The invention provides a cigarette flavoring method, which comprises the following steps:
a) collecting waste tobacco powder in a rolling workshop, and marking the source cigarette brand of the waste tobacco powder;
b) extracting a tobacco extract from the waste tobacco powder; the tobacco extract comprises tobacco essential oil;
c) determining the optimal addition amount of the tobacco extract in the flavoring liquid;
d) adding the tobacco extract into the feed liquid according to the optimal addition amount to prepare flavoring liquid; and then adding the flavoring liquid into the dried tobacco shreds corresponding to the source cigarette brand.
Further, the tobacco extract in the step b) is tobacco essential oil, or tobacco essential oil and tobacco juice.
Further, the tobacco essential oil and the tobacco juice are prepared according to the following method:
B1) drying the waste tobacco powder and then crushing;
B2) performing enzymolysis on the crushed waste tobacco powder by using hemicellulase;
B3) adding a sodium chloride solution into the enzymatic hydrolysate after the enzymatic hydrolysis, and heating and refluxing;
B4) collecting the tobacco pre-dew which is heated and refluxed; collecting tobacco essential oil after the reflux is finished;
B5) and extracting the collected tobacco pre-dew by using normal hexane, adding propylene glycol into the extract, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain the tobacco dew.
Further, the step c) comprises:
c1) determining the substitution proportion of the tobacco extract and the original tobacco essential oil corresponding to the brand of the source cigarette by taking neophytadiene as a marker to obtain the initial addition amount of the tobacco extract in the flavoring liquid;
c2) preparing a first flavoring liquid according to the initial addition amount, flavoring the dried tobacco shreds corresponding to the brand of the source cigarette by using the first flavoring liquid and the original flavoring liquid corresponding to the brand of the source cigarette respectively, and rolling and connecting to prepare a first cigarette and a control cigarette respectively;
c3) performing sensory evaluation on the first cigarette and a reference cigarette;
c4) and performing an adjustment test on the initial adding amount of the tobacco extract according to the sensory evaluation result to obtain the optimal adding amount.
Further, the tobacco extract is a tobacco essential oil, and the step c1) is to determine the initial adding amount of the tobacco extract according to formula I:
formula I: wherein a is the initial adding amount of the tobacco essential oil; x is the content of neophytadiene in the tobacco essential oil; c is the addition amount of the raw tobacco essential oil in the flavoring liquid; z is the content of neophytadiene in the raw tobacco essential oil.
Further, the tobacco extract is tobacco essential oil and tobacco juice, and the step c1) determines the amount of the tobacco essential oil and the tobacco juice in the initial adding amount of the tobacco extract according to formula II and formula III:

Further, the step c3) is specifically: and performing sensory evaluation on the first cigarette and the comparison cigarette from four aspects of aroma style index, taste style index, comfort characteristic index and smoke characteristic index.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the cigarette, which comprises the steps of preparing the cut tobacco and wrapping, wherein the cut tobacco preparation comprises the following steps: vacuum moisture regain, loosening moisture regain, perfuming, hot air leaf moistening, shredding, shred drying and perfuming; the perfuming method is adopted for the perfuming.
The invention also provides a cigarette which is prepared according to the method.
The invention also provides an application of the flavoring method in waste tobacco powder recovery.
The technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the cigarette flavoring method provided by the invention utilizes the waste tobacco powder generated in the cigarette processing process to recover and extract the tobacco extract containing the tobacco essential oil, and then the tobacco extract is returned and applied to the original product to replace the original added tobacco essential oil. The extracted tobacco extract comes from the brand cigarette and is an endogenous component of the cigarette, so that based on the principle of homology and homogeneity, when the original tobacco essential oil is replaced, a suitability test is not needed, manpower, material resources and financial resources are saved, the style of the cigarette product can be maintained after the cigarette is flavored, and brand features are revealed.
2. The flavoring method provided by the invention can effectively realize scientific reutilization of tobacco waste, avoid resource waste, reduce environmental pollution, directly create economic benefits, reduce cost and improve efficiency, and can also improve the autonomous control capability of cigarette processing enterprises on cigarette flavoring formulas.
