Referring to fig. 1-4, the invention provides a double-speed composite unwinding, boiling and bleaching machine for flat four-layer cloth, which comprises a middle unit machine 1 for unwinding and feeding the four-layer cloth, a cloth guide roller set 2, a double-speed composite spraying and washing water tank 3 for the four-layer cloth, a high-efficiency padder 4, a permeable core padding high-liquid feeding machine 5, a double-speed composite steaming and bleaching box 6 for the four-layer cloth, a double-speed composite closed padder 7 for the flat four-layer cloth and a unit machine 8 for unwinding and rolling the four-layer cloth without stopping and beating weft, thereby realizing the unwinding, boiling and bleaching processing for the four-layer cloth and improving the working efficiency.
The single-unit machine 1 is used for unwinding and conveying the initial four layers of cloth without stopping; the cloth guide roller group 2 is used for superposing four layers of cloth fabrics into double layers to form a first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and a second double-layer cloth fabric 10; the four-layer cloth double-speed composite spraying steaming and washing water tank 3 is used for spraying, steaming and washing the first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and the second double-layer cloth fabric 10 led in by the cloth guide roller group 2; the high-efficiency padder 4 is used for binding the first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and the second double-layer cloth fabric 10 which are led out from the four-layer cloth double-speed composite spraying steam-washing water tank 3; the permeable-core padding high-liquid-supply machine 5 is used for continuously extruding a first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and a second double-layer cloth fabric 10 so as to ensure the liquid carrying capacity of the cloth, two groups of high-efficiency padders 4 and two groups of permeable-core padding high-liquid-supply machines 5 are arranged, and the two groups of high-efficiency padders 4 and the permeable-core padding high-liquid-supply machines 5 are respectively introduced into the first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and the second double-layer cloth fabric 10; the four-layer cloth double-speed composite steaming scouring and bleaching box 6 is used for refining and bleaching a first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and a second double-layer cloth fabric 10; the open-width four-layer cloth double-speed composite closed padder 7 is used for carrying out mangling on the refined and bleached first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and second double-layer cloth fabric 10; the four-layer cloth non-stop weft-straightening rolling and cloth-out unit machine 8 is used for realizing non-stop rolling of the four-layer cloth.
When in use, the initial four layers of cloth are arranged on the single-unit machine 1 in the four-layer cloth unwinding and feeding pair, thereby unwinding the four-layer cloth without stopping, conveying the four-layer cloth into the next unit cloth guide roller group 2, passing through the cloth guide roller group 2, so that the four layers of cloth are overlapped together two by two to form a first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and a second double-layer cloth fabric 10, the first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and the second double-layer cloth fabric 10 enter the four-layer cloth double-speed composite spraying and washing water tank 3 simultaneously, and the first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and the second double-layer cloth fabric 10 guided by the cloth guide roller group 2 are sprayed and steamed, the sprayed and steamed first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and the sprayed and steamed second double-layer cloth fabric 10 respectively enter the two groups of high-efficiency padders 4 and the permeable core padding high liquid feeders 5 again, and air in the capillary tubes of the fabric structures is pressed out through the liquid padders. After the fabric is discharged from a rolling point for pressure relief, the fabric rebounds, a certain vacuum is formed due to the fact that the fabric is fed under liquid, core penetration and liquid feeding are completed through interweaving gaps of warps and wefts of the fabric and capillary tubes of fibers, then a first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and a second double-layer cloth fabric 10 are introduced into a four-layer cloth double-speed composite steaming and bleaching box 6 for refining and bleaching, the fabric is bound with liquid through a flat four-layer cloth double-speed composite closed padder 7, and finally the four-layer cloth is respectively rolled without stopping through a four-layer cloth non-stopping weft-beating and rolling-out fabric unit machine 8, so that the four-layer cloth is collected, in the process, the four-layer cloth of one device can be separately operated, various penetrating routes are combined, the speed is respectively adjusted, the production efficiency of the flat four-layer cloth double-speed composite desizing and bleaching machine can be greatly improved, the process speed can be stably operated at the speed of more than 150 m/min, the fabric can not generate folds and save energy, and the whole equipment has no phenomenon of steam escape.
The four-layer cloth unwinding and feeding pair middle unit machine 1 comprises four sets of cloth tighteners, four sets of cloth containing boxes, four sets of brake rollers, four sets of centering machines and four sets of gap rollers, so that unwinding of the four layers of cloth without stopping is realized, the working efficiency is improved, and the four layers of cloth are conveyed into the next process cloth guide roller set 2.
