When tea leaves are withered, tea leaves are added into the discharging frame 4, so that the tea leaves fall into the conveying belt 12, the motor 9 rotates the output shaft to drive the two second belt wheels 172 at the right part to rotate, and further drive the flat belt 178 to rotate, so that the flat belt 178 drives the two second belt wheels 172 at the left part to rotate, the rotating rod 171 is driven to rotate through the two second belt wheels 172 at the left part, the rotating rod 171 drives the rotating disc 173 and the rotating frame 174 to rotate, the rotating frame 174 rotates to stir the tea leaves on the conveying belt 12, so that the tea leaves are uniformly heated, the tea leaves are prevented from being accumulated at one position, the rotating frame 174 rotates to push the pushing frame 176, the pushing frame 176 is pushed upwards, the return spring 177 is compressed, when the rotating frame 174 rotates to align the groove position of the rotating frame to the rake position on the pushing frame 176, the rotating frame 174 can stagger the pushing frame 176 to push the pushing frame 176, and further no longer support the pushing frame 176, the pushing frame 176 can move downwards under the reset action of the return spring 177 to reset, the rotating frame 174 and the pushing frame 176 are in staggered contact, the pushing frame 176 can scrape the residual tea leaves in the slot positions on the rotating frame 174, the cleaning purpose is achieved, the rotating frame 174 rotates to intermittently contact the pushing frame 176, the scraping to the raking positions of the pushing frame 176 is cleaned, more tea leaves are prevented from being stained on the rotating frame 174, after the tea leaves are withered and finished, the motor 9 stops working, and the scattering mechanism 17 integrally stops working.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 16 and 17, the tea leaf packaging machine further comprises a blanking mechanism 18, the blanking mechanism 18 comprises a limiting frame 181, a baffle 182, a push rod 183, a compression spring 184 and a fixing block 185, the limiting frame 181 is arranged on the left side of the bottom of the blanking frame 4, the baffle 182 capable of blocking tea leaves is slidably arranged on the limiting frame 181, two compression springs 184 are connected between the left side of the baffle 182 and the limiting frame 181, the push rod 183 is arranged on the left side of the lower portion of the baffle 182, the baffle 182 is in contact fit with the bottom of the blanking frame 4, four fixing blocks 185 are uniformly welded on one side of two turntables 173 far away from each other, the push rod 183 is in contact fit with the fixing blocks 185, and the blanking mechanism 18 is integrally located inside the fixing frame 3.
When the withering process of tea leaves is completed, tea leaves are added into the blanking frame 4, so that the tea leaves fall on the baffle 182, the motor 9 is operated to drive the rotating rod 171 to drive the rotating disc 173 to rotate, the fixed block 185 is driven to rotate, the fixed block 185 rotates to pull the pushing rod 183 to move towards the left side, the baffle 182 is driven to move towards the left side, the compression spring 184 is stretched, the baffle 182 no longer blocks the tea leaves, the tea leaves fall into the conveyor belt 12 to be heated and air-dried, when the fixed block 185 rotates to be separated from the contact of the pushing rod 183, the baffle 182 drives the pushing rod 183 to move towards the right side under the resetting action of the compression spring 184, the baffle 182 blocks the blanking frame 4 again, so that the tea leaves remained in the blanking frame 4 do not fall any more, the fixed blocks 185 are four blocks, the fixed block 185 intermittently pulls the pushing rod 183 along with the rotation of the rotating disc 173, and the baffle 182 moves in two repeated left and right directions, tea alright intermittent type drops, can need not the volume of manual control toward the inside tealeaves that adds of unloading frame 4, and people can directly fill up unloading frame 4, and accessible unloading mechanism 18 accomplishes the ration unloading to tealeaves, avoids tealeaves to pile up a too much influence effect of withering, and motor 9 stall after tealeaves withers and finishes, unloading mechanism 18 also will stop work.
Fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 18, fig. 19 and fig. 20 show that the tea leaf conveyor further comprises a blocking mechanism 19, wherein the blocking mechanism 19 comprises a rotating shaft 191, a connecting plate 192, a spiral spring 193, a connecting rod 194 and a connecting block 195, the rotating shaft 191 is arranged on the left side of the upper portion of the fixed frame 3, the connecting plate 192 capable of blocking tea leaves is rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft 191, the spiral spring 193 is connected between the connecting plate 192 and the rotating shaft 191, the connecting rod 194 is arranged on the right side of the connecting plate 192, the connecting blocks 195 are connected to the upper side and the lower side of the conveyor belt 12, and the two connecting blocks 195 can be in contact fit with the connecting rod 194 and the rotating plate 7 along with the rotation of the conveyor belt 12.
