优选地,所述男士调理精华液,包括以下质量百分比的组分:A1组分:水解植物蛋白0.4%、水余量;A2组分:油溶金盏花提取物0.25%-0.3%、牛油果树果脂提取物0.25%-0.3%、吐温-20 0.5%-0.6%;A3组分:1,2-戊二醇2%、文莱胶0.15%、烟酰胺4%、透明质酸钠0.05%;A4组分:丁二醇3%、1,2-己二醇0.5%、对羟基苯乙酮0.5%;A5组分:丙二醇1%、苦参根提取物3%、高山火绒草愈伤组织提取物0.4%-0.5%甘草酸二钾0.4%-0.5%、酵母β-葡聚糖0.2%番荔枝籽提取物2%-3%、积雪草甙0.1%。
上述男士调理精华液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将A1组分和A3组分混合,85-90℃加热并搅拌,加入A2组分,乳化,消泡,降温至60-65℃;
(2)加入A4组分,分散均匀,降温至45℃以下,加入A5组分,溶解,得到男士调理精华液。
步骤(1)中所述A1组分、A2组分、A3组分预先混合;所述A2组分预先混合的转速为2500-3000rpm。
步骤(1)中所述搅拌的时间为20-30min。
步骤(1)中所述乳化为2500-3000rpm乳化10-15min。
步骤(1)中所述消泡采用抽真空的方式。
步骤(2)中所述A4组分预先分散,方式为60-65℃搅拌至溶解完全。
步骤(2)中所述分散均匀的方式为搅拌10-15min。
步骤(2)中所述A5组分按照丙二醇、苦参根提取物、高山火绒草愈伤组织提取物、甘草酸二钾、酵母β-葡聚糖、番荔枝籽提取物、积雪草甙顺序依次加入。
步骤(2)中所述溶解的方式为搅拌10-15min。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的男士调理精华液有效保湿,提高男士皮肤光泽度,气味令人愉悦,使用体验好,皮肤舒适度高。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例和对比例中所用原料的来源见表1。

实施例1-3
各实施例中男士调理精华液的配方如表2所示。男士调理精华液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1.主锅中,将水解植物蛋白用水溶解,加入预配混合的1,2-戊二醇、文莱胶、烟酰胺、透明质酸钠组分,完全浸泡湿润后加热至85℃,同时搅拌分散均匀20分钟,备用;
2.将油溶金盏花提取物、牛油果树果脂提取物、吐温-20组分2500rpm预混合,投入到主锅中,然后3000rpm乳化10分钟,抽真空消泡后水冷降温至60℃;
3.丁二醇、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮组分混合后加热到60℃,同时搅拌溶解完全,投入主锅中,混合搅拌10分钟至分散均匀;
4.降温至42℃,将丙二醇、苦参根提取物、高山火绒草愈伤组织提取物、甘草酸二钾、酵母β-葡聚糖、番荔枝籽提取物、积雪草甙组分依次投入主锅中,混合搅拌10分钟至溶解完全;
5.降温至34℃,成品的检验。
对实施例1-3所得产品进行测试,产品检验合格。检验项目及标准见表3。

对比例1-8
对比例1-8的男士调理精华液与实施例1的差别仅在于配方不同,各对比例的男士调理精华液配方如表4所示。

效果检测
1、保湿效果测试
为验证男士调理精华液的使用功效,将实施例1-3以及对比例1-8所得男士调理精华液进行保湿效果测试。
测试方法:
筛选20-45岁男性志愿者人群110名,志愿者无严重系统疾病,无免疫缺陷或自身免疫性疾病者,无活动性过敏性疾病者,既往对化妆品无严重过敏史者,近一个月未曾使用过激素类药物及免疫抑制剂者,未参加其他临床测试者受试者。将志愿者分为11组,每组10人,各组之间无显著差异,试验前(即未使用本发明实施例及对比例所得产品)测试一次测试区域的角质层水分含量、皮肤光泽度,之后每天晚上洁面后使用男士调理精华液,从使用样品的时间开始计时,于28天测定测试区域的角质层水分含量、皮肤光泽度。受试产品分别为实施例1-3和对比例1-8的男士调理精华液。角质层水分含量和皮肤光泽度分别使用皮肤水分测试探头Cornometer CM825和皮肤光泽度测试探头Skin-Glossymeter GL200(德国Courage+Khazaka,50829Koln,Germany)进行测试得到。
结果数据分析:
a.水分、光泽度变化量的计算
使用样品后受试部位的测量值减去使用前测试区域的空白对照值,除以实验重复数,得到使用产品前后受试部位角质层水分含量、皮肤光泽度的变化量均值,计算公式如下式(1)和式(2)。
(1)T=(Mx-Mo)/10;(2)G=(Nx-No)/10;式中:T为皮肤水分变化量均值;Mx为使用产品28天后皮肤水分的测量值;Mo为皮肤水分空白对照测量值;G为皮肤光泽度变化量均值;Nx为使用产品28天后皮肤光泽度的测量值;No为皮肤光泽度空白对照测量值。
测试结果如表5所示。

