本发明涉及路面修复装置技术领域,具体为沥青路面破损修复填充装置。
背景技术
沥青路面具有坚固、耐磨、使用寿命长的优点,但是由于长期超负荷运行及自然因素影响,很可能在未到维修保养期就已经损坏。这就需要对路面进行及时的抢修。现有路面抢修时大都是在破损路面上补铺一层沥青或水泥,这就需要用到沥青路面破损修复填充装置。
现有路面修复装置上加热燃气罐的限位挡栏组件大都存在一定的设计缺陷,其驱动结构大都不能与气罐接气部件的驱动机构联动结合,造成在拆卸更换气罐时需额外手动开关限位挡栏组件,致使气罐的拆卸更换操作麻烦不便费力,此外大都不具备对气罐拆卸时的强制关气功能,不能杜绝气罐在拆卸更换时气阀遗忘关闭,产生漏气引发火灾的安全隐患。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供沥青路面破损修复填充装置,其具有两处L状滑杆,通过两处L状滑杆间接开关两处液阀能够避免双手直接与高温的两处液阀接触,解决作业人员直接采用双手旋拧开关液阀时易被烫伤的问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:沥青路面破损修复填充装置,包括底盘;所述底盘整体呈矩形结构,其底部的前侧位置同轴安装有两处车轮,且底盘底部的后侧中间位置锁紧固定有一处万向轮,底盘顶端的后侧位置呈左右对称竖撑焊接有两处L状推杆;所述底盘前半部的顶端支撑焊接有一处水平支撑环,水平支撑环的内部焊接有一处星形支架,星形支架的中心处焊接支撑有一处燃烧头,且底盘的圆周外圈上焊接一处环形防火罩,环形防火罩的顶端焊接支撑有一处修补液箱,修补液箱用于盛装沥青修补液;所述底盘后半部分的顶端焊接支撑有一处撑托盘,撑托盘用于安放气罐,且底盘的后半部分上还呈三角形排布焊接有三处竖撑限位杆,其中左右两处竖撑限位杆上对称焊接有两处定位轴杆,两处定位轴杆上滑动安装有一处对接头;所述底盘左右侧撑杆的中间段上对称焊接有两处L状支杆,两处L状支杆与两处L状推杆上呈左右对称滑动安装有两处L状滑杆,两处L状滑杆的首端段上设置两排齿片;所述燃烧头底部连通焊接有一处连续折拐的整体呈L状结构的燃气管,且燃气管的首端段与对接头通过软管连通,对接头上呈左右对称向下焊接有两处L状拉杆,两处L状拉杆的顶端水平段上滑动安装有一处滑动框。

工作原理:使用时,修补液箱2用于盛装沥青修补液,燃烧头7用于对修补液箱2进行加热融化沥青,对接头4可下滑与对接盘301套插连接,将燃烧头7与气罐3连通,两处螺纹帽107可将对接头4锁紧密封固定于对接盘301上,且当限位摆杆106摆转竖立时其与三处竖撑限位杆104可对气罐3进行挡栏限位,且配合对接头4的顶压固定,能够将气罐3稳定的固定于撑托盘103上,避免在使用时气罐3发生移位脱落,且两处L状结构的下料管将融化的沥青液漏排填充于沥青路面的破损缝隙中;
由于两处L状拉杆401、两处F状齿条109以及两处连杆402共同连接组成了一处双曲柄滑杆机构,通过此机构,上下滑移两处L状拉杆401可驱使两处F状齿条109前后滑动为限位摆杆106提供于竖立和水平状态间摆转切换的驱动力,进而通过两处L状拉杆401的动力传递,在对气罐3拆装更换对接头4上下滑动与对接盘301进行对接和分离时可联动啮合驱使限位摆杆106摆转收展,这省去在对气罐3进行拆卸更换时额外手动操作摆转开关限位摆杆106的麻烦,此外气阀被旋拧打开时,压杆302可摇摆顶压驱使受力杆503下移并带动两处套管501向下滑动套插于两处螺纹帽107上,将螺纹帽107套罩隐藏,这能够保证在上滑拆卸分离对接头4时必需先将气阀回转关闭才能正常实施。

Claims (4)