During the tea leaf withering process, the conveyor belt 12 drives the withered tea leaves to be conveyed to the left side, the withered tea leaves are firstly blocked when the tea leaves are in contact with the connecting plate 192, so that the fan 143 fully air-dries the tea leaves, simultaneously, the amount of the tea leaves conveyed at one time can be controlled, the conveyor belt 12 rotates and also drives the connecting block 195 to rotate, when the connecting block 195 rotates to be in contact with the rotating plate 7, the rotating plate 7 is pushed to rotate, the rotating plate 7 is further staggered to continuously move to the left side along with the conveyor belt 12, after the connecting block 195 is not in contact with the rotating plate 7, the rotating plate 7 reversely rotates and resets under the action of gravity, when the connecting block 195 continuously rotates to be in contact with the connecting rod 194, the connecting rod 194 is pushed to rotate, the connecting plate 192 is further driven to rotate, the scroll spring 193 is deformed, the tea leaves are not blocked any more when the connecting plate 192 rotates, so that the tea leaves are conveyed by the conveyor belt 12 to fall into the collecting frame 153, when the connecting block 195 rotates along with the conveyor belt 12 to a position where the connecting block 195 is no longer in contact with the connecting rod 194, the connecting rod 192 is driven by the reset action of the volute spring 193 to reversely rotate and reset the connecting rod 194, so that the connecting rod 192 blocks tea again, a batch of processed tea is stored in the collecting frame 153, when the next connecting block 195 is in contact with the connecting rod 194, the connecting rod 194 is pushed to open the connecting rod 192, a second batch of tea can fall into the collecting frame 153 through the conveying of the conveyor belt 12, so that the purpose of quantitative collection is achieved, people can know the amount of the stored tea according to the number of batches of the tea falling from the collecting frame 153, after a proper amount of the tea is stored in the collecting frame 153, the tea can be timely taken out for collection, the situation that the amount of the tea collected by the collecting frame 153 at each time is inconsistent and the later-stage packing work is influenced can be avoided, and meanwhile, the tea can stay on the conveyor belt 12 for a period, redundant water in the tea leaves is fully evaporated, a better withering effect is achieved, and the conveyor belt 12 stops rotating after the tea leaves are withered, so that the connecting block 195 also stops rotating.

A tea leaf withering machine easy to collect comprises a base (1), a supporting frame (2), a fixing frame (3), a blanking frame (4), a movable plate (5), a supporting seat (6), a rotating plate (7), a supporting frame (8), a motor (9), a fixing frame (10), a first belt pulley (11), a conveying belt (12) and a heating pipe (13), wherein the supporting frame (2) is arranged at the top of the base (1), the fixing frame (3) is arranged on the left side of the upper portion of the supporting frame (2), the blanking frame (4) is arranged on the right side of the fixing frame (3), the movable plate (5) is rotatably arranged on the left side of the top of the blanking frame (4), the supporting seat (6) is connected to the right side wall of the rotating frame (3) in a screw connection mode, the supporting seat (6) is connected with the base (1), the rotating plate (7) is arranged on the right side inside the fixing frame (3), the supporting frame (2) is provided with the supporting frame (8) on the right side, be equipped with motor (9) on support frame (8), the lower part left side of carriage (2) is equipped with mount (10), the left side rotary type of mount (10) is equipped with the connecting axle, all be connected with two first belt pulleys (11) on connecting axle and motor (9) output shaft, the cover has conveyer belt (12) between four first belt pulleys (11), motor (9) output shaft links to each other with carriage (2) rotary type, symmetry is equipped with heating pipe (13) that can heat evaporation moisture to tealeaves around mount (10) right side, heating pipe (13) are located the inside of conveyer belt (12), rotor plate (7) and conveyer belt (12) contact cooperation, characterized by: the air drying device is characterized by further comprising an air drying mechanism (14) and a collecting mechanism (15), wherein the air drying mechanism (14) is arranged on the left side of the top of the fixing frame (3), and the collecting mechanism (15) is arranged on the left side of the lower portion of the supporting frame (2).
