Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方及其制备工艺,其配方按质量百分比计,包括:肉豆蔻15%‑16%;芡实25%‑27%;莲子25%‑27%;白扁豆25%‑27%;润湿剂3%‑5%;增稠剂3%‑5%,其中,所述的增稠剂为黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、抗性糊精中的至少一种;所述的润湿剂为硬脂酰乳酸钠(SSL)、司盘20(Span20)、四乙二醇单油酸酯(Atlas G2140)中的至少一种。本发明还提供了采用上述配方制备的稳定水溶液。本发明配方水溶液可长期保存,稳定性表现良好,可用于治疗炎症性肠病。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方及其制备工艺,属于药食同源领域。
背景技术
炎症性肠病是一组病因尚未阐明的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,与环境、遗传及肠道微生态等多因素相互作用导致肠道异常免疫失衡有关。其发病机制可概括为环境因素作用于遗传易感者,在肠道微生物参与下引起肠道免疫失衡,损伤肠黏膜屏障,导致肠黏膜持续炎症损伤。炎症性肠病的临床表现呈多样化,包括消化道表现、全身性表现、肠外表现和并发症,主要表现为腹泻、腹痛、里急后重等症状。本专利涉及到制备治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方。
肉豆蔻,具有涩肠止泻,温中行气的功效。主治脾胃虚寒,久泻久痢,胃寒胀痛,食少呕吐等。芡实,具有益肾固精,健脾止泻,除湿止带的功效。主治肾气不固之腰膝酸软,遗精滑精,肾元不固之小便不禁或小儿遗尿,脾虚纳少,肠鸣便溏,或湿盛下注,久泻久痢、带下等。莲子,具有固精止带,补脾止泻,益肾养心的功效。主治脾虚久泻,食欲不振,肾气不足,脾虚失运,水湿下注之带下证以及心肾不交,虚烦失眠。白扁豆,具有补脾止泻,消暑化湿,和中解毒的功效。主治脾虚泄泻,湿浊带下,暑湿吐泻等。

本发明目的在于提供一种治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方。
本发明的再一目的在于:提供一种上述治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方的制备工艺。
本发明目的提供以下方案实现:一种治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方,按质量百分比计,包括:肉豆蔻15%-16%;芡实25%-27%;莲子25%-27%;白扁豆25%-27%;润湿剂3%-5%;增稠剂3%-5%,其中,所述的增稠剂为黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、抗性糊精中的至少一种;所述的润湿剂为硬脂酰乳酸钠(SSL)、司盘20(Span20)、四乙二醇单油酸酯(Atlas G2140)中的至少一种。
本发明还提供了一种根据上述的治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方质量百分比将肉豆蔻、芡实、莲子和白扁豆进行混合,加入2倍量纯水浸泡30分钟;武火煮沸后转为中火,继续煎煮30分钟,倒出煎液,再加水煎煮20分钟,最后将两次煎煮液合并;
(2)润湿剂加入纯化水进行溶解混匀,调整HLB值(Hydrophile-LipophileBalance Number,亲水疏水平衡值)7-9,得润湿剂溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的润湿剂溶液与步骤(1)制备的溶液进行混匀;
(4)将增稠剂溶解于步骤(3)制备的溶液中,加水至800-1050ml ,灭菌。
较佳的,纯化水(0.1-1.0μm)以950-1050ml为。
本发明配方所得的水溶液可长期保存,稳定性表现良好,可用于治疗炎症性肠病。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方:
肉豆蔻:9g
芡实:15g
莲子:15g
白扁豆:15 g
润湿剂SSL:2g
增稠剂黄原胶:2g
按下述工艺制备:
(1)按配方质量百分比将肉豆蔻9g、芡实15g、莲子15g和白扁豆15g进行混合,加入2倍量纯水浸泡30分钟;武火煮沸后转为中火,继续煎煮30分钟,倒出煎液,再加水煎煮20分钟,最后将两次煎煮液合并;
(2)润湿剂SSL 2g加入10-30ml纯水中进行溶解混匀,调整HLB值7-9,得润湿剂溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的SSL溶液与步骤(1)制备的溶液进行混匀;
(4)将增稠剂黄原胶2g溶解于步骤(3)制备的溶液中,加水至800-1050ml 混匀、分装、灭菌。
实施例2:
其他与实施例1配方保持一致,只是润湿剂分别选SSL、Span20(司盘20)、AtlasG2140(四乙二醇单油酸酯),水溶液制备步骤也与实施例1相同,按下述步骤制备:
1, 配方水溶液-1的制备:
(1)按配方质量百分比将肉豆蔻9g、芡实15g、莲子15g和白扁豆15g进行混合,加入2倍量纯水浸泡30分钟;武火煮沸后转为中火,继续煎煮30分钟,倒出煎液,再加水煎煮20分钟,最后将两次煎煮液合并;
(2)润湿剂SSL 1.8-2.2g加入10-30ml纯水中进行溶解混匀,调整HLB值7-9,得润湿剂溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的SSL溶液与步骤(1)制备的溶液进行混匀;
(4)将增稠剂黄原胶1.8-2.2g溶解于步骤(3)制备的溶液中,加水至950-1050ml混匀、分装、灭菌,即得配方水溶液-1。
该水溶液室温下静置1周,目测溶液稳定性状态是否有“相变”过程,如溶液变胶体,澄清变混浊等,如有则视为不稳定。结果见表1,配方水溶液-1稳定。
2, 配方水溶液-2的制备:

