Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to a novel pond digging machine.
Background
In agricultural production in arid areas, a deep hole with the diameter of 20-40 cm and the depth of 18-35 cm needs to be dug on a ridge before transplanting seedlings, the working procedure is called digging a pond (also called digging a hole), then after fertilizer is mixed into soil at the bottom of the hole, the seedlings are planted in the hole, water for fixing roots is poured on the hole, and finally a mulching film is covered on the surface of the hole.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a novel pond digging machine.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is a novel pond digging machine which comprises traction equipment, a connecting rod, a mounting seat and a pond digging mechanism, wherein the pond digging mechanism and the traction equipment form a detachable structure through the connecting rod and the mounting seat;
the pond digging mechanism comprises a main shaft, a fixed sleeve, blades, a supporting inclined plate, a rolling wheel, a fixed screw, supporting rods and a connecting plate, wherein a plurality of uniformly distributed supporting rods are arranged between the fixed sleeve and the rolling wheel, the blades are uniformly and obliquely welded on the outer side edge of the rolling wheel, the supporting inclined plate is obliquely welded on the outer side edge of the rolling wheel, and the other end of the supporting inclined plate is welded with the blades;
the main shaft is provided with a plurality of locating grooves and connecting plates, the fixed sleeve and the main shaft form a detachable structure through the locating grooves and the fixing screws, and each connecting plate is fixedly connected with the connecting rod.
Further, the number of the blades is consistent with that of the supporting inclined plates.
Further, the number of the positioning grooves is consistent with the number of the fixing sleeves.
Further, the central axis of the fixing sleeve coincides with the central axis of the main shaft.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the invention has reasonable structural design and convenient assembly and disassembly, and the rolling wheels rotate around the main shaft under the action of traction by the traction equipment, so that the blades regularly dig ponds on the ground, and pond holes with equal size and distance are continuously dug in the middle of the ridge by the blades, thereby realizing the pond digging operation effect with high production efficiency, low labor intensity and good operation quality.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a novel pond digging machine of the invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic structural view of a pond digging mechanism of the novel pond digging machine;
