On the basis of the structure of embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 6 to 7, the installation height of the flash lamp 2201 of the flash generator 22 is often higher than that of the transportation vehicle 14 for hazardous materials, so that the flash generator 22 can be designed to be vertically telescopic in the case that other waking modes can be used normally. Specifically, the flash generator 22 further comprises a telescopic cylinder rod 2202, an outer sleeve 2203, a guide block 2204 and a driving motor 2205; the outer sleeve 2203 is vertically fixed on the back side of the head 25 of the dangerous goods transport vehicle 14; the outer sleeve 2203 is coaxially arranged in a telescopic cylinder rod 2202, the lower part of the telescopic cylinder rod 2202 is in sliding fit with the inner cylinder wall of the outer sleeve 2203 through a guide block 2204, and the upper part of the telescopic cylinder rod 2202 extends out of the outer sleeve 2203 and is rotationally connected with the flash lamp 2201; a threaded rod 2207 in threaded fit with the telescopic cylinder rod 2202 is coaxially arranged in the telescopic cylinder rod 2202, and a driving motor 2205 is fixed at the lower part of the outer sleeve 2203 and can drive the threaded rod 2207 to rotate so as to control the vertical lifting of the flash lamp 2201.
The flash generator 22 can place the telescopic tube rod 2202 in a storage state when not in use, so that the flash lamp 2201 is positioned below the top of the vehicle head 25, thereby protecting the flash lamp 2201; and when in a use state, the flashlight 2201 is controlled to vertically rise to exceed the roof of the vehicle head 25 by supplying power to the driving motor 2205.

On the basis of the structure of embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 3, in order to facilitate face recognition and certificate recognition of a driver, the driver verification device 8 may adopt an existing structure with corresponding functions, and in order to optimize the design of the driver verification device 8, the embodiment designs a structure of the driver verification device 8 that facilitates combination of the face recognition and the certificate recognition and facilitates wall-mounted installation, and the structure includes an external case 801, a verification camera 802, a display screen 803, a certificate sampling camera 804 and a placement platform 805; the outer casing 801 is in a U shape with a lateral opening and is arranged at the high-speed entrance toll station 12; the verification camera 802 is arranged on the front side of the outer case 801 and is used for face recognition of a driver; the display screen 803 is arranged below the verification camera 802 and is used for displaying a recognition result; the placing table 805 is arranged at the lower part of the outer shell 801 and is used for placing certificates of drivers and/or escorts; the credential sampling camera 804 is positioned directly above the placement table 805 and is used for image capture of the driver's and/or escort's credentials. On the basis of the embodiments 1 to 3, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, in the transportation process of the dangerous goods transport vehicle 14, due to the reasons of insufficient computing capacity of the AI server 5, insufficient algorithm optimization, other system failures, etc., a situation that part of the dangerous goods transport vehicles 14 are difficult to be identified from the shape and the size may be caused, and a situation that the dangerous goods transport vehicle 14 is "lost" occurs, and when the dangerous goods transport vehicle 14 cannot be identified, the vehicle management server 2 will give an alarm and consume a large amount of manpower and material resources; therefore, in order to facilitate adding more easily identifiable features to the hazardous material transport vehicle 14, an identification cloth storage device 24 is provided at the top of the head 25 of the hazardous material transport vehicle 14. The identification cloth storage device 24 comprises a storage box 2401, an identification cloth winding drum 2402, a winch 2403, a rear guide roller 2404, a front guide roller 2406 and an auxiliary wheel 2408; the storage box 2401 is fixedly arranged on the upper part of the back side of the vehicle head 25; the identification cloth winding drum 2402 and the winch 2403 are respectively arranged in the storage box 2401, identification cloth 2405 is wound on the identification cloth winding drum 2402, and a winding steel wire rope 2407 is wound on the winch 2403; the rear guide roller 2404 and the front guide roller 2406 are respectively arranged at the top of the vehicle head 25, the auxiliary roller 2408 is arranged below the rear guide roller 2404, and the free end of the steel wire rope 2407 sequentially passes around the auxiliary roller 2408, the front guide roller 2406 and the rear guide roller 2404 and is connected with the end of the identification cloth 2405 so as to be used for pulling the identification cloth 2405 to the top of the vehicle head 25; the marking cloth winding drum 2402 can rotate and receive the marking cloth 2405; the identification cloth 2405 is provided with an identification which is easy to be identified by the pile point camera 18.
When the dangerous goods transport vehicle 14 cannot be recognized by the AI server 5, a driver of the vehicle can be informed to start the identification cloth storage device 24, and the winch 2403 can be driven by a corresponding motor to rotate, draw the identification cloth 2405 to open and cover the top of the vehicle head 25; thereby increasing the recognizable characteristics of the hazardous material transport vehicle 14 using the identification cloth 2405. When the label cloth reel 2402 rotates reversely, the label cloth 2405 can be stored in the storage box 2401, so that the service life of the label cloth 2405 is ensured.