从表5测试结果可知,实施例1-3所得男士调理精华液对使用者皮肤的含水量和光泽度存在显著的提升作用。使用对比例1-8所得男士调理精华液,皮肤含水量及光泽度提升效果明显小于使用实施例1-3的产品。
2、用户体验测试
为检测本发明的男士调理精华液的使用体验,对实施例1-3及对比例1-8的11种男士调理精华液进行用户体验测试,即对保湿效果测试的志愿者进行回访调查,针对志愿者使用后是否发生干燥起白屑现象、气味、使用皮肤舒适度进行统计。气味评价总分5分,5评分标准为:气味协调自然,有愉悦香气;4评分标准为:气味协调,有一定香气;3评分标准为:气味一般,有一定特殊气味,但总体协调,不反感;2评分标准:有一定的不和谐气味,协调较弱,习惯后总体适应;1分评分标准:不和谐异味明显,令人反感,无法适应。使用皮肤舒适度评价总分5分,5评分标准为:使用时质感舒适,使用后皮肤吸收快;4评分标准为:使用时质感较好,使用后皮肤吸收较快;3评分标准为:使用时质感一般,使用后皮肤吸收速度一般(总体与市售化妆面霜相同);2评分标准为:使用时质感不好(不细腻或不滑润),或者使用后吸收速度较慢;1评分标准为:使用时质感差,且使用后皮肤吸收速度慢。将上述评分统计后取平均值,结果如表6所示。

从表6测试结果可知,实施例1-3所得产品气味令人愉悦,使用后皮肤舒适度好,不会发干起白屑。对比例1-8所得产品使用后皮肤舒适度明显不如实施例1-3的产品。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种男士调理精华液,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:A1组分:水解植物蛋白0.2%-0.5%、水余量;A2组分:油溶金盏花提取物0.25%-0.4%、牛油果树果脂提取物0.2%-0.35%、吐温-20 0.4%-0.9%;A3组分:1,2-戊二醇2%、文莱胶0.1-0.2%、烟酰胺4%-4.5%、透明质酸钠0.02%-0.06%;A4组分:丁二醇3%-4%、1,2-己二醇0.4%-0.6%、对羟基苯乙酮0.4%-0.8%;A5组分:丙二醇0.8%-1.2%、苦参根提取物2.8%-3.2%、高山火绒草愈伤组织提取物0.3%-0.5%、甘草酸二钾0.4%-0.7%、酵母β-葡聚糖0.2%-0.3%、番荔枝籽提取物1%-3%、积雪草甙0.1%-0.15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述男士调理精华液,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:A1组分:水解植物蛋白0.4%、水余量;A2组分:油溶金盏花提取物0.25%-0.3%、牛油果树果脂提取物0.25%-0.3%、吐温-20 0.5%-0.6%;A3组分:1,2-戊二醇2%、文莱胶0.15%、烟酰胺4%、透明质酸钠0.05%;A4组分:丁二醇3%、1,2-己二醇0.5%、对羟基苯乙酮0.5%;A5组分:丙二醇1%、苦参根提取物3%、高山火绒草愈伤组织提取物0.4%-0.5%、甘草酸二钾0.4%-0.5%、酵母β-葡聚糖0.2%、番荔枝籽提取物2%-3%、积雪草甙0.1%。
3.权利要求1或2所述男士调理精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将A1组分和A3组分混合,85-90℃加热并搅拌,加入A2组分,乳化,消泡,降温至60-65℃;
(2)加入A4组分,分散均匀,降温至45℃以下,加入A5组分,溶解,得到男士调理精华液。
4.根据权利要求3所述男士调理精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,
步骤(1)中所述搅拌的时间为20-30min;
步骤(1)中所述乳化为2500-3000rpm乳化10-15min。
5.根据权利要求3所述男士调理精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述A1组分、A2组分、A3组分预先混合。
6.根据权利要求3所述男士调理精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,
步骤(2)中所述A4组分预先分散,方式为60-65℃搅拌至溶解完全;
步骤(2)中所述A4组分分散均匀的方式为搅拌10-15min。
7.根据权利要求3所述男士调理精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述A5组分按照丙二醇、苦参根提取物、高山火绒草愈伤组织提取物、甘草酸二钾、酵母β-葡聚糖、番荔枝籽提取物、积雪草甙顺序依次加入。
8.根据权利要求3所述男士调理精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述溶解的方式为搅拌10-15min。
