In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the first object of the invention is to provide a whitening and skin-care composition containing olive essence, which takes olive extract as an active ingredient and is matched with glycerin and lecithin to achieve the whitening and skin-care effect, and the composition has the advantages of simple composition, obvious effect and stable performance.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a skin care product containing the olive exquisite whitening skin care composition.
The third object of the invention is to provide a preparation method of a skin care product containing the olive exquisite whitening skin care composition.
The first purpose of the invention can be achieved by adopting the following technical scheme:
the whitening and skin-care composition containing olive essence is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
0.1-1.5 parts of olive extract, 0.1-7 parts of hydroxylated lecithin, 0.1-7 parts of lecithin and 10-25 parts of solvent; the olive extract contains olive essence.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.5-1.4 parts of olive extract, 1-5 parts of hydroxylated lecithin, 1-5 parts of lecithin and 12-20 parts of solvent; the olive extract contains olive essence.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1 part of olive extract, 3 parts of hydroxylated lecithin, 3 parts of lecithin and 14 parts of solvent; the olive extract contains olive essence.
The incidence and mortality of diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cancers and the like are low after the olive oil is taken for a long time, and mainly related to polyphenol compounds rich in the olive oil. The olive extract, also called olive essence, is rich in hydroxytyrosol and oleuropein, wherein the oleuropein active substance is generated by hydrolysis into hydroxytyrosol. The olive essence has good effect on human health, and can be taken orally to whiten skin, relieve liver protection and assist in treating arthritis and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; and secondly, the external application can whiten and remove freckles, treat psoriasis and repair skin barriers to achieve the effects of diminishing inflammation and soothing allergy. In particular, olive essence has a particular whitening effect by inhibiting the production of melanin.
The production of human melanin is roughly a two-step enzymatic and oxidative reaction in which tyrosinase converts tyrosine to dopaquinone, which is oxidized to melanin. The olive essence can comprehensively inhibit the formation of melanin in three dimensions of inhibiting the generation of tyrosinase, resisting oxidation and eliminating inflammatory factors, thereby realizing the effect of whitening skin.
Preferably, the solvent is a mixed solvent of water and alcohol, wherein the volume ratio of water to alcohol is (0.1-5): 1.
preferably, the alcohol is one or a combination of more than two of propylene glycol, glycerol, ethanol and butanediol.
The invention also protects the application of the olive-containing delicate whitening skin care composition in preparing skin care products.
The invention also provides a skin care product containing the olive essence whitening skin care composition, which is characterized by comprising any one of the olive essence whitening skin care compositions.
Preferably, the skin care product is a facial mask containing the olive exquisite whitening skin care composition, and the mass content of the olive exquisite whitening skin care composition in the facial mask containing the olive exquisite whitening skin care composition is 0.2-1.0%.
Preferably, the skin care product is a cream emulsion essence containing an olive essence whitening skin care composition, and the content of the olive essence whitening skin care composition in the cream emulsion essence containing the olive essence whitening skin care composition is 0.5-1.0% by mass.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the skin care product containing the olive essence whitening skin care composition, which is characterized in that the raw materials of the skin care product containing the olive essence whitening skin care composition except the olive essence whitening skin care composition are uniformly stirred to obtain a mixture, the temperature of the mixture is adjusted to be 25-40 ℃, the pH value is adjusted to be 5-6, and finally the olive essence whitening skin care composition is added and uniformly stirred to obtain the olive essence whitening skin care product.
The olive essence-containing whitening skin care composition mainly comprises olive extract and lecithin substances, so that the olive essence-containing whitening skin care composition is not suitable for being heated for a long time at a high temperature, and is added after the final step of a process for preparing a skin care product is adjusted to the proper temperature and pH value, so that the activity is prevented from being reduced by heating at the high temperature for a long time. The olive delicate white skin care composition has good water solubility, and can be added in the last step of the process for preparing the skin care product or be uniformly stirred to obtain the skin care product with stable performance.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the olive fine whitening skin care composition takes olive extract, hydroxylated lecithin, lecithin and a solvent as main components, wherein the olive essence contained in the olive fine whitening skin care composition can comprehensively inhibit the formation of melanin by three dimensions of inhibiting the generation of tyrosinase, resisting oxidation and eliminating inflammatory factors, so that the skin whitening effect is realized.
2. The skin care composition containing the olive exquisite white is applied to preparing the skin care containing the olive exquisite white, the skin care product can be a facial mask or cream emulsion essence, and the skin care product has obvious whitening and skin care effects when being added by 0.2-1.0%.
3. According to the preparation method of the olive essence-containing whitening skin care product, the olive essence-containing whitening skin care composition is added at the final stage of preparation, so that the skin care product is uniform and stable due to the good water solubility of the olive essence-containing whitening skin care composition, and the active ingredients can be prevented from being heated and inactivated at high temperature for a long time.