Claims (9)

the entrance and exit industrial personal computer (6) is arranged at an exit of an expressway or an entrance of the expressway, and the entrance and exit industrial personal computer (6) is electrically connected with an entrance and exit camera (7) and a driver verification device (8); the inlet and outlet cameras (7) are used for collecting images of the dangerous goods transport vehicle, and the driver verification device (8) is used for collecting images of a driver and images of escorts;
the pile point industrial personal computers are arranged along the highway (15), each pile point industrial personal computer point is connected with a pile point camera (18), and the pile point cameras (18) are used for collecting driving images of vehicles;
the AI server (5) is in communication connection with the entrance industrial personal computer (6) and the pile point industrial personal computer and identifies real-time information of the transport vehicle according to the entrance image and the exit image and the driving image; the AI server (5) compares the consistency of the transport vehicle registration information and the transport vehicle real-time information to realize the tracking of the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14);
the vehicle management server (2) is in communication connection with the computer terminal (1) and receives and approves the report information, is in communication connection with the industrial personal computer (6) at the entrance and the exit so as to verify the registration information of a driver and the registration information of escorts and the actual information of the driver and the actual information of the escorts, can send an access instruction or an exit instruction to the high-speed entrance toll station (12) or the high-speed exit toll station (17) according to the approval result and the verification result, is in communication connection with the AI server (5) and gives an alarm according to the tracking condition of the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14);

The highway management system of a hazardous material transport vehicle of claim 1, wherein: the transport vehicle registration information and the transport vehicle real-time information are transport vehicle information, and the transport vehicle information comprises vehicle length, width, height, size, vehicle color, license plate number and vehicle appearance; the entrance and exit images collected at the entrance or exit of the highway are transmitted to an AI server (5) by an entrance and exit industrial personal computer (6); the AI server (5) identifies real-time information of the transport vehicle in the access image and transmits the real-time information to the vehicle management server (2); and the vehicle management server (2) compares whether the registration information of the transport vehicle is consistent with the real-time information of the transport vehicle, and gives a result of the admission instruction or the discharge instruction if the registration information of the transport vehicle is consistent with the real-time information of the transport vehicle, or gives a result of the admission forbidding notification or the discharge forbidding notification if the registration information of the transport vehicle is consistent with the real-time information of the transport vehicle.

The highway management system of a hazardous material transport vehicle of claim 2, wherein: the pile point industrial personal computer acquires driving images of all vehicles driving to the corresponding monitoring area through a pile point camera (18) and transmits the driving images to the AI server (5); the AI server (5) matches and identifies the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14) according to the transport vehicle information so as to realize the tracking of the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14); if the matching is successful, the vehicle management server (2) is communicated and reports the information.

The highway management system of a hazardous material transport vehicle of claim 3, wherein: after the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14) enters the highway (15), calculating the time of the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14) reaching the corresponding pile point industrial personal computer, and awakening the pile point industrial personal computer and the pile point camera (18) according to the time; in the awakening time, the AI server (5) synchronously acquires the image of the pile point camera (18); in the wake-up time, if the AI server (5) cannot identify the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14), the vehicle management server (2) gives an alarm; if the identified dangerous goods transport vehicle (14) is not consistent with the transport vehicle registration information of the vehicle management server (2), an alarm is given.