3. Furthermore, the new phytodiene is used as a marker, the initial addition amount of the tobacco extract is determined according to the content of the marker, and the initial addition amount is properly adjusted when necessary, so that the test times are reduced, time and labor are saved, the traditional mode of an addition method for determining the addition amount by a gradual test from small to large is broken through, the production cost is effectively reduced, and the flavoring effect is enhanced.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. A certain amount of waste tobacco powder can be generated in the cigarette processing process, and the existing treatment mode of the waste tobacco powder is mainly to treat the waste tobacco powder as waste after the waste tobacco powder is collected by a dust removal system and pressed into a rod. The tobacco waste is a precious biological resource, contains rich tobacco flavor substances and other bioactive substances, and can be used for preparing various useful substances, such as tobacco source spices produced by utilizing the tobacco waste. The tobacco-derived spice produced by the waste tobacco powder of the specific cigarette is mainly from tobacco and is mainly from flavoring materials. The inventor finds out through detection that: the self-produced tobacco source spice contains the flavoring liquid and the flavor components in the flavoring liquid. The chemical substances in the tobacco source spice are endogenous components of the cigarettes, and have similar quality due to homologous sources, so that the original product style can be maintained after regression application, and the product characteristics are revealed. Tobacco powder (which is subjected to flavoring) produced in a cigarette packaging workshop can be prepared into tobacco essential oil for flavoring. Thus, the inventors considered: according to the principle of homologous homogeneity, in the original brand cigarette, the tobacco source spice (tobacco essential oil) produced by self is used for partially or completely replacing the original added tobacco essential oil, so that the method not only has scientific basis, but also is feasible and superior to other replacing modes.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a cigarette flavoring method, which comprises the following steps:
a) collecting waste tobacco powder in a rolling workshop, and marking the source cigarette brand of the waste tobacco powder;
b) extracting a tobacco extract from the waste tobacco powder; the tobacco extract comprises tobacco essential oil;
c) determining the optimal addition amount of the tobacco extract in the flavoring liquid;
d) adding the tobacco extract into the feed liquid according to the optimal addition amount to prepare flavoring liquid; and then adding the flavoring liquid into the dried tobacco shreds corresponding to the source cigarette brand.
The cigarette flavoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention is based on the principle of homologous homogeneity, and utilizes waste tobacco powder generated in the cigarette wrapping processing process to recover and extract a tobacco extract containing tobacco essential oil, and then returns to be applied to an original product to replace the original added tobacco essential oil. The extracted tobacco extract comes from the brand cigarette and is an endogenous component of the cigarette, so that based on the principle of homology and homogeneity, when the original tobacco essential oil is replaced, a suitability test is not needed, manpower, material resources and financial resources are saved, the style of the cigarette product can be maintained after the cigarette is flavored, and brand features are revealed. The tobacco extract comprises tobacco essential oil, the waste tobacco powder comes from a cigarette packaging workshop, and the formed waste tobacco powder is also the tobacco powder subjected to flavoring treatment, so the tobacco essential oil extracted from the waste tobacco powder comprises most of the fragrance substances of the cigarette with the brand. The tobacco extract can be tobacco essential oil, or mixture of tobacco essential oil and tobacco distillate. After the tobacco dew is added into the tobacco essential oil, the fragrance can be coordinated, and the discomfort of cigarette taste caused by the independent use of the essential oil can be compensated.
Preferably, the tobacco essential oil and the tobacco juice can be prepared according to the following method:
B1) drying the waste tobacco powder and then crushing;
B2) performing enzymolysis on the crushed waste tobacco powder by using hemicellulase;
B3) adding a sodium chloride solution into the enzymatic hydrolysate after the enzymatic hydrolysis, and heating and refluxing;
B4) collecting the tobacco front dew which is heated and refluxed; collecting tobacco essential oil after the reflux is finished;
B5) and extracting the collected tobacco pre-dew by using normal hexane, adding propylene glycol into the extract, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain the tobacco dew.
