2. The drying and recycling device of modified starch drying agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stirring component (4) comprises:
the support rings (41) are arranged between the two first support frames (2) and between the two second support frames (3);
a roller (42), wherein the roller (42) is rotatably arranged on the supporting ring (41) at one side and the other side;
a gear (43), wherein the gear (43) is arranged on the outer side of the roller (42);
a third support frame (44), wherein the third support frame (44) is arranged on one side of the bottom plate (1);
the cylinder (45) is arranged on the third supporting frame (44);
the telescopic rod of the cylinder (45) is connected with a rack (46), and the rack (46) is meshed with the gear (43).
3. A modified starch drying recovery device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the drying assembly (5) comprises:
the heating ring (51) is uniformly arranged on the outer side of the roller (42);
a fourth support frame (53), wherein the upper part of the support ring (41) at one side is provided with the fourth support frame (53);
a first rotating shaft (54) is rotatably arranged on one side of the fourth supporting frame (53);
the first rotating shaft (54) is provided with a porous cover (52);
the torsion springs (55) are sleeved on two sides of the first rotating shaft (54), and the inner sides of the two torsion springs (55) are connected with the outer part of one side of the fourth supporting frame (53);
the upper part of one side of the fourth supporting frame (53) is rotatably provided with a wire wheel (56);
a first hand wheel (57), wherein one side of the wire wheel (56) is provided with the first hand wheel (57);
the L-shaped connecting rod (59) is arranged on the porous cover (52);
the steel wire (58) is wound on the wire wheel (56), and the steel wire (58) is connected with the L-shaped connecting rod (59).

the nozzle (65) is arranged on one side of the hose (64), and the nozzle (65) faces the front side of the roller (42);
a feeding plate (66), wherein the upper part of one side of the feeding frame (61) is provided with the feeding plate (66).
5. The drying and recycling device for the modified starch drying agent according to claim 4, further comprising an automatic material cutting assembly (7), wherein the automatic material cutting assembly (7) comprises:
the bottom plate (1) is provided with an expansion link (71);
the nozzle (65) is provided with a fixing ring (72), and the fixing ring (72) is positioned on the upper side of the telescopic rod (71);
the pressing plate (73) is arranged on the fixing ring (72);
the material breaking plate (75) is arranged on the connecting ring (63) in a sliding mode;
the long connecting rod (74) is rotatably arranged on one side of the material cutting plate (75), and the upper side of the long connecting rod (74) is rotatably connected with the upper side of the telescopic rod (71).

a limiting rod (86) is arranged on one side of the third rotating shaft (84);
the limiting blocks (87) are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the rear side of the inner wall of the roller (42), and the limiting rods (86) are located on the inner sides of the limiting blocks (87).
7. The drying and recycling device of modified starch drying agent according to claim 6, characterized in that it further comprises a collecting component (9), the collecting component (9) comprises:
a fifth supporting frame (91), wherein the fifth supporting frame (91) is arranged on one side of the bottom plate (1);
the fifth supporting frame (91) is provided with a collecting frame (92) in a sliding manner;
the second support rod (93), two second support rods (93) are arranged on the second support frame (3);
the funnel (94) is arranged between the two second supporting rods (93), and the funnel (94) is positioned on the upper side of the collecting frame (92).