The cream emulsion essence containing the olive essence whitening skin care composition is prepared by uniformly stirring raw materials except the olive essence whitening skin care composition to obtain a mixture, adjusting the temperature of the mixture to be 30 ℃, adjusting the pH value to be 5.5, finally adding 0.5 mass percent of the olive essence whitening skin care composition, and uniformly stirring to obtain the cream emulsion essence containing the olive essence whitening skin care composition.
Composition for grading adverse skin reactions
According to the technical Specification for safety of cosmetics, adverse reactions of skin are graded, and 50 healthy volunteers are selected by a patch test method, wherein the healthy volunteers are 18-24 years old and have no allergic history. Cleaning the inner side of the forearm of the subject, taking 0.04mL of sample, adding the sample on the filter paper attached to the spot tester, attaching the spot tester to the inner side of the forearm of the subject by using a non-irritating adhesive tape, keeping the time for 48 hours, and observing. The probability of adverse reaction of the patch added with the compositions of examples 1-5 is 0, no adverse reaction occurs, and the patch meets the relevant technical Specification for cosmetic safety.
Evaluation of whitening efficacy:
the whitening efficacy of the olive-containing delicate white skin care composition was evaluated by the zebra fish embryo method.
The evaluation method comprises the following steps:
1) embryo preparation
Selecting sexual maturity zebra fish to be bred for more than 4 months in the evening before the experiment, putting the zebra fish to be bred in a spawning box with a baffle overnight, and keeping out of the sun. The next morning, the light source is turned on, and the baffle of the oviposition box is drawn out to mate and spawn. And (3) after mating for 1h, checking the spawning condition of each adult fish in each jar, collecting embryos produced by mating zebra fish, removing foreign matters in a culture dish, and putting the zebra fish into a constant-temperature incubator for incubation.
2) Concentration test
Healthy AB line zebrafish embryos of 1hpf (hours post-fertilization) after selection of fertilized eggs were randomly placed in 6-well cell culture plates, and a group of 30 embryos was added with 5.0mL of solution per well. Respectively adding 5%, 0.5% and 0.05% of olive essence, setting 3 parallel groups for each concentration, placing in a curve control biochemical incubator for incubation, observing the solution system and the fish embryo state every 12 hours, and removing the bad embryos; the photographs were recorded at 72 hpf. The results are shown in FIG. 1.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, at an olive essence concentration of 5%, the sample group was treated for less than 24 hours, 5% of the olive essence-treated fish embryos were all dead, and the blank control group grew normally. Under the condition that the concentration of the olive essence is 0.5%, the sample group is processed for 48 hours, and all fish embryos processed by the olive essence with the concentration of 0.5% are dead; blank group treated fish embryos grew normally. The sample group was treated to 48h at 0.05% olive essence concentration, and 0.05% olive essence treated fish embryos grew normally. The result shows that at the concentration of 0.05%, the olive essence basically has no acute toxicity to the zebra fish embryo and can be safely used.
3) Qualitative observations
Healthy AB line zebra fish embryos of 6-8hpf (hours post-fertilization) after fertilized eggs are selected and randomly placed on a 6-hole cell culture plate, 30 embryos in a group are added, 5.0mL of solution and 0.05% of olive essence are added into each hole, a positive control group (1.0mg/mL of arbutin) and a blank control group are additionally set in an experiment, and 3 parallel groups are set for each concentration. Placing the mixture in a curve control biochemical incubator for incubation. Observing the solution system and the state of the fish embryo every 12 hours, and removing the damaged embryo; the growth of zebrafish embryos was recorded at 72hpf as shown in FIG. 2.
As shown in FIG. 2, the embryos developed consistently in the positive control and the blank control at a concentration of 0.05%, wherein the positive control showed less melanin in the zebrafish than the blank control, while the zebrafish treated with olive essence at a concentration of 0.05% showed very little melanin and were substantially transparent throughout.
4) Inhibition of melanogenesis by test substances
Healthy AB line zebra fish embryos of 6-8hpf (hours post-fertilization) after fertilized eggs are selected and randomly placed on a 6-hole cell culture plate, 30 embryos in a group are added, 5.0mL of solution and 0.05% of olive essence are added into each hole, a positive control group (1.0mg/mL of arbutin) and a blank control group are additionally set in an experiment, and 3 parallel groups are set for each concentration. Placing the mixture in a curve control biochemical incubator for incubation. Observing the solution system and the state of the fish embryo every 12 hours, and removing the damaged eggs.
When incubation reached 72hpf, lysate solution was added and sonicated to make a homogenate. Centrifuging, taking the precipitate, and shaking to fully dissolve melanin in the centrifuge tube. 100. mu.L of the solution was placed in a 96-well plate, and absorbance was measured at a wavelength of 405nm using a microplate reader. The inhibition rate of melanin synthesis by the sample was calculated according to the following formula:
the experimental data are all expressed as mean ± SEM data, and the results are shown in table 1, fig. 3:

As can be seen from Table 1, the inhibition rate of 0.05% concentration of olive essence on tyrosinase activity reaches 89.83 + -0.99, and the inhibition rate of the positive control group is only 36.25 + -0.78, which shows that the inhibition activity of 0.05% concentration of olive essence on tyrosinase is very high, and the production of tyrosinase can be effectively inhibited.
5) Inhibition of tyrosinase Activity by test substances

the experimental data are all expressed as mean ± SEM data, and the results are shown in table 2 and fig. 4:

As can be seen from table 2, the inhibitory rate of 0.05% concentration of olive essence on melanin production reaches 106.51 ± 1.41, and the inhibitory rate of the positive control group is only 42.79 ± 1.72, which indicates that 0.05% concentration of olive essence has high inhibitory activity on melanin production, and not only can completely inhibit melanin production, but also can be easily obtained by eliminating existing melanin, and combining the data in table 1, olive essence not only inhibits melanin production by inhibiting tyrosinase production, but also inhibits melanin production by other ways. Therefore, the olive essence can not only achieve whitening by inhibiting the production of melanin, but also perform whitening by eliminating existing melanin.
And (3) testing the actual effect:
test method 1:
samples were taken from the abdominal skin of female volunteers of 36 years old. The blank control group was saline. The test group was applied to the skin twice daily with 4% of the olive fine whitening skin care composition of example 7. The application is continued for 30 days. Skin sections on day 7, day 14 and day 28 were tested and stained for melanin distribution, with the results shown in figure 5.
The results show that:
the blank control skin tissue had the highest melanin content; after day 7, 4.0% of the skin melanin content of the skin smeared with the olive fine whitening skin care composition of example 7 was reduced compared to the blank control group; after day 14, the skin melanin content of the skin smeared with the 4.0% olive whitening skin care composition of example 7 was reduced from day 7, and the melanin density distribution was reduced; after day 28, the 4.0% olive skin whitening composition of example 7 applied to the skin had a significant effect, and the melanin in the basal layer was greatly reduced from the blank control, resulting in the desired whitening profile.
Test method 2:
test methods, one of 35-year-old women who had yellow skin and had many pigmented spots, the olive skin whitening composition of example 7, which contained 6% by mass of olive, was applied to the face every day, and the changes in the face after 5 days and 20 days were compared, as shown in fig. 6.
As can be seen from fig. 6, on day 5, the spots on the face of the test subjects gradually decreased and the color depth of the spots was reduced by using the test subjects for 5 days, and on day 20, most of the skin on the face was not yellowed, the spots disappeared, and the skin was only pale, and the skin was remarkably whitened. This demonstrates that the olive fine whitening skin care composition has an obvious whitening effect.
Test method 3:

The test method comprises the following steps: one of 30-year-old female subjects with high facial melanin accumulation was applied to the face with a facial mask prepared according to the formula of the facial mask solution in table 3, wherein the facial mask composition containing olive essence and whitening described in example 7 was applied once a day for 30-50min each time, and after 7 days, the change of the face was as shown in fig. 7.
Fig. 7 shows that the initial test subjects had yellow faces and had severe accumulation of melanin on the whole faces, and the skin became smooth and white after 10 days of facial mask application, with melanin significantly reduced and pale, achieving good facial whitening effect.
Therefore, the olive exquisite and white skin care composition can comprehensively inhibit the formation of melanin by inhibiting the generation of tyrosinase, resisting oxidation and eliminating inflammatory factors, thereby realizing the effect of whitening skin. The prepared olive-containing exquisite and white skin-care product can be facial mask or cream emulsion essence, and has remarkable whitening and skin-care effects when added in an amount of 0.2-1.0%.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The whitening and skin-care composition containing olive essence is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
0.1-1.5 parts of olive extract, 0.1-7 parts of hydroxylated lecithin, 0.1-7 parts of lecithin and 10-25 parts of solvent; the olive extract contains olive essence.
2. The olive containing delicate white skin care composition as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components by weight:
0.5-1.4 parts of olive extract, 1-5 parts of hydroxylated lecithin, 1-5 parts of lecithin and 12-20 parts of solvent.
3. The olive exquisite whitening skin care composition as claimed in claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
1 part of olive extract, 3 parts of hydroxylated lecithin, 3 parts of lecithin and 13 parts of solvent.
4. The olive skin whitening composition according to claim 1, wherein the solvent is a mixed solvent of water and alcohol, wherein the volume ratio of water to alcohol is (0.1-5): 1.
5. the olive skin whitening composition according to claim 4, wherein the alcohol is one or more of propylene glycol, glycerin, ethanol, butylene glycol.

The skin care product containing the olive whitening skin care composition according to claim 7, wherein the skin care product is a cream emulsion essence containing the olive whitening skin care composition, and the mass content of the olive whitening skin care composition in the cream emulsion essence containing the olive whitening skin care composition is 0.5-1.0%.

The method of preparing a skin care product comprising an olive essence whitening skin care composition according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the raw materials of the skin care product comprising the olive essence whitening skin care composition except the raw materials comprising the olive essence whitening skin care composition are stirred uniformly to obtain a mixture, the temperature of the mixture is adjusted to 25 to 40 ℃, the pH value is adjusted to 5 to 6, and finally the olive essence whitening skin care composition is added and stirred uniformly to obtain the skin care product comprising the olive essence whitening skin care composition.