The method carries out enzymolysis pretreatment on the waste tobacco powder, and firstly splits the cell wall of the tobacco powder to release more flavor components so as to obtain high-quality tobacco juice and tobacco essential oil. The collected tobacco pre-dew is further subjected to extraction and solvent replacement treatment, and the tobacco dew obtained after treatment has high concentration and more flavor components. The method collects tobacco essence and tobacco dew, improves operation efficiency, and makes full use of flavor components in waste tobacco powder. The tobacco essential oil is mainly nonpolar and medium polar, and is suitable for flavoring cigarettes. The tobacco juice is mainly medium-polarity and polar components dissolved in water, has light tobacco fragrance, and can coordinate smoke when being matched with homologous tobacco essential oil.
Preferably, the method can also extract the tobacco post-dew while extracting the tobacco dew, and specifically comprises the following steps:
B4) preferably: respectively collecting tobacco front dew and tobacco rear dew which are heated and refluxed, and collecting tobacco essential oil after the refluxing is finished; the collected tobacco post-distillate can be further post-treated as follows: B6) and extracting the collected tobacco afterdew by using normal hexane, adding propylene glycol into the extract, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain the tobacco afterdew. The prepared tobacco afterdew can be used together with tobacco essential oil prepared by the preorder process, can coordinate fragrance and optimize cigarette taste, and can also be used in the feeding process of cigarettes of the same brand.
More preferably, the tobacco essential oil and the tobacco juice are prepared according to the following method:
B1) drying the waste tobacco powder at 40-50 ℃ until the water content is less than 2.0%, and crushing the waste tobacco powder into 40-50 meshes of tobacco powder;
B2) dissolving hemicellulase by using 10-20 mass times of citric acid buffer solution, sequentially adding crushed waste tobacco powder and deionized water, uniformly stirring, then adding the citric acid buffer solution again, and performing enzymolysis in a water bath at 30-55 ℃, wherein the mass ratio of the hemicellulase to the crushed waste tobacco powder is (0.01-0.03) to 1, the mass ratio of the deionized water to the tobacco powder is (4-5) to 1, the volume ratio of the citric acid buffer solution to the deionized water is (0.4-0.5) to 1, and the pH value of the citric acid buffer solution is 3.5-5.5;
B3) after the enzymolysis reaction is carried out for 0.5-2.5 h, sequentially adding deionized water and sodium chloride into the enzymolysis liquid, heating and refluxing for 3.5-5 h, wherein the mass ratio of the added deionized water to the crushed waste tobacco powder is (5-6) to 1, and the mass ratio of the sodium chloride to the crushed waste tobacco powder is (0.1-1) to 1;
B4) respectively collecting tobacco front dew 0.3-0.5 h after the heating reflux and tobacco rear dew 3.5-3.7 h before the heating reflux is finished, and collecting tobacco essential oil after the reflux is finished;
B5) extracting the collected tobacco pre-dew twice by using 0.5-1.5 volume times of normal hexane, combining the extraction solutions, adding 0.2-1.0 volume times of propylene glycol into the tobacco pre-dew extraction solution, and then concentrating under reduced pressure at 42-48 ℃ and 0.06-0.1 MPa to 0.2-1.0 volume of the tobacco pre-dew to obtain the tobacco dew;
B6) extracting the collected tobacco post-exposure liquid twice by using 0.5-1.5 volume times of normal hexane, combining the extraction liquids, adding 0.2-1.0 volume times of propylene glycol into the tobacco post-exposure liquid extraction liquid, and then concentrating under reduced pressure at 42-48 ℃ and 0.06-0.1 MPa to 0.2-1.0 volume of the tobacco post-exposure liquid to obtain the tobacco post-exposure liquid.
Generally, when the tobacco source spice is used for perfuming cigarettes, a suitability test needs to be carried out, namely, certain tobacco essential oil is added into the perfuming liquid to prepare cigarettes, then cigarette evaluation is carried out to evaluate the perfuming effect of the cigarettes, and the suitability test is from laboratory bench test to production pilot test, and is large in workload, time-consuming, material-consuming and labor-consuming. The tobacco essential oil and the tobacco dew used in the invention are derived from waste tobacco powder of the brand cigarette, have the advantages of homology and homogeneity, strong applicability, no need of an applicability test, and can be prepared by directly selecting a proper addition amount to prepare feed liquid and then adding flavor.
