s4, adding auxiliary materials into the paste prepared in the step S3, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise an excipient and a flavoring agent, the excipient is selected from one or more of dextrin, soluble starch, mannitol and powdered sugar, and the flavoring agent is selected from one or more of stevioside, orange peel syrup, lemon syrup and cherry syrup. And the mass ratio of the paste, the excipient and the flavoring agent is 1: 4: 0.2.
And uniformly mixing the paste with auxiliary materials, drying at 120 ℃ for 60min, and finally, finishing and packaging to obtain the product.
In order to ensure that the obtained granules have basically consistent shapes, large granules are reserved by a first sieve during granule finishing, small granules are removed by a fifth sieve, the large granules reserved by the first sieve and the small granules filtered by the fifth sieve are added with water again to form a non-flowable paste, the granules are finished again, and the rest granules are packaged into granules to obtain the product.

S3, adding a proper amount of tea polyphenol extract, astragalus extract, modified liquorice extract and water into a container, stirring and heating to 60 ℃, continuously introducing air into the container, continuously stirring and keeping the temperature for 2 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, filtering and concentrating to paste, wherein the relative density of the obtained paste is 1.35;
wherein, the mass ratio of the tea polyphenol extract, the astragalus extract and the modified liquorice extract is 1: 7: 1, and the mass ratio of the total mass of the three extracts to water is 1: 10.
s4, adding auxiliary materials into the paste prepared in the step S3, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise an excipient and a flavoring agent, the excipient is selected from one or more of dextrin, soluble starch, mannitol and powdered sugar, and the flavoring agent is selected from one or more of stevioside, orange peel syrup, lemon syrup and cherry syrup. And the mass ratio of the paste, the excipient and the flavoring agent is 1: 3: 0.1.
And uniformly mixing the paste with auxiliary materials, drying at 80 ℃ for 30min, and finally, finishing and packaging to obtain the product.
Example 3
The preparation method of the granules containing tea polyphenol comprises the following four steps:
s1, preparing the tea polyphenol extract, the astragalus extract and the liquorice extract one by one, wherein the specific extraction method comprises the following steps: soaking the corresponding materials (tea polyphenols, radix astragali and Glycyrrhrizae radix) one by one, decocting at 100 deg.C, and separating solid and liquid to obtain extractive solution.
S2, modifying the licorice extract: adding 5 wt% NaOH solution into the Glycyrrhrizae radix extract obtained in step S1, wherein the addition amount is 5% of the total volume of the Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, adjusting pH of the mixed solution to 8.5, ultrasonically stirring at room temperature for 2h, separating and purifying at high speed, and filtering to remove precipitate to obtain modified Glycyrrhrizae radix extract.
S3, adding a proper amount of tea polyphenol extract, astragalus extract, modified liquorice extract and water into a container, stirring and heating to 50 ℃, continuously introducing air into the container, continuously stirring and keeping the temperature for 1h, naturally cooling to room temperature, filtering and concentrating to paste, wherein the relative density of the obtained paste is 1.35;
wherein, the mass ratio of the tea polyphenol extract, the astragalus extract and the modified liquorice extract is 0.8: 8: 1, and the mass ratio of the total mass of the three extracts to water is 1: 13.
s4, adding auxiliary materials into the paste prepared in the step S3, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise an excipient and a flavoring agent, the excipient is selected from one or more of dextrin, soluble starch, mannitol and powdered sugar, and the flavoring agent is selected from one or more of stevioside, orange peel syrup, lemon syrup and cherry syrup. And the mass ratio of the paste, the excipient and the flavoring agent is 1: 2: 0.3.
And uniformly mixing the paste with auxiliary materials, drying at 150 ℃ for 90min, and finally, finishing and packaging to obtain the product.
It should be noted that, in step S3 of examples 1-3, air is delivered through an air inlet pipe inserted into the container and located above the extract, and the air inlet pipe is provided with a plurality of through holes, so that air can be continuously delivered into the container to satisfy the requirement of sufficient oxygen during the extract compounding and oxidation reaction. Under the condition, EGCG in the tea polyphenol can be more efficiently degraded or oxidized, and more radiation-resistant active ingredients can be enriched.

(3) adding adjuvants into the paste obtained in the previous step, wherein the adjuvants comprise excipient and correctant, the excipient is selected from one or more of dextrin, soluble starch, mannitol and sugar powder, and the correctant is selected from one or more of stevioside, pericarpium Citri Junoris syrup, fructus Citri syrup, and fructus Pruni Pseudocerasi syrup. And the mass ratio of the paste, the excipient and the flavoring agent is 1: 3: 0.1. And uniformly mixing the paste with auxiliary materials, drying at 80 ℃ for 30min, and finally, finishing and packaging to obtain the granular product of the comparative example.
Effect testing
Testing the population: office workers 25-50 years old, 40 men and 40 women. The overall basic health condition of the tested population is good, no lactation or pregnancy exists, no hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases exist, and 2-3 exercise habits are provided for one week.

s2, modifying the licorice extract: adding NaOH solution into the licorice extract prepared in the step S1, adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution to 7.5-8.5, ultrasonically stirring for 2 hours at room temperature, separating and purifying at high speed, and filtering to remove precipitates to obtain a modified licorice extract;
s3, adding a proper amount of tea polyphenol extract, astragalus extract, modified liquorice extract and water into a container, stirring and heating to 50-60 ℃, continuously inputting air into the container, continuously stirring and keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, filtering and concentrating to paste;
s4, adding auxiliary materials into the paste prepared in the step S3, uniformly mixing, drying, granulating and packaging to obtain the product.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step S1 is a step of preparing an extract by: soaking the raw materials, decocting and extracting, wherein the extraction temperature is 80-120 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation after decoction extraction to obtain an extract.
