本发明属于汽车内饰技术领域,具体为一种具有吸音功能的环保汽车内饰结构。
背景技术
汽车噪声不但增加驾驶员和乘员的疲劳,而且影响汽车的行驶安全;另一方面,噪声对消化系统、心血管系统也有严重不良影响,会造成消化不良,食欲不振,恶心呕吐,从而导致胃病及胃溃疡病的发病率提高,使高血压、动脉硬化和冠心病的发病率比正常情况明显提高;噪声对视觉器官也会造成不良影响;作为汽车乘坐舒适性的重要评价指标,汽车噪声也会在很大程度上反映出生产厂家的设计水平及工艺水平;因此,控制汽车噪声在适当水平也是汽车设计者追求的方向。
汽车内饰主要是指汽车内部改装所用到的汽车产品,涉及到汽车内部的方方面面,比如汽车方向盘套、汽车坐垫、汽车脚垫、汽车香水、汽车挂件、内部摆件和收纳箱等等都是汽车内饰产品,我们国内所说的汽车内饰,由于这一部分汽车零部件具有一定的装饰性,我们就可以知道,这部分零部件不光只有装饰作用,他们所涉及到的功能性、安全性以及工程属性是非常丰富的。
汽车中的内饰不仅仅起到装饰作用,还有着其他的功能要求,随着人们对汽车要求的不断增加隔音效果也成为了一种必要的需求,但是市面上汽车内饰顶棚却没有较好的吸音隔音效果,因此需要对汽车内饰顶棚的结构加以改进,同时本发明提出一种具有吸音功能的环保汽车内饰结构,便于更好的起到吸音隔音效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了上述提出的:汽车中的内饰不仅仅起到装饰作用,还有着其他的功能要求,随着人们对汽车要求的不断增加隔音效果也成为了一种必要的需求,但是市面上汽车内饰顶棚却没有较好的吸音隔音效果,因此需要对汽车内饰顶棚的结构加以改进,同时本发明提出一种具有吸音功能的环保汽车内饰结构,便于更好的起到吸音隔音效果,因此提供一种具有吸音功能的环保汽车内饰结构。

Claims (7)

1.一种具有吸音功能的环保汽车内饰结构,包括汽车内饰顶棚外壳(1),其特征在于:所述汽车内饰顶棚外壳(1)的左右两侧均一体式的连接有的汽车内饰顶棚外壳连接架(2),所述汽车内饰顶棚外壳(1)的底部固定连接有汽车内饰顶棚装饰板机构(3),且汽车内饰顶棚装饰板机构(3)包括在所述汽车内饰顶棚外壳(1)的底部固定连接有的隔音毡(4),且隔音毡(4)的底部固定连接有吸音板(5),所述吸音板(5)的底部固定连接有加固框(6),且加固框(6)的底部固定连接有复合层机构(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有吸音功能的环保汽车内饰结构,其特征在于:所述吸音板(5)的内部设置有蜂窝状结构(8),且蜂窝状结构(8)的内部填充有吸音棉(9),所述加固框(6)的内部固定连接有交错设置的第一加固板(10)和第二加固板(11)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种具有吸音功能的环保汽车内饰结构,其特征在于:所述第一加固板(10)和第二加固板(11)内侧填充有第二吸音棉,所述复合层机构(7)由无纺布层(70)、纤维复合层(71)、麻纤维层(72)和聚氨酯泡沫层(73)组成。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种具有吸音功能的环保汽车内饰结构,其特征在于:所述无纺布层(70)的顶部固定连接有纤维复合层(71),且纤维复合层(71)的顶部固定连接有麻纤维层(72),所述麻纤维层(72)的顶部固定连接有聚氨酯泡沫层(73)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种具有吸音功能的环保汽车内饰结构,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯泡沫层(73)固定连接在加固框(6)的底部,所述聚氨酯泡沫层(73)与第一加固板(10)和第二加固板(11)的底部相贴合。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种具有吸音功能的环保汽车内饰结构,其特征在于:所述隔音毡(4)为高密度卷材结构,所述隔音毡(4)、吸音板(5)、加固框(6)和复合层机构(7)长宽均相同。
7.如权利要求3所述的一种具有吸音功能的环保汽车内饰结构,其特征在于:所述第一加固板(10)和第二加固板(11)顶部与加固框(6)的顶部,且第一加固板(10)和第二加固板(11)底部与加固框(6)底部均位于同一水平面,所述隔音毡(4)、吸音板(5)、加固框(6)和复合层机构(7)均与汽车内饰顶棚外壳(1)底部结构相适配。
