Claims (9)

1. A screening method for missing code products is characterized by comprising the following steps: based on a product package coding device, wherein:
the product packaging coding device comprises a conveying device, coding equipment, a product detection sensor, a control unit and a response unit, wherein the product detection sensor and the coding equipment are sequentially arranged at the side of a conveying path of the conveying device along the conveying direction of the conveying device, the horizontal distance between the coding equipment and the product detection sensor is smaller than a value L, the value L is a value equal to the product packaging width, the control unit is provided with a counting unit, and the coding equipment, the product detection sensor and the response unit are respectively in communication connection with the control unit;
the screening method for the missing code products comprises the following steps:
s1, setting a preset value M for the control unit, wherein the preset value M is equal to the counting value of a counting unit of the control unit in a time T, and the time T is equal to the conveying time spent when the conveying distance of the conveying device is a value L;
s2, placing the product package on the conveying device, and conveying the product package by the conveying device in sequence;
s3, conveying each product package to the product detection sensor, and when the product detection sensor detects the front edge of the product package, resetting the counting unit of the control unit and starting counting; along with the conveying of the conveying device, when the product package is conveyed to the coding equipment, the coding equipment codes the product package, and after coding, the coding equipment feeds back coding signals to the control unit, and when the control unit receives the coding signals of the coding equipment, the counting value N1 of the counting unit at the moment is read, wherein N1 is a positive number; after the product package passes through the coding equipment, along with the conveying of the conveying device, the trailing edge of the product package passes through the product detection sensor, and when the product detection sensor no longer detects the product package, the control unit reads the counting value N2 of the counting unit at the moment, wherein N2 is a positive number;
s4, the control unit judges whether the product package is coded without errors according to whether the count value N1 of the counting unit is read and whether the count value N1 and the count value N2 are read; if the control unit reads the counting value N1 of the counting unit, and N1 is greater than 0 and N2 is less than or equal to M, the control unit judges that the product package is coded without error; if the control unit does not read the counting value N1 of the counting unit and N2 is less than or equal to M, the control unit judges that the product package is not coded; if N2> M, the control unit determines that the product packages are conveyed next to each other regardless of whether the control unit has a count value N1 read by the counting unit and the count value N1 when the count value N1 is read;
s5, the control unit judges that the code printing of the product package is wrong, and controls the response unit to enable the response unit to respond to the error of the code printing of the product package.

The missing code product screening method of claim 1, wherein: the response unit comprises a horizontal push rod mechanism facing the conveying device, the product detection sensor, the coding equipment and the horizontal push rod mechanism are sequentially arranged on the side of the conveying device along the conveying direction of the conveying device, and the horizontal push rod mechanism is electrically connected with the control unit.

step S5, if the control unit does not read the count value N1 of the counting unit and N2 is less than or equal to M, the control unit controls the horizontal push rod mechanism of the response unit to extend the horizontal push rod mechanism when judging that the product package is missed in coding, and pushes the product package which is conveyed to the horizontal push rod mechanism and missed in coding out of the conveying device; if N2> M, the control unit determines that the product packages are conveyed next to each other, and controls the alarm device of the response unit to alarm, regardless of whether the control unit has the count value N1 read by the count unit and the magnitude of the count value N1 when the count value N1 is read.

The missing code product screening method of claim 1, wherein: the product detection sensor comprises a light emitter and a light receiver which are oppositely arranged, wherein the light emitter and the light receiver are respectively positioned at two sides of the conveying device, and the light receiver is electrically connected with the control unit.