The cloth guide roller group 2 is positioned on a first cloth guide roller 21 for four-layer cloth outlet, the two second cloth guide rollers 22 arranged between the first cloth guide roller 21 and the four-layer cloth double-speed composite spraying and steaming water tank 3 are arranged, each second cloth guide roller 22 and the two first cloth guide rollers 21 are correspondingly arranged, the first cloth guide roller 21 group 2 and the second cloth guide roller 22 group 2 are rotatably erected between the four-layer cloth unwinding and feeding pair middle cell machine 1 and the four-layer cloth double-speed composite spraying and steaming water tank 3, and the axes of the first cloth guide roller 21 and the second cloth guide rollers 22 are parallel.
The two layers of initial fabrics on the first cloth guide roller 21 are overlapped into a double layer through the second cloth guide roller 22, when the initial four layers of cloth unwound from the cloth unit machine 8 is rolled out through the four layers of cloth in a weft straightening and rolling mode without stopping the machine and enters the cloth guide roller group 2, the first cloth guide roller 21 in the cloth guide roller group 2 conveys the four layers of cloth respectively, the four layers of cloth are divided into two groups and conveyed to the second cloth guide roller 22 respectively, so that the two layers of initial fabrics are overlapped into double layers under the action of the second cloth guide roller 22 to form a first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and a second double-layer cloth fabric 10, and then the first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and the second double-layer cloth fabric 10 are conveyed into the next unit four-layer cloth double-speed composite spray steam-wash water tank 3 for steam-washing.
The four-layer cloth double-speed composite spraying steam-washing water tank 3 comprises a steam-washing tank body 31, four rows of cloth guide rollers 32 are arranged in the steam-washing tank body 31 from top to bottom, a first row of cloth guide rollers 32 and a third row of cloth guide rollers 32 are arranged in a staggered manner from top to bottom, a second row of cloth guide rollers 32 and a fourth row of cloth guide rollers 32 are arranged in a staggered manner, the first row of cloth guide rollers 32 and the third row of cloth guide roller sets 2 are paired with a cloth conveying device of a first double-layer cloth fabric 9, the other two rows of cloth guide roller sets 2 are paired with a cloth conveying device of a second double-layer cloth fabric 10, the first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and the second double-layer cloth fabric 10 are arranged in the steam-washing tank body 31 through the cloth conveying device, water washing liquid is arranged in the steam-washing tank body 31, a spraying driving pump 33 is arranged on the side wall of the bottom of the steam-washing tank body 31, and a water inlet of the spraying driving pump 33 is communicated with the steam-washing tank body 31, a pipeline 35 is arranged on a water outlet of the spraying driving pump 33, a spraying assembly is communicated with the pipeline 35 and is used for spraying the first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and the second double-layer cloth fabric 10 at the positions of the cloth guide rollers 32 in the first row and the second row. The first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and the second double-layer cloth fabric 10 conveyed by the cloth guide roller group 2 enter the steam-washing box body 31, the first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and the second double-layer cloth fabric 10 are conveyed in the steam-washing box body 31 in a snake shape through the four rows of cloth guide rollers 32, the steam-washing box body 31 is filled with water washing liquid, the fabrics at the positions of the third row of cloth guide rollers 32 and the fourth row of cloth guide rollers 32 are immersed in the water washing liquid, so that the multilayer fabrics are washed, meanwhile, when the steam-washing box is used, the spray driving pump 33 is started, the spray driving pump 33 starts to work, so that the water washing liquid in the steam-washing box body 31 is introduced into the pipeline 35 and introduced onto the spray assembly through the pipeline 35, so that the first double-layer cloth fabric 9 and the second double-layer cloth fabric 10 at the positions of the first row of cloth guide rollers 32 and the second row of cloth guide rollers 32 are sprayed, and in the whole process, the four layers of cloth can be steamed and washed in the same equipment, thereby work efficiency has been improved, simultaneously through the setting of spraying assembly to improve the clean effect of cloth cover, can make the washing liquid can circulate and spray the fabric.

The four-layer cloth double-speed composite steaming scouring and bleaching box 6 and the four-layer cloth double-speed composite spraying steaming washing water box 3 are always provided with four groups of cloth guide rollers 32, so that two sets of cloth penetrating lines are realized, and the upper and lower sets of cloth penetrating lines respectively convey four layers of fabrics to run. The four-layer cloth non-stop weft straightening and rolling-out cloth unit machine 8 comprises four sets of cloth tighteners, four sets of cloth accommodating boxes, four sets of edge absorbers, four sets of gap rollers, four sets of weft straightener and four sets of rolling-out cloth frames, so that the four-layer cloth is rolled without stopping, and the working efficiency is improved.
