Abstract
本发明属于食品加工领域,公开了一种用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果、其制备方法及应用,它是由明胶、甘油、山梨糖醇、食用香精等原料经混料、压模成型制备而成。本发明所提供的凝胶空心糖果用于包裹宠物药品,掩盖药物气味,诱导宠物配合服用药物,以降低宠物服药难度。本发明的凝胶糖果包裹宠物药物,以辅助喂食宠物药物。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于食品加工领域,涉及一种宠物凝胶糖果、其制备方法及应用,具体地说是一种用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果、其制备方法及应用。
背景技术
随着物质生活的不断丰富、提高,人们在追究高质量物质生活的同时,也同时在追求着精神生活的满足,以至于越来越多的人开始饲养宠物来陪伴自己。在饲养过程中,宠物也会因为天气变化、饲喂不当而生病,然而对于如何喂食宠物药物这个问题,一直困扰着饲主。
宠物药物由于是以治疗为主,所以药物的味道,口感都不是很好,对于嗅觉和味觉都相对敏感的宠物,尤其是对于因患病而食欲下降的宠物,难以引起宠物的进食欲望。即使是混入宠物经常食用的狗粮或零食里,也很难掩盖住药物的气味,使得药物难以被服用,而延误患病宠物的治疗。所以,需要开发一种凝胶空心糖果,用以包裹住宠物药物,掩盖药物气味,辅助药物喂食。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的以上不足,本发明旨在提供一种用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果、其制备方法及应用,以达到辅助喂食宠物药物,掩盖药物气味,同时补充氨基酸、维生素进一步巩固治疗效果的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果,以重量份数计,它的有效成分的原料包括:明胶585~608份、甘油290~302份、山梨糖醇50~65份、纯化水550~680份、鲜奶香精3.8~4.2份、磷脂18~22份、白蜂蜡17.5~18.8份、红花籽油750~785份、水解蛋黄粉15~20份、乳清蛋白粉10~15份和甘露醇5~20份;
作为本发明的限定,所述用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果的其他成分包括:复合维生素2.1~3.8份和复合氨基酸1.6~2.5份;
作为本发明的另一种限定,所述复合维生素是由维生素A0.3~0.5份、维生素B20.2~1份、维生素C 0.3~2份、维生素D 0.33~0.5份、维生素E 0.15~0.5份和维生素K30.2~0.5份组成;
作为本发明的第三种限定,所述复合氨基酸是由蛋氨酸0.1~0.5份、苏氨酸0.2~0.6份、赖氨酸0.3~0.8份、精氨酸0.2~0.8份、γ-氨基丁酸0.1~0.5份和牛磺酸0.2~0.5份组成;
本发明还提供了所述用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果的一种制备方法,它是取制备所述凝胶空心糖果的所有成分混合,压模成型,即得用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果;
作为本发明的第四种限定,所述压模成型的温度为19~25℃,湿度为30~50%;
本发明还提供了所述用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果的一种应用,所述凝胶空心糖果用于包裹宠物药物,掩盖药物气味,用以辅助喂食宠物药物。
由于采用了上述的技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比,所取得的有益效果是:
(1)本发明所提供的凝胶空心糖果通过在凝胶糖果中设置空腔,用以包裹宠物药物,掩盖药物的气味,改变宠物药物的口感,使宠物更容易接受和食用,降低喂食宠物用药的难度;
(2)本发明所提供的凝胶空心糖果中还添加有复合维生素和复合氨基酸,如赖氨酸、色氨酸等,其中赖氨酸易溶于水,与其它氨基酸相比,赖氨酸是通过口服最容易吸收的一种。摄入体内的赖氨酸,首先以主动转运的方式从小肠腔进入小肠粘膜细胞,然后通过门静脉进入肝脏;在肝脏,赖氨酸与其它氨基酸一起参与蛋白质的合成。赖氨酸的分解代谢也在肝脏中进行,它与酮戊二酸缩合形成酵母氨基酸,酵母氨基酸再转变为L-α-氨基己二酸半醛,最终转化生成乙酰辅酶A。与其它氨基酸不同,赖氨酸不参与转氨基作用,且脱氨基反应不可逆,因此赖氨酸的分解代谢极为特殊。赖氨酸是生糖兼生酮氨基酸,因此可以参与形成D-葡萄糖、糖原、脂类,最终产生能量;甲硫氨酸可以促进肝细胞膜磷脂甲基化,使膜流动性增强Na+、K+-ATP酶泵作用强,可以减少肝细胞内胆汁的淤积,转硫基作用加强,从而增强了肝细胞内半苏氨酸、谷胱苷肽及牛磺酸的合成,减少了胆汁酸在肝内聚积,加强了解毒作用,有利于肝细胞恢复正常生理功能;精氨酸是鸟氨酸循环的中间代谢物,能促使氨转变成为尿素,从而降低血氨含量;苏氨酸一种必需的氨基酸,苏氨酸主要用于医药、化学试剂、食品强化剂等方面。