When the electric barbecue device 4 is used for barbecue, two modes of heating by electricity and heating by the second heat conduction pipe 54 can be selected. When electric heating is adopted, food materials are placed on the roasting plate 42, the switch of the electric roasting device 4 is turned on, and the electric heating coil 41 generates heat after being electrified, so that the food materials are heated; when the second heat pipe 54 is used for heating, the second electromagnetic valve 542 is opened, the heat insulation box 41 heats the superconducting liquid in the second heat pipe 54 to form steam, and the steam heats the baking plate 42 when passing through the lower part of the baking plate 42, so as to realize baking.
