The device mainly comprises a roller air suction and collection module, a wind power conveying module, a transmission module, a vibration module and a rack module. The roller air suction collecting and discharging module mainly comprises a roller, a shell, a brush, a hollow shaft, a positive pressure area and a negative pressure area. The invention is characterized in that: the mechanical force drives the roller to rotate through the driven chain wheel; the fan is connected with a hollow shaft fixed on the frame through an air supply pipe to form a negative pressure area in the roller; the vibrating block and the spring arranged on the seed box work during seed filling so as to improve the seed filling performance of seeds, the friction force generated by rotation of the roller and the suction force provided by the negative pressure area rotate along with the roller during seed carrying, and when the seeds are transferred to the brush, redundant seeds are removed without damage, so that the reseeding rate is reduced. The positive pressure area is arranged under the roller, the opening is communicated with the atmospheric pressure, the positive pressure area is formed, the seed is conveniently discharged, when the positive pressure area is rotated, the negative pressure disappears, and the seeds fall into the seed outlet below the roller by the gravity of the seeds to realize seed throwing.