The highway management system of a hazardous material transport vehicle of claim 1, wherein: a vehicle-mounted terminal (11) is installed in the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14), and a GPS module is arranged in the vehicle-mounted terminal (11); the vehicle-mounted terminal (11) is communicated with the vehicle management server (2) and realizes the positioning of the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14); the vehicle management server (2) awakens the corresponding pile point industrial personal computer and the corresponding pile point camera (18) according to the positioning position of the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14).

The highway management system of a hazardous material transport vehicle of claim 1, wherein: the driver verification device (8) comprises an outer machine shell (801), a verification camera (802), a display screen (803), a certificate sampling camera (804) and a placing table (805); the outer shell (801) is in a U shape with a lateral opening and is arranged at a high-speed entrance toll station (12); the verification camera (802) is arranged on the front side of the outer shell (801) and is used for carrying out face recognition on a driver; the display screen (803) is arranged below the verification camera (802) and is used for displaying a recognition result; the placing table (805) is arranged at the lower part of the outer shell (801) and is used for placing certificates of drivers and/or escorts; a credential sampling camera (804) is disposed directly above the placement table (805) and is used for image capture of the driver's and/or escort's credentials.

The highway management system of a hazardous material transport vehicle of claim 1, wherein: a plurality of supporting piles are arranged along the driving direction of the highway (15); at least two pile point cameras (18) are connected below each supporting pile, the two pile point cameras (18) are arranged at intervals to acquire running images of the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14) at different angles, and the AI server (5) can calculate the length, width and height of the vehicle; the supporting piles comprise sampling piles (13) and navigation piles (16); a pile point industrial personal computer arranged at the sampling pile (13) is a sampling pile industrial personal computer (4); a pile point industrial personal computer arranged at the navigation pile (16) is a navigation pile industrial personal computer (9); the navigation pile (16) is arranged on the front side of the direction of the traffic flow at the bifurcation of the highway (15); an LED variable information board (10) is arranged above the navigation pile (16), and the LED variable information board (10) is used for navigating the running direction of the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14) and indicating information.

The highway management system of a hazardous materials transport vehicle of claim 1, wherein: the flash generator (22) further comprises a telescopic cylinder rod (2202), an outer sleeve (2203), a guide block (2204) and a driving motor (2205); the outer sleeve (2203) is vertically fixed on the back side of a head (25) of the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14); the outer sleeve (2203) is coaxially arranged in the telescopic cylinder rod (2202), the lower part of the telescopic cylinder rod (2202) is in sliding fit with the inner cylinder wall of the outer sleeve (2203) through a guide block (2204), and the upper part of the telescopic cylinder rod (2202) extends out of the outer sleeve (2203) and is rotationally connected with the flashlight (2201); a threaded rod (2207) in threaded fit with the telescopic cylinder rod (2202) is coaxially arranged in the telescopic cylinder rod, and a driving motor (2205) is fixed at the lower part of the outer sleeve (2203) and can drive the threaded rod (2207) to rotate so as to control the vertical lifting of the flash lamp (2201).

The highway management system of a hazardous materials transport vehicle of claim 1, wherein: an identification cloth storage device (24) is arranged at the top of the head (25) of the dangerous goods transport vehicle (14); the identification cloth storage device (24) comprises a storage box (2401), an identification cloth winding drum (2402), a winding device (2403), a rear guide roller (2404), a front guide roller (2406) and an auxiliary wheel (2408); the storage box (2401) is fixedly arranged on the upper part of the back side of the vehicle head (25); the identification cloth winding drum (2402) and the winding device (2403) are respectively arranged in the storage box (2401), identification cloth (2405) is wound on the identification cloth winding drum (2402), and a winding steel wire rope (2407) is wound on the winding device (2403); the rear guide roller (2404) and the front guide roller (2406) are respectively arranged at the top of the vehicle head (25), the auxiliary roller (2408) is arranged below the rear guide roller (2404), and the free end of the steel wire rope (2407) sequentially passes through the auxiliary roller (2408), the front guide roller (2406) and the rear guide roller (2404) and is connected with the end of the identification cloth (2405) so as to be used for drawing the identification cloth (2405) to the top of the vehicle head (25); the identification cloth winding drum (2402) can rotate and store identification cloth (2405); the mark cloth (2405) is provided with a mark which is easy to be identified by the pile point camera (18).