Step c) is a step of determining the optimal addition amount of the tobacco extract in the flavoring liquid. The test of the addition amount of the tobacco essential oil (tobacco extract) is usually carried out repeatedly by adopting a test method of increasing the addition amount from small to large, and has more test times and larger workload. The invention preferably adopts a marker method to determine the initial addition amount, and the tobacco essential oil contains a plurality of chemical components, wherein the content of the neophytadiene is the highest, and the relative content in the chemical components can reach more than 50%. The new phytodiene is formed by further dehydrating leaf alcohol formed by degradation in the process of maturing and modulating chlorophyll in tobacco leaves, can directly enter smoke when the tobacco is burnt, has the functions of reducing irritation and alcohol and smoke, can be used as a carrier for collecting aroma components in smoke aerosol, carries volatile aroma component substances in the tobacco leaves to enter the smoke, and is an important flavoring agent of the tobacco leaves. In addition, the neophytadiene can also generate degradation reaction in the natural alcoholization process to generate small molecular compounds with mellow fragrance, such as plant furan and the like, and the compounds have positive effects on the generation of the faint fragrance of the flue-cured tobacco, so that the fragrance of the tobacco leaves is further increased. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention uses the neophytadiene as a marker to determine the initial adding amount of the tobacco essential oil and the tobacco dew in the feed liquid.
In particular, said step c) preferably comprises:
c1) determining the substitution proportion of the tobacco extract and the original tobacco essential oil corresponding to the brand of the source cigarette by taking neophytadiene as a marker to obtain the initial addition amount of the tobacco extract in the flavoring liquid;
c2) preparing a first flavoring liquid according to the initial addition amount, flavoring the dried cut tobacco corresponding to the brand of the source cigarette by using the first flavoring liquid and the original flavoring liquid corresponding to the brand of the source cigarette respectively, and rolling to prepare a first cigarette and a control cigarette respectively;
c3) performing sensory evaluation on the first cigarette and a reference cigarette;
c4) and performing a regulation test on the initial addition amount of the tobacco extract according to the sensory evaluation result so as to obtain the optimal addition amount.
For the case where the tobacco extract is a tobacco essential oil, step c1) preferably determines the initial amount of addition of the tobacco extract according to formula I:
formula I: wherein a is the initial addition amount of the tobacco essential oil, namely the initial addition amount of the tobacco essential oil extracted from the waste tobacco powder according to the method of the invention (hereinafter, the tobacco essential oil can be simply called as self-produced tobacco essential oil); x is the content of neophytadiene in the tobacco essential oil; c is the addition amount of the raw tobacco essential oil in the flavoring liquid; z is the content of neophytadiene in the raw tobacco essential oil.
In case the tobacco extract is a mixture of tobacco essential oil and tobacco dew, step c1) preferably determines the amount of tobacco essential oil and tobacco dew in the initial amount of tobacco extract added according to formula II and formula III:

As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the optimal addition amount means that the style and quality of the cigarette flavored in the way are close to or better than those of the original cigarette (namely, a control cigarette), and the cigarette can be judged through sensory evaluation for quantifying judgment indexes. The step c3) is preferably embodied as follows: and performing sensory evaluation on the first cigarette and the comparison cigarette from four aspects of aroma style index, taste style index, comfort characteristic index and smoke characteristic index. Specifically, a cigarette Chinese style sensory evaluation method (see YC/T497 and 2014) can be adopted to evaluate style characteristics and quality characteristics of the comparison sample and the trial-made sample in terms of a fragrance style index, a taste style index, a comfort characteristic index and a smoke characteristic index, wherein the evaluation indexes are shown in Table 1. And determining the optimal addition amount of the tobacco extract according to the final fraction of the evaluation result.

Another embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for preparing a cigarette, comprising a step of preparing shreds and a step of wrapping, wherein the step of preparing shreds comprises: vacuum moisture regain, loosening moisture regain, perfuming, hot air leaf moistening, shredding, shred drying and perfuming; the perfuming was performed using the perfuming method of the above example. As the preparation method comprises the perfuming method, the preparation method correspondingly has the beneficial effects, and the details are not repeated.
