Through the embodiment, after the object to be cleaned is placed on the bearing part 11, the object to be cleaned is abutted to the two positioning parts 12, and then the plurality of limiting parts 13 are moved to enable the plurality of limiting parts 13 to be abutted to the side walls of the object to be cleaned, so that the number of the limiting parts 13 can be reduced, the number of the limiting parts 13 which need to be moved when the object to be cleaned is fixed can be reduced, and the object to be cleaned can be fixed quickly; in order to make the two positioning members 12 more suitable for fixing the upper cover, in some embodiments of the present application, the axes of the two positioning bars are arranged at an included angle of 90 °, so that after the upper cover is placed on the bearing member 11, any adjacent two side surfaces of the rectangular upper cover respectively abut against the two positioning members 12, and then the plurality of limiting members 13 are moved to abut against the remaining two side surfaces of the upper cover, so that the upper cover can be fixed more quickly; for other shapes of objects with clear adhesive, the included angle between the axes of the two positioning members 12 can be set to be a matched angle.
In the embodiment of the present application, the number of the limiting members 13 is not limited, when the number of the positioning members 12 is one, the positioning members 12 abut against any side surface of the upper cover, and the upper cover is generally rectangular in combination, at this time, the number of the limiting members 13 is at least three, and three limiting members 13 abut against the remaining three side surfaces of the upper cover respectively, so as to complete the fixing of the upper cover; when the number of the positioning members 12 is two, the two positioning members 12 respectively abut against two adjacent side surfaces of the upper cover, at this time, the number of the positioning members 13 is at least two, and the two positioning members 13 respectively abut against the two remaining side surfaces of the upper cover, so that the upper cover is fixed.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present application, the position-limiting member 13 includes a connecting portion 131 and an abutting portion 132, and the connecting portion 131 is movably connected to the supporting member 11; the abutting portion 132 is connected to the connecting portion 131, and when the object to be cleaned is placed on the carrying assembly 10, the abutting portion 132 abuts against the object to be cleaned.
The connecting portion 131 is used for realizing the movable connection between the limiting member 13 and the bearing member 11, and the shape, size, material and the like of the connecting portion 131 are not limited in the embodiment of the present application as long as the connecting portion 131 can realize the movable connection with the bearing member 11; in combination with the above-mentioned limiting member 13 movably connected to the carrier 11, in some embodiments of the present application, the insertion portion is connected to the connecting portion 131; in other embodiments of the present application, the connecting portion 131 is slidably connected to the carrier 11.
The abutting part 132 is used for being abutted against the side edge of the upper cover to fix the upper cover by matching with the positioning part 12, the shape, size, material and the like of the abutting part 132 are not limited in the embodiment of the application, but the upper cover is damaged when the abutting part 132 is in contact with the upper cover, in some embodiments of the application, the abutting part 132 is made of an elastic material, and therefore the abutting part 132 can be prevented from damaging the upper cover.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present application, the carrier 11 has one or more cavities 111, the carrier assembly 10 further includes one or more adsorbing members 14, a portion of the adsorbing member 14 is disposed in the cavity 111 and is fixedly connected to the carrier 11, and when the object to be cleaned is placed on the carrier 11, the adsorbing member 14 adsorbs the object to be cleaned and shrinks into the cavity 111.
The cavity 111 is used to accommodate the adsorbing member 14, in this embodiment, the shape, size, type, and opening manner of the cavity 111 are not limited, and the shape, size, and the like of the cavity 111 should be determined according to the size, shape, and the like of the adsorbing member 14, for example, in some embodiments of this application, the cavity 111 may be a circular blind hole, and in other embodiments of this application, the cavity 111 may be a square through hole, as long as the cavity 111 can accommodate the adsorbing member 14.
The adsorption piece 14 is used for adsorbing the object to be cleaned with glue, the shape, size, type and the like of the adsorption piece 14 are not limited in the embodiment of the application, in some embodiments of the application, the adsorption piece 14 can be a sucker, and thus, the adsorption piece 14 can fix the object to be cleaned with glue of any material through suction; in other embodiments of the present application, the adsorbing member 14 may be a magnetic component, so that the adsorbing member 14 can generate stronger adsorption force on the object to be cleaned of magnetic metal such as iron, cobalt, and nickel.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present application, the suction member 14 is a suction cup, a deformation gap is left between a sidewall of the cavity 111 and an outer surface of the suction cup, and the suction cup is partially located outside the cavity 111; when the object to be cleaned is placed on the rotating member, the suction cup deforms to absorb the object to be cleaned and contracts into the cavity 111 so that the object to be cleaned contacts the bearing member 11.
