the electric charge providing mechanism sends electric charges to each electrostatic atomizing nozzle (5), the electric charges enter a fan (506) in the electrostatic atomizing nozzle (5), the tail end of a blade of the fan (506) concentrates a large amount of electric charges, air is ionized to generate ionized air, the fan (506) is pushed to rotate, liquid drops entering an atomizing chamber (504) of the electrostatic atomizing nozzle (5) rotate at a high speed under the action of the ionized air and are extruded and crushed into fog drops, the electric charges are transmitted to the fog drops by the fan (506), and the fog drops are charged with negative charges and are finally sprayed out from a spray hole; after the magnetic field generator is electrified, an electromagnetic field is generated, atomized and electrified fog drops are sprayed out through the spray holes of the electrostatic atomization spray head (5) and then are in the magnetic field, and the fog drops move upwards under the action of Lorentz force and float to the plant root system of the planting plate (3).
