The steam generating device 26 is further provided with a water outlet, a water outlet pipe is arranged between the water outlet of the steam generating device 26 and the oven cavity 21, a second switch valve 28 is arranged in the water outlet pipe, when the steaming and baking of the steam oven 2 are finished, the first switch valve 27 is closed, the water tank 23 and the steam generating device 26 are not communicated, the second switch valve 28 is opened, the waste water in the steam generating device 26 flows into the oven cavity 21 from the water outlet pipe, the oven cavity 21 heats and evaporates the waste water, and the water outlet is arranged at the bottom end of the steam generating device 26 to ensure that the waste water can completely flow away from the steam generating device 26.
