In addition, the system of the invention has a return mechanism, and can provide another round of service estimation, contract signing and dispatching operation by using the input module after the dispatching service personnel contact with the consumer and obtain the additional or further service requirement of the consumer. Even the invention can utilize the user login module and the input module to carry out time contract between the consumer and the service specialist so as to be beneficial to carrying out the operations of estimation, quotation and price negotiation confirmation, signing and the like in a common way (not limited to the in-person meeting, but also carried out in a remote meeting at the cloud end).
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments for fully illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. Claims (10)
1. A service estimation, subscription and dispatch system, suitable for a network information architecture, the system comprising:
an input module, which is used for obtaining an input user account and service requirement information, wherein the service requirement information comprises demander information, a service type, a corresponding necessary item and an additional item, a service proceeding date interval and a service proceeding place;
a resource inquiry module for confirming and replying whether the resource required by the selected service type has the surplus or not;
a valuation module, coupled to the input module and the resource requisition module, for querying the resource requisition module by the service requirement information and confirming that the answer is yes, generating a first service combination fee as a quotation message, the first service combination fee including a sum of highest-level fees selected from different specification levels of the required items, plus a fee of at least one additional item;
a quotation module, coupled to the valuation module, for providing the quotation information to the user and accepting the readjustment quotation of the user or accepting the reply of the quotation;
a back calculation suggestion module, coupled to the quotation module and the valuation module, for generating a second service combination charge through the valuation module as a quotation message after a user replies to a readjusted quotation, and continuing the operation of the quotation module, wherein the second service combination charge includes a sum of charges that a level of each required item corresponding to the service type is the lowest or at least one destination level is the lowest;
a signing module, coupled to the quotation module, for performing on-line electronic signing according to the reply of accepting quotation of the user, and storing the generated electronic contract into a storage unit;
a personnel scheduling module, coupled to the signing module and the resource inquiring module, for performing manpower scheduling according to the quotation information of the accepted quotation after completing the electronic signing; and
and the dispatching module is coupled with the personnel dispatching module and used for generating a dispatching list to relevant service personnel according to the manpower dispatching result.

The system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a service database for storing a plurality of service combinations, each service combination including a service category, a plurality of required items corresponding to the service category, and an additional item corresponding to the service category, each required item having a plurality of different levels and corresponding costs, the additional item having a corresponding cost, the input module coupled to the service database for obtaining the service category, each of the required items and the additional item.
3. The system as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a reporting module coupled to the dispatching module for feeding back another service requirement information required by the user to the input module after the relevant service personnel performs the service according to the contract, and performing the subsequent service estimation, subscription and dispatching operations.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the valuation module determines if the resource inquiry module replies, and prompts the user to adjust the content of the inputted service requirement information.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the resource query module comprises: and confirming whether the required service personnel and the required tool equipment have the surplus resources or not according to the input service type and the service progress date interval.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the required tool equipment comprises an internal entity or an external entity.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the human scheduling module comprises an internal unit of human power or an external cooperative unit of human power.
8. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein each level of all the required items is weighted from low to high, the inputted service requirement information further includes a budget upper limit cost, and the evaluation module sequentially eliminates the services of the additional items if the first combined service cost is higher than the budget upper limit cost, and reversely eliminates the weights from low to high in all levels one by one on the premise that at least one level is required to be reserved for all the required items until the cost is reduced to the same or less than the budget upper limit cost.
9. The service valuation, contract signing and dispatching system of claim 1, wherein each level of all required items is assigned a weight that is ranked according to operating profit-high, profit-high weight being high, profit-low weight being low.
10. The system of claim 1, wherein the subscription module is further coupled to a credit module capable of investigating bad payment records, for querying whether the user has bad credit records before completing the online electronic subscription, and stopping or resuming subscription behavior accordingly.
