The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples. The following embodiments are merely provided to help understanding the principles and the core ideas of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that modifications to the invention as described herein, which do not depart from the principles of the invention, are intended to be within the scope of the claims which follow.
The wild juglans sigillata used by the invention is a deciduous arbor plant of juglans genus of juglandaceae family, is distributed in the southwest area of China, is different from edible walnut, and the wild juglans sigillata grown in the mountain forest is called as 'iron knot' because the shell is tough and hard like diamond, and most of the wild juglans sigillata has no high utilization value and is abandoned in the wild mountains and the mountains.
The wild apocarya shell also comprises a split core wood integrated with the wild apocarya shell, wherein the walnut split core wood is a dry wood diaphragm in the walnut kernel, namely a wood diaphragm shaped like a butterfly between two pieces of walnut kernels, the split core wood can be separated in the juglans sigillata, but the split core wood of the wild apocarya can not be separated from the shell, so the wild apocarya shell also comprises the split core wood integrated with the wild apocarya shell.
The cervical spondylosis, also known as cervical syndrome, is a general term for cervical osteoarthritis, proliferative cervical spondylitis, cervical radiculopathy and cervical disc herniation, and is a disease based on degenerative pathological changes. Example 1 processing of wild Juglans sigillata shells
Selecting Juglans regia collected in wild Juglans regia in local mountain forest, and removing withered branches, leaves, residues and obviously damaged Juglans regia. Processing a plurality of holes with the diameter of 0.6-0.8 mm at the bottom of a commercially available vertical particle stone breaker, adding dried wild walnut shells into the stone breaker to be broken into small nearly spherical particles, and collecting the particles coming out from the holes at the bottom.
Further polishing the collected particles with the size of 0.6-0.8 mm by using a vibration grinder, removing burrs, drying, sterilizing and cooling to obtain the wild juglans sigillata shell particles for later use, as shown in figure 1.
Example 2 wild Juglans regia shell pillow for cervical spondylosis
The wild walnut shell particles prepared in example 1 were filled into a pillow core, the pillow core was made of white cotton cloth or figured cloth with a length of about 45cm, a width of about 14cm and a height of about 8cm, using Chinese coarse cloth all cotton (various designs) for the pillow case and all cotton white cloth or figured cloth for the pillow core. The wild walnut shell particles are hard in texture and similar to the hardness of human skeleton, so that the neck is effectively supported, the physiological curvature of the cervical vertebra is supported, and the cervical muscle can be fully relaxed during sleeping.
The filled pillow core particles are required to reach proper plumpness according to the size of the pillow, the filled pillow core is completely wild walnut shell particles, the head and neck are supported, the function of the common pillow is met, and the pillow can be adjusted freely according to the self-adaptive height of the neck after lying down. The wild Juglans mandshurica Maxim shell particles in the pillow core can roll, can be stirred by hands, and can also roll along with the position change of the head and neck on the pillow, so as to massage the maladjustment of the neck facet joints and the ligament and muscle spasm.

As shown in fig. 2, an electric heating sheet is further placed in the pillow core of the wild juglans sigillata shell pillow in example 2, the electric heating sheet is a commercially available low-voltage carbon fiber far infrared heating sheet, which can save 20% of energy compared with a common heating sheet for massage, and a charger can be used for charging. The electric heating sheet is packaged in a small bag and then placed in the pillow core, so as to avoid directly contacting with particles and avoid damaging the non-woven fabric of the heating sheet.
The electric heating sheet adjusts the temperature through multi-gear temperature control in a USB form, and the cervical vertebra hot compress can be carried out by heating after the pillow is slept. The power is automatically cut off after 1 hour so as to avoid danger after sleeping.
