本发明公开了一种耐高温面料,包括依次层叠地设有阻燃层、可膨胀层和基底层;其中,该可膨胀耐高温纱线包括耐高温纱芯和受热膨胀纱线层,该受热膨胀纱线层设于该耐高温纱芯外表。本发明还公开了一种耐高温面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1将若干受热膨胀纱线缠绕于高温纱线,以构成可膨胀耐高温纱线,再利用该可膨胀耐高温纱线经纬交织成可膨胀层;S2将该可膨胀层胶粘于复合层;S3将阻燃层胶粘于该可膨胀层。本发明还公开了一种耐高温面料防护服,利用所述耐高温面料制成。本发明的耐高温面料当没有接触高温热源时,其具有较好的透气性,而且由耐高温面料制成的防护服,能够提高工作人员穿上后的舒适感。

一种耐高温面料及其制备方法、耐高温防护服
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种耐高温面料及其制备方法、耐高温防护服。
背景技术
工作人员在进行冶金、焊接等领域的工作时,需要穿戴防护服保证作业的安全性,并且保护皮肤免受灼伤。
现有的防护服一般采用纯棉、牛皮或纯预氧丝制成。纯棉防护服克重高,穿着厚重,使用年限短,平均寿命只有一周;牛皮防护服成本较高,且舒适度差,无法做成完整的服饰,缺少对人体全方位的保护;纯预氧丝强度较低,不利于制造,并且制成的防护服强度较低。
但是,上述专利中防护服采用的面料一般透气性较差,工作人员穿上后舒适感较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的包括提供一种耐高温面料,其针对耐高温面料而设计,当面料没有接触高温热源时,其具有较好的透气性。
本发明的另一目的包括提供一种耐高温面料的制备方法,其针对耐高温面料的制备而设计,当所制备的面料没有接触高温热源时,其具有较好的透气性。
本发明的另一目的包括提供一种耐高防护服,其针对防护服而设计,当防护服没有接触高温热源时,其具有较好的透气性,提高工作人员穿上后的舒适感。
一种耐高温面料,包括依次层叠地设有阻燃层、可膨胀层和基底层,该阻燃层由阻燃纱线织成,该可膨胀层由可膨胀耐高温纱线织成;其中,该可膨胀耐高温纱线包括耐高温纱芯和受热膨胀纱线层,该受热膨胀纱线层设于该耐高温纱芯外表。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述受热膨胀纱线包括耐高温纱线和可膨胀石墨,该可膨胀石墨胶粘于该耐高温纱线表面。
在本发明的一实施例中,设相邻两个所述可膨胀耐高温纱线之间间隙的宽度为d,设该可膨胀耐高温纱线膨胀后的线径与初始线径的差为Δr,则d<2Δr。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述基底层由涤纶纱线、尼龙纱线混合织成。
一种耐高温面料的制备方法,用于制备耐高温面料,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1将若干受热膨胀纱线缠绕于高温纱线,以构成可膨胀耐高温纱线,再利用该可膨胀耐高温纱线经纬交织成可膨胀层;
S2将该可膨胀层胶粘于复合层;
S3将阻燃层胶粘于该可膨胀层。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述受热膨胀纱线的制备方法是:将可膨胀石墨与耐高温胶粘剂混合,制得混合液,再将该混合液涂覆于耐高温纱线表面并固化。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述耐高温胶粘剂为磷酸盐类胶粘剂或硅酸类胶粘剂。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述耐高温纤维为聚四氟乙烯纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维。
一种耐高温面料防护服,利用所述耐高温面料制成。

本发明实施例通过在第一铝膜与第二铝膜之间设置相变纤维层,利用相变纤维层减少热量在第一铝膜与第二铝膜之间的传递,使面料整体具有较好的隔热性,达到减少热量传导至穿戴者的目的。