特别是饲料添加剂方面的用量增长快速,它常添加到幼龄宠物的食品中,是宠物食品的第二限制氨基酸。在配合饲料中加入L-苏氨酸,具有如下的特点:①可以调整食品的氨基酸平衡,促进宠物生长;②可改善氨基酸消化率低的食品的营养价值;③可降低食品原料成本;牛磺酸增强免疫力和抗疲劳。牛磺酸可以结合白细胞中的次氯酸并生成无毒性物质,降低次氯酸对白细胞自身的破坏,从而提高机体免疫力。同时,牛磺酸能维持心脏功能,使血液循环正常化,从而消除疲劳生成物,使肌体能有效地产生能量。体内保持恒定的牛磺酸,便能有效地消除疲劳;γ-氨基丁酸是一种在动物体内起神经镇定作用的非蛋白质氨基酸,它不仅广泛分布于动物的中枢神经系统中,而且也分布于外周神经和非神经组织的细胞中,在非神经组织中发挥激素或营养因子的功能,对动物机体正常的生理功能起着重要的调节作用,此氨基酸具有提高动物抗应激能力、抗缺氧能力等多种功效。用以在宠物服药期间,同时补充宠物所需的维生素和氨基酸,配合药物治疗宠物疾病,增加宠物免疫力,改善宠物体质,缩短治疗周期;
(3)本发明所提供的凝胶空心糖果还可以作为宠物零食单独饲喂宠物,其中含有复合维生素、复合氨基酸、水解蛋黄粉、乳清蛋白粉等营养成分,可以提高宠物的免疫力,补充宠物日常所需的营养物质,改善宠物体质。
(4)本发明所提供的凝胶空心糖果中含有明胶、白蜂蜡、山梨糖醇等物质,压模成型时,温度低于19℃时,混合物料所呈状态为非流体状态,不易注入模具;高于25℃时,则混合物料过于液化,会散热不均导致成型困难,所以压模成型的温度设定为19~25℃;
(5)本发明所提供的凝胶空心糖果中含有明胶、白蜂蜡、山梨糖醇等物质,压模成型时,湿度低于30%,糖果成型后,容易开裂破损,所得糖果硬度大,缺乏弹性,会对后续放入药物造成困难;湿度高于50%,则会导致糖果过度软化,易变型,易融化,影响口感且无法长期保存;
综上所述,本发明所提供的凝胶空心糖果既可以将药物放置其中,诱导宠物积极配合服药治疗,也可以作为零食,补充宠物所需的营养物质,改善宠物体质,提高宠物免疫力。
本发明的凝胶糖果适用于包裹宠物药物,以辅助喂食宠物药物。
具体实施方式
以下结合本发明的优选实施例进行说明。应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和理解本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1一种用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果S1的制备方法
1)称取293g甘油、52g山梨糖醇液、553g纯化水放入混合装置内混合,加热至70℃,加入587g明胶并搅拌均匀,经100目筛过滤,降温至60℃保温静置2.5h,得混合料液H1;
称取0.31g维生素A、0.4g维生素B2、0.5g维生素C、0.41g维生素D、0.2g维生素E、0.3g维生素K3、0.15g蛋氨酸、0.31g苏氨酸、0.4g赖氨酸、0.26g精氨酸、0.17gγ-氨基丁酸、0.35g牛磺酸、17g水解蛋黄粉、11g乳清蛋白粉、8g甘露醇、4g鲜奶香精、20g磷脂,加至400g红花籽油中研磨搅拌,得到混合料液M1。
取357g红花籽油和17.8g白蜂蜡加热至50℃混合,保温加入混合料液M1充分混合,经100目筛过滤得混合料液N1;
2)混合料液H1加入到混合料液N1中充分混合后,加入至凝胶空心糖果模具,在温度为20℃,相对湿度为35%的环境下压制成型,即得用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果S1。
其中,步骤仅在于清楚解释本实施例的操作工艺,不代表限制操作工艺顺序仅为本实施例所述取料顺序,可以对所有原料错序取用,也可以分别称取所有原料进行混合过滤。
实施例2~6用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果S2~S6的制备方法
本实施例2~6中分别提供一种用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果S2~S6的制备方法,其操作步骤与实施例1所提供的制备方法基本相同,区别仅在于所用原料的用量及部分工艺参数,具体数据见表1。

其他操作均与实施例1相同。
实施例7用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果饲喂试验
因为实施例1~6中所提供的用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果S1~S6所用配料种类完全相同,区别仅是配料用量,所以从中随机选取任意一个实施例中所提供的凝胶空心糖果作为受试样品,是具有代表性和说服力的;
取实施例1所提供的用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果S1作为受试样品P。