(3)将步骤(2)制备的SSL溶液与步骤(1)制备的溶液进行混匀;
(4)将增稠剂黄原胶1.8-2.2g溶解于步骤(3)制备的溶液中,加水至950-1050ml混匀、分装、灭菌,即得配方水溶液-3。
该配方水溶液-3室温下静置1周,目测溶液稳定性状态是否有“相变”过程,如溶液变胶体,澄清变混浊等,如有则视为不稳定。结果见表1,配方水溶液-3较稳定。

实施例3
其他与实施例1配方保持一致,只是增稠剂分别选用黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、抗性糊精,水溶液制备步骤也与实施例1相同,按下述步骤制备:
1, 配方水溶液-4的制备:
(1)按配方质量百分比将肉豆蔻9g、芡实15g、莲子15g和白扁豆15g进行混合,加入2倍量纯水浸泡30分钟;武火煮沸后转为中火,继续煎煮30分钟,倒出煎液,再加水煎煮20分钟,最后将两次煎煮液合并;
(2)润湿剂SSL 1.8-2.2g加入10-30ml纯水中进行溶解混匀,调整HLB值7-9,得润湿剂溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的SSL溶液与步骤(1)制备的溶液进行混匀;
(4)将增稠剂黄原胶1.8-2.2g溶解于步骤(3)制备的溶液中,加水至950-1050ml混匀、分装、灭菌,即得配方水溶液-4(与水溶液1相同)。
目测溶液配方水溶液-4稳定性是否良好,如呈澄清透明状,且静置7天未见相变现象,则稳定性良好;另静置7天后,观察其软化性,若7天后呈固态,无法搅拌或称量,则视流变性不好,或粘性大;若仍呈液体状态,方便滴管等容器量取,则视为流变性良好。结果见表2,配方水溶液-4稳定且流变性好。
2、配方水溶液-5的制备:
(1)按配方质量百分比将肉豆蔻9g、芡实15g、莲子15g和白扁豆15g进行混合,加入2倍量纯水浸泡30分钟;武火煮沸后转为中火,继续煎煮30分钟,倒出煎液,再加水煎煮20分钟,最后将两次煎煮液合并;
(2)润湿剂SSL 1.8-2.2g加入10-30ml纯水中进行溶解混匀,调整HLB值7-9,得润湿剂溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的SSL溶液与步骤(1)制备的溶液进行混匀;
(4)将增稠剂羧甲基纤维素钠1.8-2.2g溶解于步骤(3)制备的溶液中,加水至950-1050ml 混匀、分装、灭菌,即得配方水溶液-5。

