1. The adaptogen solid beverage with the effect of regulating and balancing the immune system of the organism comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of Chinese yam extract, 20-40 parts of Chinese date extract, 10-20 parts of gordon euryale seed extract and 10-20 parts of fennel extract.
2. The adaptogen solid beverage with the effect of regulating and balancing the immune system of the body as claimed in claim 1, further comprising 10-20 parts of cinnamon extract, 10-20 parts of peach kernel extract, 16-32 parts of maltodextrin and 4-8 parts of xylitol.
3. The adaptogen solid beverage with the effect of regulating and balancing the immune system of the body as claimed in claim 1, further comprising taurine 4-8 parts, oat bran 4-8 parts, and cornus officinalis extract 4-8 parts.
4. The solid beverage of adaptogen as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared by the following steps:

step two; respectively grinding rhizoma Dioscoreae extract, fructus Jujubae extract, semen euryales extract, fructus Foeniculi extract, cortex Cinnamomi extract, semen Persicae extract, maltodextrin, xylitol, taurine, oat bran and Corni fructus extract in superfine grinder to obtain powder with smaller fineness;
step three: placing the ground powder into a sieving machine for sieving so as to obtain powder with uniform fineness;
step four: weighing the Chinese yam extract, the Chinese date extract, the gordon euryale seed extract, the fennel extract, the cinnamon extract, the peach kernel extract, the maltodextrin, the xylitol, the taurine, the oat bran and the dogwood extract in specified parts by weight for later use;
step five: sequentially adding the yam extract, the jujube extract, the gorgon fruit extract, the fennel extract, the cinnamon extract, the peach kernel extract, the maltodextrin, the xylitol, the taurine, the oat bran and the dogwood extract into a powder mixer at a set stirring speed and for a set mixing time to obtain finished product powder;

6. The solid beverage of adaptogen as claimed in claim 4, wherein the stirring speed in step five is 25 rpm and the mixing time is 30-60 minutes.
