step three, automatic discharging is carried out, the wood floor above the feeding port (9) is not supported by the cutting table (1) any more after the wood floor is cut into two sections by the cutting wheel (5), the wood floor above the feeding port (9) downwards extrudes the long strip block (10) due to the gravity of the wood floor, the long strip block (10) downwards rotates to extrude and bend the supporting spring (12), and the cut wood floor on the feeding port (9) slides to the material receiving folded plate (13) along the inclined long strip block (10) due to the gravity of the wood floor;
buffering, the wood floor is firstly contacted with the material receiving plate (28) when falling onto the material receiving folded plate (13), the wood floor pushes the material receiving plate (28) to descend after impacting the material receiving plate (28), the material receiving plate (28) pulls the lifting plate (25) to rise through the guide rope (27), and the elastic rope (26) is stretched to buffer in the rising process of the lifting plate (25);
fifthly, dust is removed, the wood floor falls onto the material receiving plate (28) and then drives the lifting plate (25) to rise, after the lifting plate (25) rises, the space inside the buffer box (24) and below the lifting plate (25) is increased, the air pressure inside the buffer box (24) and below the lifting plate (25) is reduced, air at the position of the material receiving folded plate (13) enters the buffer box (24) through the dust suction hole (31), and chips generated by the cut wood floor enter the buffer box (24) along with flowing air;
and sixthly, cutting materials repeatedly, wherein the winding motor (22) drives the winding rod (21) to rotate, the winding rod (21) pulls the traction rope (23) to move and wind on the winding rod (21), and the traction rope (23) drives the clamping frame (14) and the wood floor to move until the wood floor moves to the position below the cutting wheel (5) to be cut again.