(4)将增稠剂抗性糊精1.8-2.2g溶解于步骤(3)制备的溶液中,加水至950-1050ml混匀、分装、灭菌,即得配方水溶液-6。

实施例4:
一种治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方:
肉豆蔻:14g
芡实:23g
莲子:23g
白扁豆:23 g
润湿剂SSL:2.8-3.2g
增稠剂黄原胶:2.8-3.2g
按下述步骤制备水溶液:
(1)按配方质量百分比将肉豆蔻14g、芡实23g、莲子23g和白扁豆23g进行混合,加入2倍量纯水浸泡30分钟;武火煮沸后转为中火,继续煎煮30分钟,倒出煎液,再加水煎煮20分钟,最后将两次煎煮液合并;
(2)润湿剂SSL 2.8-3.2g加入10-30ml纯水中进行溶解混匀,调整HLB值7-9,得润湿剂溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的SSL溶液与步骤(1)制备的溶液进行混匀;
(4)将增稠剂黄原胶2.8-3.2g溶解于步骤(3)制备的溶液中,加水稀释至950-1050ml 混匀、分装、灭菌,得稳定的水溶液。
使用效果:
案例1. 张某,男,1984年生
患者主要表现为腹泻、腹痛、里急后重等症状。多数每日大便2~4次,糊状或水样,左下腹或下腹部,阵发性痉挛性绞痛,疼痛后多有便意,排便后疼痛暂时缓解。采用此方,每周六周日连用两天,每日两次。患者症状明显改善,大便成形,疼痛减轻,次数减少。
综上所述,实施例1至3所得配方水溶液可长期保存,稳定性表现良好。实施例4所得配方水溶液可用于治疗炎症性肠病。以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施案例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的原则内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括:肉豆蔻15%-16%;芡实25%-27%;莲子25%-27%;白扁豆25%-27%;润湿剂3%-5%;增稠剂3%-5%,其中,所述的增稠剂为黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、抗性糊精中的至少一种;所述的润湿剂为硬脂酰乳酸钠(SSL)、司盘20(Span20)、四乙二醇单油酸酯(Atlas G2140)中的至少一种。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方质量百分比将肉豆蔻、芡实、莲子和白扁豆进行混合,加入2倍量纯水浸泡30分钟;武火煮沸后转为中火,继续煎煮30分钟,倒出煎液,再加水煎煮20分钟,最后将两次煎煮液合并;
(2)润湿剂加入纯化水进行溶解混匀,调整HLB值(Hydrophile-Lipophile BalanceNumber,亲水疏水平衡值)7-9,得润湿剂溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的润湿剂溶液与步骤(1)制备的溶液进行混匀;
(4)将增稠剂溶解于步骤(3)制备的溶液中,加水至800-1050ml ,灭菌。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方的制备工艺,其特征在于,按下述步骤:
(1)按配方质量百分比将肉豆蔻9g、芡实15g、莲子15g和白扁豆15g进行混合,加入2倍量纯水浸泡30分钟;武火煮沸后转为中火,继续煎煮30分钟,倒出煎液,再加水煎煮20分钟,最后将两次煎煮液合并;
(2)润湿剂SSL 1.8-2.2g加入10-30ml纯水中进行溶解混匀,调整HLB值7-9,得润湿剂溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的SSL溶液与步骤(1)制备的溶液进行混匀;
(4)将增稠剂黄原胶1.8-2.2g溶解于步骤(3)制备的溶液中,加水至800-1050ml 混匀、分装、灭菌,得水溶液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述的润湿剂分别选用SSL、Span20或Atlas G2140。
5.根据权利要求3所述的治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,所述的增稠剂为黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠或抗性糊精。
6.根据权利要求2所述的治疗炎症性肠病的中药配方的制备工艺,其特征在于,按下述步骤:
(1)按配方质量百分比将肉豆蔻14g、芡实23g、莲子23g和白扁豆23g进行混合,加入2倍量纯水浸泡30分钟;武火煮沸后转为中火,继续煎煮30分钟,倒出煎液,再加水煎煮20分钟,最后将两次煎煮液合并;
(2)润湿剂SSL 2.8-3.2g加入10-30ml纯水中进行溶解混匀,调整HLB值7-9,得润湿剂溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的SSL溶液与步骤(1)制备的溶液进行混匀;
(4)将增稠剂黄原胶2.8-3.2g溶解于步骤(3)制备的溶液中,加水稀释至950-1050ml混匀、分装、灭菌,得稳定的水溶液。
