The health tea has scientific raw material proportion, has excellent effects of reducing fat and losing weight, and has important positive effects on recovery of patients when being used as daily health tea for fatty liver patients.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health-care beverages, in particular to a herbal lotus tea capable of reducing fat and losing weight and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Fatty liver (fatty liver) refers to a pathological condition of fat accumulation in liver cells caused by various reasons, and is a common pathological change of liver rather than an independent disease. Fatty liver disease is seriously threatening the health of people, is the second most serious liver disease after viral hepatitis, has continuously increased incidence rate, and the age of the incidence is younger day by day.
Normal human liver tissue contains a small amount of fat, such as triglycerides, phospholipids, glycolipids, and cholesterol, and its weight is about 3% to 5% of the weight of the liver, and if too much fat accumulates in the liver, it exceeds 5% of the weight of the liver or when there is steatosis in more than 50% of the liver cells histologically, it is called fatty liver. The fatty liver is asymptomatic in mild clinical manifestations and violent in severe cases. Fatty liver patients often have the conditions of body obesity and over-standard body weight. Generally, fatty liver belongs to reversible diseases, and the early diagnosis and timely treatment can recover the normal state.
The concept of 'preventing diseases' in the traditional Chinese medicine is gradually deepened into the heart, and the traditional Chinese medicine tea plays an important role as a head-removing soldier in the practice of 'preventing diseases before and after diseases and preventing diseases' in the traditional Chinese medicine. However, the traditional Chinese medicine tea drink is used as a daily health-care drink, the realized liver protection effect is poor, and the slimming effect of fatty liver obese patients is not ideal.
Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine tea drink with better lipid-lowering and slimming effects is provided, is used for daily health care of fatty liver patients, and has an important positive effect on recovery of the fatty liver patients.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the herbal lotus tea for reducing fat and losing weight and the preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problems in the prior art, so that the traditional Chinese medicine tea has excellent effects of reducing fat and losing weight, and is beneficial to recovery of fatty liver patients.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following scheme:
the invention provides a lipid-lowering slimming tea which comprises the following raw material components in parts by mass:
3-8 parts of fresh lotus leaves, 1-3 parts of roses, 1-3 parts of citrus aurantium flowers, 1-3 parts of jasmine flowers, 1-3 parts of fried cassia seeds, 1-3 parts of Pu' er tea, 0.5-1 part of red yeast rice and 0.5-1 part of pseudo-ginseng.
As further optimization of the invention, the lipid-lowering weight-reducing tea comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass:
5 parts of fresh lotus leaves, 2 parts of roses, 2 parts of citrus aurantium, 2 parts of jasmine flowers, 2 parts of fried cassia seeds, 2 parts of Pu' er tea, 1 part of red yeast rice and 1 part of pseudo-ginseng.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the lipid-lowering slimming tea, which comprises the following steps:
freeze-drying the fresh lotus leaves, and then crushing the fresh lotus leaves and other raw material components together to obtain the lipid-lowering weight-losing tea.