实施例1
请参照图1,本实施例提供一种耐高温面料,其包括依次层叠地设有阻燃层1、可膨胀层2和基底层3。
基底层3由涤纶纱线、尼龙纱线混合织成,如涤纶纱线作为纬线,尼龙纱线作为经线,通过经纬纺织制成复合面料。
阻燃层1由阻燃纱线织成,该阻燃纱线可以由聚丙烯腈阻燃纤维或芳纶阻燃纤维制成,纤维高温面料的阻燃层1直接面向热源。
可膨胀层2由可膨胀耐高温纱线21织成,具体的,如图2所示,可膨胀耐高温纱线21包括耐高温纱芯211和受热膨胀纱线层212,受热膨胀纱线213包括耐高温纱线和可膨胀石墨,耐高温纤维为聚四氟乙烯纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维。制备受热膨胀纱线213时,将可膨胀石墨与耐高温胶粘剂混合,制得混合液,再将该混合液涂覆于耐高温纱线表面并固化。耐高温胶粘剂为磷酸盐类胶粘剂或硅酸类胶粘剂。本领域技术人员根据实际需要设定固化温度,但固化稳定需低于可膨胀石墨的膨胀温度。通过在耐高温纱芯211外部缠绕包裹一层受热膨胀纱线213,缠绕方式如图3所示,以构成受热膨胀纱线层212,当可膨胀耐高温纱线21受热温度达到膨胀温度后,受热膨胀纱线层212膨胀,致使可膨胀耐高温纱线21整体线径增大。
在缠绕成可膨胀层2时,其中一部分可膨胀耐高温纱线21作为经线,另一部分可膨胀耐高温纱线21作为为纬线,通过经纬交织织成,而且需控制相邻两根经线或相邻两根纬线之间的间隔,如图4所示,以相邻的两根经线为例,设相邻两根经线之间间隙的宽度为d,设单根可膨胀耐高温纱线21膨胀后的半径与初始半径的差为Δr,则d需满足:d<2Δr。当可膨胀耐高温纱线21未膨胀时,两根经线之间的具有宽度为d的间隙,以便增强面料的透气性;当可膨胀耐高温纱线21遇热膨胀后,如图5-6所示,因相邻两根经线之间没有足够空间让两根可膨胀耐高温纱线21完全膨胀,则两根膨胀后的可膨胀耐高温纱线21相互挤压,两根膨胀后的可膨胀耐高温纱线21之间的间隙消失,以减少外部的热空气经可膨胀耐高温纱线21之间的间隙流入面料内侧,降低面料的透气性。
实施例2
一种耐高温面料的制备方法,用于制备实施例1的耐高温面料,制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1将若干受热膨胀纱线213缠绕于高温纱线,以构成可膨胀耐高温纱线21,再利用可膨胀耐高温纱线21经纬交织成可膨胀层2;
S2将可膨胀层2胶粘于复合层;
S3将阻燃层1胶粘于可膨胀层2。
在本实施例中,受热膨胀纱线213的制备方法是:将可膨胀石墨与耐高温胶粘剂混合,制得混合液,其中耐高温胶粘剂为磷酸盐类胶粘剂或硅酸类胶粘剂。再将混合液涂覆于耐高温纱线表面并固化。其中耐高温纤维为聚四氟乙烯纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维。
实施例3
一种耐高温面料防护服,利用实施例1中的耐高温面料制成。

Claims (9)

1.一种耐高温面料,其特征在于,包括依次层叠地设有阻燃层、可膨胀层和基底层,该阻燃层由阻燃纱线织成,该可膨胀层由可膨胀耐高温纱线织成;
其中,该可膨胀耐高温纱线包括耐高温纱芯和受热膨胀纱线层,该受热膨胀纱线层设于该耐高温纱芯外表。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温面料,其特征在于,
所述受热膨胀纱线包括耐高温纱线和可膨胀石墨,该可膨胀石墨胶粘于该耐高温纱线表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温面料,其特征在于,
设相邻两个所述可膨胀耐高温纱线之间间隙的宽度为d,设该可膨胀耐高温纱线膨胀后的线径与初始线径的差为Δr,则d<2Δr。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温面料,其特征在于,
所述基底层由涤纶纱线、尼龙纱线混合织成。
5.一种耐高温面料的制备方法,其特征在于,用于制备权利要求3所述的耐高温面料,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1将若干受热膨胀纱线缠绕于高温纱线,以构成可膨胀耐高温纱线,再利用该可膨胀耐高温纱线经纬交织成可膨胀层;
S2将该可膨胀层胶粘于复合层;
S3将阻燃层胶粘于该可膨胀层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述受热膨胀纱线的制备方法是:将可膨胀石墨与耐高温胶粘剂混合,制得混合液,再将该混合液涂覆于耐高温纱线表面并固化。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述耐高温胶粘剂为磷酸盐类胶粘剂或硅酸类胶粘剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述耐高温纤维为聚四氟乙烯纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维。
9.一种耐高温面料防护服,其特征在于,利用如权利要求3所述耐高温面料制成。
