Description

Preparation method of granules containing tea polyphenol
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of granules, in particular to a preparation method of granules containing tea polyphenol.
Background
The traditional medication mode of the traditional Chinese medicine clinical treatment is mainly traditional Chinese medicine decoction, but the decoction is too big in bags and inconvenient to carry, so that the requirement of modern society for quick life cannot be met, on the basis of ensuring the product effect, the traditional Chinese medicine granules developed in recent years become popular preparations, the concentrated granules of single traditional Chinese medicine are prepared through the procedures of extraction, separation, concentration, drying, granulation, packaging and the like, the clinical effect is good, the traditional Chinese medicine granules have the advantage of easy storage and carrying, and great convenience is brought to important popularization and promotion.
The traditional granulation method is wet granulation, auxiliary materials such as adhesive and the like are added into product powder, and the powder is gathered together by the bridging or bonding action of the adhesive to prepare granules. The method has the advantages of beautiful appearance, good fluidity, good wear resistance, outstanding forming performance and the like.
Tea polyphenol is a natural product extracted from tea, the main component is a polyphenol compound using flavanol as a matrix, EGCG is the main component, accounts for about 30-50%, and the tea polyphenol has the effects of resisting bacteria, viruses and oxidation, preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, senile neurodegenerative diseases and the like, and can also be used as an anti-radiation substance in a specific environment. However, most of the tea polyphenol granules obtained by the existing wet granulation are used as antibacterial and antiviral products, and the effect on radiation resistance is not obvious, so the biggest reason for causing the problem may be as follows: the radiation-resistant active ingredients in the product are not fully utilized and released in the traditional wet granulation process, so that the radiation-resistant effect is greatly reduced.
In view of the above, in order to further develop the efficacy of tea polyphenol granules, it is necessary to optimize and innovate the preparation method thereof.