1.沥青路面破损修复填充装置,其特征在于:包括底盘(1);所述底盘(1)整体呈矩形结构,其底部的前侧位置同轴安装有两处车轮,且底盘(1)底部的后侧中间位置锁紧固定有一处万向轮,底盘(1)顶端的后侧位置呈左右对称竖撑焊接有两处L状推杆;所述底盘(1)前半部的顶端支撑焊接有一处水平支撑环(101),水平支撑环(101)的内部焊接有一处星形支架,星形支架的中心处焊接支撑有一处燃烧头(7),且底盘(1)的圆周外圈上焊接一处环形防火罩,环形防火罩的顶端焊接支撑有一处修补液箱(2),修补液箱(2)用于盛装沥青修补液;所述底盘(1)后半部分的顶端焊接支撑有一处撑托盘(103),撑托盘(103)用于安放气罐(3),且底盘(1)的后半部分上还呈三角形排布焊接有三处竖撑限位杆(104),其中左右两处竖撑限位杆(104)上对称焊接有两处定位轴杆(105),两处定位轴杆(105)上滑动安装有一处对接头(4);所述底盘(1)左右侧撑杆的中间段上对称焊接有两处L状支杆(102),两处L状支杆(102)与两处L状推杆上呈左右对称滑动安装有两处L状滑杆(6),两处L状滑杆(6)的首端段上设置两排齿片;所述燃烧头(7)底部连通焊接有一处连续折拐的整体呈L状结构的燃气管(701),且燃气管(701)的首端段与对接头(4)通过软管连通,对接头(4)上呈左右对称向下焊接有两处L状拉杆(401),两处L状拉杆(401)的顶端水平段上滑动安装有一处滑动框(5);
所述底盘(1)后侧撑杆的中间段上转动安装有一处限位摆杆(106),限位摆杆(106)底部转轴的左右两端对称套装有两处从动齿轮,且撑托盘(103)的底部呈左右对称焊接有两组轨道轴(108),两组轨道轴(108)上滑动安装有两处F状齿条(109),两处F状齿条(109)对应两处从动齿轮啮合传动,且两处F状齿条(109)的尾端段上横撑焊接有一处连接轴;
所述气罐(3)的顶端中心处焊接有一处竖向气管,竖向气管的顶端焊接有一处对接盘(301),且竖撑钢管上安装有一处气阀,气阀的阀轴上支撑焊接有一处压杆(302);
两处所述L状拉杆(401)的底部段上均转动连接有一处连杆(402),两处连杆(402)的尾端对应与两处F状齿条(109)尾端的连接轴转动连接在一起;
所述滑动框(5)呈凵状结构,其左右竖撑滑轴的底部段上对称焊接有一处套管(501),且滑动框(5)横撑梁杆的中间段上对称向下焊接有两处六棱轴杆(502),其中左侧六棱轴杆(502)的底部朝向修补液箱(2)焊接支撑有一处受力杆(503);
两处所述套管(501)与两处螺纹帽(107)上下正对,且气罐(3)上气阀旋拧打开时压杆(302)对受力杆(503)摆转抵靠接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沥青路面破损修复填充装置,其特征在于:两处所述定位轴杆(105)的上半段上开设有两段外螺纹,且两处定位轴杆(105)的顶端段上滑动套装有螺纹帽(107),两处螺纹帽(107)下滑与两段外螺纹旋拧配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的沥青路面破损修复填充装置,其特征在于:所述修补液箱(2)的顶端开口上堵盖有一处圆板盖板,且修补液箱(2)圆周外壁的底部左右两侧位置对称向下焊接有两处L状结构的下料管;两处下料管的竖撑管段上安装有两处液阀(201),两处液阀(201)的阀轴上均套装有一处开关齿轮,且两处L状滑杆(6)首端的两排齿片对应与两处开关齿轮啮合传动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的沥青路面破损修复填充装置,其特征在于:所述对接头(4)整体呈矩形结构,其底部中心处内凹开设有一处圆形插槽,对接盘(301)与圆形插槽插接配合,且对接头(4)的中心处焊接有一处气嘴;两处所述L状拉杆(401)通过弹簧顶推对应与两处竖撑限位杆(104)和两处定位轴杆(105)滑动配合。
