% of composite liquid grease, 15-25% of polyalcohol and 30-50% of water; wherein the composite emulsifier is a mixture of alkyl glycoside and oleophilic emulsifier, and the oleophilic emulsifier is at least one of polyglycerol fatty acid ester and sorbitol polyether fatty acid ester; the composite liquid grease is a mixture of polar grease and nonpolar grease;
the preparation method of the foaming type bicontinuous phase cleansing liquid comprises the following steps: and (3) uniformly mixing the composite emulsifier and the composite liquid grease in a heating state, cooling to room temperature, adding the polyalcohol and the water, uniformly stirring, and pumping the obtained bicontinuous phase makeup removing cleansing liquid out through a foaming pump to obtain the foaming type bicontinuous phase makeup removing cleansing liquid.
The bicontinuous phase makeup removing cleansing liquid is prepared by combining a hydrophilic emulsifier and a lipophilic emulsifier, and combining compound liquid oil, polyol and water, wherein in the bicontinuous phase makeup removing cleansing liquid, the arrangement interface of the emulsifier is consistent with the arrangement of the emulsifier when foam is stable, the polyol and the oil ester can be sequentially adsorbed on the head part, the middle part and the tail part of the lipophilic end of the emulsifier according to the polarity, and the polyol and the oil ester cannot act on a liquid film; the foam breaks moderately upon contact with makeup, which in turn causes penetration of the emulsifier molecules and the polyol and oil esters carried by the oleophilic ends from the air/makeup-removing interface to the makeup interface, thereby enhancing makeup-removing ability.
The bicontinuous phase makeup removing cleansing liquid prepared by the invention has clear and transparent appearance, good stability and good liquid fluidity, the foam pumped by the foaming pump is rich, and the skin feel is fresh after the cleansing liquid is used; and the foaming type bicontinuous phase makeup removing cleansing liquid can be quickly removed after contacting with water-based or oil-based color makeup for 3-5 seconds, is efficient and rapid, is mild to skin and eyes, and meanwhile, the bubble formulation can reduce the usage amount of the product, increase the usage times of the product and prolong the service life of the product.
The invention utilizes the characteristic of foaming of a foaming pump, solves the problem that lipophilic emulsifier and synthetic grease can not be foamed in a water-based system, improves the difficulty that the prior bicontinuous phase makeup remover product can not efficiently and immediately remove oily makeup and water makeup, greatly reduces the irritation of the traditional cleansing foam, simultaneously considers the mildness of the skin of eyes, can be used by dry and wet hands, has high foam stability and fresh skin feel, and can not excessively clean when effectively removing makeup and skin dirt.
As a preferred embodiment of the foaming type bicontinuous phase cleansing liquid, the cleansing liquid comprises the following components in percentage by mass according to the sum of the percentage by mass of all the components being 100 percent: 25-29% of composite emulsifier, 4-8% of composite liquid grease, 21-25% of polyhydric alcohol and 42-46% of water. The makeup removing cleansing liquid prepared according to the proportion has a better makeup removing effect.
As a preferred embodiment of the foaming type bicontinuous phase cleansing liquid, the composite emulsifier is a mixture of alkyl glycoside and polyglycerol fatty acid ester.
The composite emulsifier compounded by the alkyl glycoside and the polyglycerol fatty acid ester can ensure that the makeup removing cleansing fluid forms stable bicontinuous phase emulsion. The polyglycerol fatty acid ester has more hydrophilic terminal hydroxyl groups, so that the water locking capacity is strong during foaming, and glucoside hydroxyl groups in the polyglycerol fatty acid ester and alkyl glucoside form hydrogen bonds to interact, so that the mildness is improved, and the removal effect of the cleansing liquid on the water-based color makeup can be enhanced; the polyglycerol fatty acid ester can improve the mildness and the ester endowing capability of the product, form a layer of protective film on the surface of skin, keep water and protect the skin, and improve the dry feeling caused by makeup removal and face cleaning.
In addition, in the foaming type double-continuous-phase makeup removing cleansing liquid, alkyl glycoside is used as a main foaming agent and can be pumped out through a foaming pump to form foam; the polyglycerol fatty acid ester is used as a foam stabilizer to improve the stability of the foam.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the alkyl glycoside to the polyglycerol fatty acid ester is 7-11%: 16 to 20 percent. Under the proportion, the bicontinuous phase makeup removing cleansing liquid with the best foam stability and the best makeup removing effect can be obtained.

Examples 1 to 8
Examples 1-8 foaming bicontinuous phase cleansing compositions are shown in table 2 below.
Examples 1-8 preparation of foaming bicontinuous cleansing lotion comprising the steps of:
(1) placing the composite emulsifier and the composite liquid grease in a beaker, heating to 70 ℃, stirring at the rotation speed of 400rpm for 20min, and fully and uniformly mixing;
(2) cooling to room temperature of 25 ℃, adding polyhydric alcohol and water, stirring for 30min at the rotating speed of 400rpm, and pumping the obtained bicontinuous phase makeup removing cleansing liquid out through a foaming pump to obtain the foaming type bicontinuous phase makeup removing cleansing liquid.
Comparative examples 1 to 2
Foaming type bicontinuous phase cleansing liquids of comparative examples 1-2 were prepared according to the preparation methods of examples 1-8, and the compositions of the cleansing liquids of comparative examples 1-2 are shown in the following table 2.
Table 2 mass fractions (%) -of the respective components of examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 2
Effect example 1
The condition and stability of the bicontinuous cleansing fluids obtained in examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-2, as well as a commercially available bicontinuous cleansing oil, which is a soft feel cleansing oil (peach fragrance), was observed and tested as follows:
state after foaming: the foam size pumped by the foaming pump was measured and the disappearance time of the foam was tested.
And (3) appearance judgment: the clarity (clear, translucent, cloudy) of the cleansing lotion was visually observed.
The stability test method comprises the following steps: the test is carried out according to the physicochemical index detection standard of the makeup remover (type II) in GB/T35914 & 2018 makeup remover oil (liquid, milk, paste and cream) GBT 35914-2018. The test results are shown in table 3 below and in fig. 3-10.
