Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of manufacturing of superconducting conductors, and particularly relates to a general conductor cleaning device.
Background
The toroidal field coil is one of key components in the comprehensive research facility (CRAFT) of the fusion reactor key system of the national scientific device. And the superconducting conductor is an important constituent material of the superconducting coil. The raw material cleanliness of the conductor is closely related to the properties of the final product.
The conductor needs to be processed into a coil in multiple steps, one of which is called "forming". The surface cleanliness of the outer surface of the molded conductor affects the quality of the surface of the molded conductor. Therefore, the cleanliness of the outer surface of the molding precursor needs to be strictly controlled to meet the requirement.

The invention aims to provide a universal conductor cleaning device which can effectively clean pollutants on the outer surface of a conductor under the working condition of linear motion of the conductor.

The design of the head and the tail of the basic support is favorable for recycling sewage, the spraying device simultaneously meets the decontamination and cooling effects, and the equipment can continuously run for a long time. The whole device is only contacted with the cleaned conductor through the nylon brush, and the production and operation of the conductor are not influenced when the device is stopped or cannot be stopped in emergency. The equipment cleaning efficiency is high, so that 2-3 people's human resources can be saved.

The power part comprises a speed regulating motor 9, a controller 14, a small synchronous wheel 11, a large synchronous wheel 13 and a transmission belt 12. The rotating mechanism comprises a roller 6, a brush 7 and a brush hoop 8. The spray component comprises a spray head bracket 3 and a spray head 4.
The base support 1 supports a bearing seat 2, and the rotating mechanism, the power part and the spraying part are fixed on the bearing seat 2. Wherein the rotation mechanism further comprises a bearing 5. The power part comprises a speed regulating motor 9 fixed on a motor support 10, a small synchronizing wheel 11 connected with the speed regulating motor, a large synchronizing wheel 13 fixed on the roller 6, and a transmission belt 12 connected with the two small synchronizing wheels 11.
The head and the tail of the foundation support 1 are designed in unequal heights, the head is 5mm higher than the tail, liquid can conveniently flow out of the tail after spraying, and the collected sewage can be recycled after purification. The bearing seats 2 are respectively arranged at two ends of the roller 6 to play a role in supporting the roller 6 to rotate stably.
The uppermost end of the power part is provided with a speed regulating motor 9, the speed regulating motor 9 is fixed on the bearing seat 2 at the tail end through a motor support 10, a small synchronizing wheel 11 is connected with a motor shaft of the speed regulating motor 9, a large synchronizing wheel 13 is installed on the roller 6, the large synchronizing wheel 13 and the small synchronizing wheel 11 are connected with a transmission belt 12, and the transmission ratio of the large synchronizing wheel 13 to the small synchronizing wheel 11 is 5: 1, the effect of decelerating and amplifying the torque of the speed regulating motor is achieved. The drive belt 12 is a synchronous belt, which effectively prevents drive slip. The speed regulating motor 9 adjusts the rotating speed through the controller 14 to achieve different cleaning effects.
12 windows are uniformly distributed on the roller 6, the windows form three circles, the window of each circle is staggered with the window of the adjacent circle by 45 degrees, the size of each window is 9X200mm, the brushes 7 are respectively installed on the aluminum alloy bases, and the brushes 7 are screwed and fixed on the roller 6 by the brush hoops 8. The brush model corresponding to the size of the conductor to be cleaned is installed before production. The roller 6 is made of 304 stainless steel, so that rusting after long-term contact with water is effectively prevented. And reinforcing rings are welded at trisection positions outside the roller 6 to prevent the roller 6 from deforming when the roller is used for a long time or is static. The brush 7 is made of nylon materials, so that the conductor can be effectively washed and the surface of the conductor can be prevented from being scratched. The brush 7 is fixed on the roller 6 by screwing the brush clamp 8.
The spray component is a spray head bracket 3 arranged on a bearing seat 2 of the head part, and the spray head bracket 3 plays a role in fixing a spray head. Spray assembly installs at belt cleaning device entry end, will by the screw shower nozzle support 3 is fixed on the bearing frame 2, shower nozzle support 3 is fixed shower nozzle 4, water piping connection pour into the water source behind the shower nozzle 4, through shower nozzle 4 sprays vaporific water and adheres to the surface of conductor and soaks the pollutant, does benefit to brush washing on next step. Since the bearing 5 may generate heat when the drum 6 rotates at a high speed, the spraying part also plays a role of cooling the rotating mechanism.
The cleaning steps of the invention are as follows:
firstly, the brush type matched with the size of the conductor to be cleaned is replaced before cleaning, and the brush 7 is firmly fixed by the brush hoop 8.
When the conductor begins to be cleaned, the spray water is closed to prevent liquid from entering the interior through the end port of the conductor, and the spray water is opened to wet the surface of the conductor when the head of the conductor is far away from the spray head 4.
And secondly, turning on a power supply of the controller 14, pressing down a switch button to start the speed regulating motor 9 to work, starting the brush 7 to wash pollutants on the surface of the conductor when the roller 6 rotates, and rotating a speed regulating knob of the controller 14 according to the serious condition of the pollutants on the surface of the conductor to change the washing speed of the roller 6 so as to achieve a satisfactory washing effect.