本实施例所用宠物药品为鑫安牌盐酸多西环素片,奶香味,规格为25mg/粒,30粒装,猫犬通用型。
分别选取大、中、小型宠物犬以及宠物猫各4只,以相同的饲喂环境,每次喂食等量的狗粮和猫粮,每日分早晚各喂食一次,并在早上喂食后,分别对16只宠物进行喂药,将未用受试样品P包裹的宠物药品和放入受试样品P内的宠物药品各取一粒同时进行直接饲喂,持续饲喂3天;从第四天开始,分别将未用受试样品P包裹的宠物药品和放入受试样品P内的宠物药品放入早上所喂食的狗粮和猫粮中进行饲喂,持续3天,记录全部6天的饲喂结果,具体数据见表2。

表2中“+”表示一只宠物饲喂药品成功;“-”表示一只宠物饲喂药品失败;“*”表示一只宠物食入药品后又将药品吐出。
从表2可以看出,药品本身即使添加了具有奶香味的香精,宠物对药物的抗拒还是十分明显;而将宠物药物混入宠物粮食中,也会被宠物发觉并挑出,即使误食也会将其吐出,而被实施例1~6中所提供的用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果S1~S6包裹住的宠物药品,则有效地掩盖药物气味,诱导宠物服用药物,证明本发明所提供的凝胶空心糖果能够达到辅助喂食宠物药品的目的。
实施例8用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果辅助治疗效果实验
本实施例8所提供一种用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果S7,它的制备方法与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于本实施例所提供的宠物凝胶糖果S7在制备过程中不添加任何维生素及氨基酸,所得凝胶空心糖果S7,作为对比例与实施例7中的受试样品P进行对比实验。
取15粒宠物药物(规格与实施例7所用宠物用药完全相同),均分为三组,每组5粒,其中,随机选择一组药物放入受试样品P中,作为试验组;余下两组药物一组放入S7中,作为对照组;最后一组药物直接使用,作为空白组。
随机选取三只体型相同,患有相同程度感冒的宠物犬(犬只症状表现为频繁咳嗽、打喷嚏、流鼻涕、精神萎靡,),在相同的饲喂环境下,每日早晚各喂食一次,每次饲喂的狗粮用量相同,且每日喂药时间为早上喂食之后的半小时,持续饲喂5天,每天晚上8点后观察并记录患病犬只的状态,具体记录见表3。

从表3可以看出,本实施例1~6中所提供的凝胶空心糖果S1~S6相比于实施例8中所提供的宠物凝胶空心糖果S7,添加了复合维生素和复合氨基酸能够有效的辅助宠物药物,促进宠物药物对宠物病症的治疗,缩短治病周期,进一步巩固药物的治疗效果,证明了本发明所提供的凝胶空心糖果可以有效地促进药物治疗效果。
需要说明的是,以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照上述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域技术人员来说,其依然可以对上述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果,其特征在于:以重量份数计,制成它的有效成分的原料包括:明胶585~608份、甘油290~302份、山梨糖醇50~65份、纯化水550~680份、鲜奶香精3.8~4.2份、磷脂18~22份、白蜂蜡17.5~18.8份、红花籽油750~785份、水解蛋黄粉15~20份、乳清蛋白粉10~15份和甘露醇5~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果,其特征在于:以重量份数计,制成它的有效成分的原料还包括:复合维生素2.1~3.8份和复合氨基酸1.6~2.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果,其特征在于:所述复合维生素是由维生素A 0.3~0.5份、维生素B2 0.2~1份、维生素C 0.3~2份、维生素D0.33~0.5份、维生素E 0.15~0.5份和维生素K3 0.2~0.5份组成。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果,其特征在于:所述复合氨基酸是由蛋氨酸1~5份、苏氨酸2~6份、赖氨酸3~8份、精氨酸2~8份、γ-氨基丁酸1~5份和牛磺酸2~5份组成。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果的一种制备方法,其特征在于:它是取所有原料混匀,模压成型,即得所述用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述压模成型的温度为19~25℃、湿度为30~50%。
7.根据权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果的一种应用,其特征在于:所述用于辅助喂食宠物药物的凝胶空心糖果用于包裹宠物药物,掩盖药物气味,用以辅助喂食宠物药物。
