the spray headers are arranged at the bottoms of the branch pipes;
the drying assembly comprises:
the communicating opening is formed in the top of the top cover and used for guiding the cloth to enter and exit the body;
the two groups of conveying rollers are oppositely arranged, and the cloth is positioned between the two groups of conveying rollers; and
and the two groups of electric heating plates are arranged on the inner wall of the communication opening and used for heating the cloth.
Preferably, a water suction pump is arranged on a pipeline of the main pipe communicated with the bleaching bin and used for conveying bleaching agent from the bleaching bin into the main pipe.
The water suction pump is arranged on the pipeline communicated with the bleaching bin in the main pipe, so that the bleaching agent can be sent into the main pipe from the bleaching bin, and the bleaching agent is provided for the main pipe.
Preferably, the branch pipe is shaped like Contraband, two ends of the branch pipe are communicated with the main pipe, the spray header is arranged on the parallel part of the branch pipe and the main pipe, and the water outlet of the spray header faces the body.
Preferably, the spray assembly further comprises:
one end of each group of supporting rods is connected with the top of the body, and the other end of each group of supporting rods is connected with the outer wall of the main pipe.
Preferably, a plurality of groups of squeezing rollers are arranged at the top of the body and are parallel to each other.
Preferably, a group of guide plates are arranged between two adjacent groups of extrusion rollers, and the guide plates are alternately distributed from left to right in sequence from top to bottom.
Preferably, the electric heating plate is made of heat conducting materials, and heating wires are arranged inside the electric heating plate.
Preferably, the inside of top cap is installed with the subassembly that floats soon that is used for quick bleaching, the subassembly that floats soon contains:

Firstly, the drying component is arranged at the top of the top cover, so that the cloth before bleaching can be dried, the moisture in the cloth is reduced, the bleaching agent is conveniently and fully absorbed in bleaching, and the bleaching efficiency of the cloth is improved;
secondly, the cloth is wound between the squeezing rollers, and the spraying component is arranged above the squeezing rollers, so that when the cloth enters between the squeezing rollers, the moisture in the cloth is squeezed out, and then the bleaching agent is sprayed on the wrung cloth by the spraying component, so that the cloth can be fully mixed with the bleaching agent;
thirdly, through setting up the baffle in the bottom of top cap to set up the conveyer pipe between the baffle, and the conveyer pipe is connected with liquid pressure device, can pressurize for the bleach, make the bleach after the pressurization from top to bottom pass the cloth, thereby make cloth and bleach fully contact.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. In view of the problems in the prior art, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a raw material bleaching apparatus for textile production, comprising:
the bleaching device comprises a body, wherein a bleaching bin for storing bleaching agent is arranged at the bottom of the body;
the top cover is covered on the top of the body, and a drying assembly for heating the cloth is arranged on the top of the top cover; and
the spraying assembly is arranged at the top of the body and is used for spraying bleaching agent on the cloth;
wherein, the spray assembly includes:
the main pipe is communicated with the bleaching bin through a pipeline;
the branch pipe is connected below the main pipe and communicated with the main pipe; and
the spray headers are arranged at the bottoms of the branch pipes;
the drying assembly comprises:
the communicating opening is formed in the top of the top cover and used for guiding the cloth to enter and exit the body;
the two groups of conveying rollers are oppositely arranged, and the cloth is positioned between the two groups of conveying rollers; and
and the two groups of electric heating plates are arranged on the inner wall of the communication opening and used for heating the cloth.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a water suction pump is installed on a pipeline of the main pipe communicated with the bleaching bin, and is used for conveying bleaching agent from the bleaching bin into the main pipe.
The water pump is arranged on the pipeline which is communicated with the bleaching bin, so that the bleaching agent can be delivered into the main pipe from the bleaching bin, and the bleaching agent is provided for the main pipe.
Referring to fig. 3, the branch pipe is shaped like Contraband, two ends of the branch pipe are communicated with the main pipe, the spray header is arranged on the parallel part of the branch pipe and the main pipe, and the water outlet of the spray header faces the body.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the spray assembly further comprises:
one end of each group of supporting rods is connected with the top of the body, and the other end of each group of supporting rods is connected with the outer wall of the main pipe.
Referring to fig. 4, a plurality of groups of squeezing rollers are arranged on the top of the body (the cloth sequentially passes around each squeezing roller from left to right, as shown in fig. 4), and the groups of squeezing rollers are parallel to each other.
When the cloth passes through the gap between the squeeze rollers, the squeeze rollers squeeze the moisture in the cloth (the squeeze rollers squeeze the cloth), so that the moisture in the cloth is reduced, when the spray assembly sprays the bleaching agent onto the cloth, the cloth can rapidly absorb the bleaching agent, and the cloth continuously repeats the process in the moving process between the squeeze rollers.