Correspondingly, the invention also provides a cigarette prepared by the method. The cigarette also has the beneficial effects correspondingly, which is not repeated.
The invention also provides an application of the flavoring method in waste tobacco powder recovery. The flavoring method can realize the recycling of the waste tobacco powder, is beneficial to improving the utilization rate of resources and reducing the environmental pollution.
The technical solution of the present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples:
example 1
1) Collecting waste tobacco powder in a rolling workshop;
2) extracting the tobacco essential oil of the waste tobacco powder according to the following method:
drying and crushing waste tobacco powder at 40 ℃, sieving the waste tobacco powder with a 40-mesh sieve, uniformly mixing the waste tobacco powder for later use, weighing 0.5g of hemicellulase, putting the hemicellulase into a beaker, dissolving the hemicellulase with 6mL of citric acid buffer solution (pH is 4.5), sequentially adding 1000mL of deionized water, 100mL of citric acid buffer solution and 250 g of tobacco powder, fully mixing the mixture, putting the mixture into a water bath at 50 ℃ for stirring and enzymolysis, transferring the enzymolysis solution subjected to enzymolysis for 1.5h into a round-bottomed flask of a steam distillation device, supplementing 1300mL of deionized water into the flask, simultaneously adding 125g of sodium chloride into the flask, heating and refluxing for 4h, respectively opening a dew collection valve 0.5h and 3.5h after the heating and refluxing are started, respectively collecting 40mL of front dew and rear dew of tobacco, and collecting self-produced tobacco essential oil after the refluxing is finished.
After the reflux is finished, collecting tobacco essential oil, respectively carrying out back extraction on the collected tobacco front dew and the collected tobacco back dew twice by using equal amount of normal hexane, combining extraction liquids, respectively adding 15mL of propylene glycol into each extraction liquid, and then respectively carrying out reduced pressure concentration at 45 ℃ and 0.08MPa to obtain 20mL of tobacco front dew and tobacco back dew. Taking the tobacco pre-dew for later use.
3) And measuring the relative contents (peak area ratio) of the neophytadiene marker in the original commercially available tobacco essential oil and the self-produced tobacco essential oil by using a GC-MS method to be 55 percent and 60 percent respectively.
4) And adding 24mg of commercially available tobacco essential oil and 22mg of self-produced tobacco essential oil into the top note respectively (calculated according to the formula I: 24 × 55%/60% ═ 22), making into flavoring liquid.
5) And respectively flavoring the dried tobacco shreds corresponding to the cigarettes of the discarded tobacco powder source brands by using the flavoring liquids with two different formulas, and rolling the tobacco shreds into two cigarette samples, wherein the cigarette sample flavored with the commercially available tobacco essential oil is a reference sample, and the cigarette sample flavored with the self-produced tobacco essential oil (namely the first cigarette) is a test sample.
6) And professional smokers with the organization of not less than 7 adopt the Chinese style cigarette style sensory evaluation method to evaluate the style characteristics and the quality characteristics of the reference sample and the trial-made sample, and the results are shown in Table 2.

According to sensory quality evaluation and summarization, compared with a tobacco essential oil perfuming test on the market, the perfuming of the self-produced tobacco essential oil has the advantages that the quality and the quantity of fragrance are increased, the richness of the fragrance is improved, the difference in taste and style characteristics is not obvious, the comfortableness is improved, the irritation and the dry feeling are weakened, the sensory comfort is improved, and the smoke is softer and more mellow. The style characteristics of the cigarettes of the two samples are consistent on the whole, the addition of the self-produced tobacco essential oil in the sensory quality is slightly better than that of the tobacco essential oil samples sold in the market, no obvious difference exists, and the test target requirements are met.
Example 2
1) Collecting waste tobacco powder in a rolling workshop;
2) extracting the tobacco essential oil and the tobacco juice of the waste tobacco powder:
the extraction method of the tobacco essential oil and the tobacco juice is the same as that of the embodiment 1;
3) and the relative contents (peak area ratio) of the new phytodiene markers in the original commercially available tobacco essential oil, the self-produced tobacco essential oil and the tobacco dew are respectively determined to be 55%, 60% and 4% by a GC-MS method.