Referring to fig. 4, a group of guide plates (the guide plates are attached to the left side of the extrusion roll) is arranged between two adjacent groups of extrusion rolls (the outer walls of the extrusion rolls are provided with anti-skid protrusions), the guide plates are sequentially distributed from left to right in an up-down alternating manner, the inner portions of the guide plates are arc-shaped, and the arc-shaped tail ends point to the right side of the extrusion rolls.
Through set up a set of deflector between adjacent two sets of squeeze rolls, can guide the cloth for the cloth can move to another group of squeeze roll from one of them group of squeeze roll on, reduces the degree of difficulty that the cloth passed.
Referring to fig. 5, the electric heating plate is made of a heat conductive material, and heating wires are installed inside the electric heating plate.
The electric heating plate of the heat conduction material is heated by electrifying the heating wire to heat the cloth contacted with the electric heating plate.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a fast bleaching assembly for fast bleaching is installed inside the top cover, and the fast bleaching assembly includes:
the guide groove is formed in the top of the top cover and used for guiding the cloth;
the multiple groups of partition plates are arranged at the bottom of the top cover at equal intervals, and a reserved cavity is formed between every two adjacent groups of partition plates; and
one end of the conveying pipe is communicated with the reserved cavity, and the other end of the conveying pipe is communicated with the bleaching bin.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a liquid pressurizing means is installed outside the duct to pressurize the bleaching agent supplied inside the duct.
Through the liquid pressure device of installation in the outside of conveyer pipe, can be for the bleaching agent pressurization of conveyer pipe inside transport, make things convenient for bleaching agent from the top down to pass the cloth.
Referring to fig. 5, the fast bleaching assembly further comprises:
the sliding groove is positioned below the reserved cavity and communicated with the guide groove.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a raw material bleaching apparatus for textile manufacturing, comprising:
the bleaching device comprises a body 1, wherein a bleaching bin 2 for storing bleaching agent is arranged at the bottom of the body 1;
the top cover 3 is covered on the top of the body 1, and a drying component 4 for heating the cloth is arranged on the top of the top cover 3; and
the spraying component 7 is arranged at the top of the body 1 and is used for spraying bleaching agent on the cloth;
wherein, the spray assembly 7 comprises:
a main pipe 71, wherein the main pipe 71 is communicated with the bleaching bin 2 through a pipeline;
a branch pipe 72 connected below the main pipe 71 and communicating with the main pipe 71; and
the spray header 73, the said spray header 73 is installed in the bottom of the manifold 72;
the drying component 4 comprises:
the communicating opening 41 is formed in the top of the top cover 3 and used for guiding cloth to enter and exit the body 1;
the two groups of conveying rollers 42 are oppositely arranged, and cloth is positioned between the two groups of conveying rollers 42; and
and the two groups of electric heating plates 43 are arranged on the inner wall of the communication opening 41 and used for heating the cloth materials, and the electric heating plates 43 are arranged on the inner wall of the communication opening 41.
Referring to fig. 3, a water suction pump is installed on a pipeline of the main pipe 71 communicating with the bleaching bin 2, and is used for feeding the bleaching agent from the bleaching bin 2 into the main pipe 71.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the branch pipe 72 is shaped like Contraband, both ends of the branch pipe 72 are connected to the main pipe 71, the shower head 73 is disposed on a parallel portion of the branch pipe 72 parallel to the main pipe 71, and the water outlet of the shower head 73 faces the main body 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the spray assembly 7 further includes:
one end of the support rod 74 is connected to the top of the main body 1, and the other end is connected to the outer wall of the main pipe 71.
Referring to fig. 4, a plurality of sets of squeeze rollers 6 are installed on the top of the body 1, and the plurality of sets of squeeze rollers 6 are parallel to each other.
Referring to fig. 4, a group of guide plates 8 is arranged between two adjacent groups of squeezing rollers 6, and the guide plates 8 are alternately distributed from left to right and from top to bottom.
Referring to fig. 5, the electric heating plate 43 is made of a heat conductive material, and the electric heating wire is installed inside the electric heating plate 43.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a fast bleaching assembly 5 for fast bleaching is installed inside the top cover 3, and the fast bleaching assembly 5 includes:

the plurality of groups of the partition plates 52 are arranged at the bottom of the top cover 3 at equal intervals, and a reserved cavity is formed between two adjacent groups of the partition plates 52; and
and one end of the conveying pipe 53 is communicated with the reserved cavity, and the other end of the conveying pipe 53 is communicated with the bleaching bin 2.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a liquid pressurizing device is installed outside the delivery pipe 53 to pressurize the bleaching agent delivered inside the delivery pipe 53.
Referring to fig. 5, the fast bleaching assembly 5 further includes:
a chute located below the reserve chamber and communicating with the guide slot 51.