Through the technical scheme, when the object to be cleaned is placed on the bearing part 11, the adsorption part 14 contacts the object to be cleaned, at the moment, the sucker deforms under the gravity of the object to be cleaned so as to realize the adsorption of the object to be cleaned, and the length of the deformed sucker along the height direction of the cleaning equipment is reduced so as to be contracted into the cavity 111, so that the adsorption of the sucker and the object with the cleaned rubber is realized; the deformation clearance between sucking disc and the cavity 111 lateral wall provides the space for the sucking disc takes place to deform, and the sucking disc part has guaranteed outside cavity 111 that the sucking disc can certainly contact and has waited to glue the object, has improved the reliability of this clear equipment of gluing.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments of the present application, the glue removing assembly 20 includes an adjusting member 21, a glue removing member 22, a positioning screw 23 and a positioning nut 24, the adjusting member 21 has an arc-shaped opening 211 rotatably connected to the moving module 30, and the arc-shaped opening 211 uses a rotation connection point of the adjusting member 21 and the moving module 30 as a circle center; the glue removing piece 22 is connected with the adjusting piece 21, and the moving module 30 can drive the glue removing piece 22 to abut against an object to be cleaned; the positioning screw 23 is connected with the moving module 30 and passes through the arc-shaped opening 211; the positioning nut 24 is in threaded connection with the positioning screw 23, is located on one side of the adjusting member 21 away from the moving module 30, and abuts against the adjusting member 21.
Adjusting part 21 rotates with removal module 30 and is connected so that adjust the clear glue 22 apart from waiting to clear the distance of glue 22, does not do all to the shape, size and the material etc. of adjusting part 21 in this application embodiment and do not do the restriction, as long as adjusting part 21 can realize with removal module 30's rotation be connected can.
The part of the glue cleaning piece 22 is in contact with the object to be cleaned, and residual glue on the object to be cleaned is cleaned through relative displacement between the glue cleaning piece 22 and the object to be cleaned; to extend the life of the skim 22, in some embodiments of the present application, the skim 22 is made of a wear resistant material; in order to make the glue removing member 22 suitable for the upper cover, in some embodiments of the present application, the glue removing member 22 is configured as a glue removing strip, one end of the glue removing strip is connected to the adjusting member 21, and the other end of the glue removing strip is in contact with the upper cover when the upper cover is placed on the bearing member 11; in order to strengthen the structural strength of the glue removing part 22, in some embodiments of the present application, the glue removing part 22 includes a main body part and a reinforcing part, the main body part is connected with the adjusting part 21, and the reinforcing part is connected with the main body part.
The positioning screw 23 and the positioning nut 24 cooperate to realize the limitation of the rotational connection between the adjusting member 21 and the moving module 30, in the embodiment of the present application, no limitation is made on the outer diameter, the thread pitch, the thread form, the lead and the like of the positioning screw 23 and the positioning nut 24, but it should be ensured that each parameter of the positioning screw 23 and the positioning nut 24 is the same, so that the positioning screw 23 and the positioning nut 24 can be better connected.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present application, the moving module 30 includes a first moving assembly 31, a second moving assembly 32 and a third moving assembly 33, and the second moving assembly 32 is connected to the first moving assembly 31 and the glue cleaning assembly 20 and is configured to drive the glue cleaning assembly 20 to move along a second predetermined direction b; the first moving assembly 31 is used for driving the second moving assembly 32 to move along a first preset direction a, and an included angle is formed between the first preset direction a and a second preset direction b; the third moving assembly 33 is connected to the carrying assembly 10 to drive the carrying assembly 10 to move along a third predetermined direction c, and the coplanar of the first predetermined direction a and the second predetermined direction b forms an included angle with the third predetermined direction c.

Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments of the present application, the first moving assembly 31 includes a gantry 311, a first moving member 312, a first rotating member 313 and a first driving member 314, wherein the first moving member 312 is slidably connected to the gantry 311; the first rotating part 313 is rotatably connected with the gantry 311, and drives the first moving part 312 to move along a first preset direction a when rotating around the axis of the first rotating part; the first driving member 314 is fixedly connected to the gantry 311, and is in transmission connection with the first rotating member 313, and is configured to drive the first rotating member 313 to rotate around its axis.
The gantry 311 serves as a supporting base for other elements in the first moving assembly 31, and the size, the height along the glue removing assembly 20, the material and the like of the gantry 311 are not limited in the embodiment of the application.
The first moving part 312 is slidably connected with the portal frame 311 and is in transmission connection with the first rotating part 313, the first rotating part 313 drives the first moving part 312 to move along the first preset direction a when rotating around the axis of the first rotating part 313, in the embodiment of the present application, the shape, size, material and the like of the first moving part 312 are not limited as long as the first moving part 312 can be slidably connected with the portal frame 311, and as the first moving part 312 is slidably connected with the portal frame 311, in order to reduce the abrasion of the first moving part 312, in some embodiments of the present application, the first moving part 312 is made of an abrasion-resistant material, for example, copper, hard aluminum alloy, alumina ceramic and the like; alternatively, in other embodiments of the present application, a wear layer may be formed on the surface of the first moving part 312, for example, by chrome plating or steel quenching and grinding the surface of the first moving part 312.
The first rotating member 313 is rotatably connected with the gantry 311 and is in transmission connection with the first moving member 312, in some embodiments of the present application, the first rotating member 313 is configured as a threaded rod, both ends of the first rotating member 313 are rotatably connected with the gantry 311, and the first rotating member 313 is in threaded connection with the first moving member 312, so that the first moving member 312 moves along an axial direction of the first rotating member 313 when the first rotating member 313 rotates around its axis, and at this time, the first preset direction a is the axial direction of the first rotating member 313.
The first driving member 314 is used for driving the first rotating member 313 to rotate around its own axis, and the type of the first driving member 314 and the transmission connection manner between the first driving member and the first rotating member 313 are not limited in this embodiment of the application; with respect to the type of first drive 314, in some embodiments of the present application, the first drive 314 may be a servo motor; in other embodiments of the present application, the first drive 314 may be a stepper motor; for the transmission connection of the first driving member 314 and the first rotating member 313, in some embodiments of the present application, a belt transmission may be used between the first driving member 314 and the first rotating member 313; in other embodiments of the present application, the first driving member 314 and the first rotating member 313 may be in gear transmission; in still other embodiments of the present application, the first driving element 314 and the first rotating element 313 may be coaxially connected.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments of the present application, the gantry 311 includes a guide portion 3111 and two supporting portions 3113, the guide portion 3111 has a guide slot 3112, and the second positioning member 12 is at least partially disposed in the guide slot 3112; both support portions 3113 are connected to the guide portion 3111.
The guide portion 3111 has a guide groove 3112, the first moving member 312 is disposed in the guide groove 3112 and slidably connected to the guide portion 3111, the shape, size, material, etc. of the guide portion 3111 are not limited in this embodiment, in some embodiments of the present application, the guide portion 3111 is a guide bar, an axial direction of the guide bar is parallel to the first preset direction a, and meanwhile, the axial direction of the guide portion 3111, the first preset direction a, and an axial direction in the first rotating member 313 are parallel to each other in combination with the first rotating member 313 being a threaded rod.
Two support portions 3113 are connected to the guide portion 3111 to support the guide portion 3111, in this embodiment, the shape of the support portion 3113, the height direction of the glue cleaning apparatus, the material of the support portion 3113, and the like are not limited, and in some embodiments, the two support portions 3113 are respectively connected to two ends of the guide portion 3111.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments of the present application, the second moving assembly 32 includes a connecting member 321, one or more first guiding members 322, a second moving member 323, a second rotating member 324, and a second driving member 325, wherein the connecting member 321 is connected to the first moving member 312; the first guide 322 is connected to the connection member 321; the second moving member 323 is slidably connected with the first guide member 322; the second rotating member 324 is rotatably connected to the connecting member 321, is in transmission connection with the second moving member 323, and drives the second moving member 323 to move along the second predetermined direction b when rotating around its own axis; the second driving member 325 is connected to the second rotating member 324 for driving the second rotating member 324 to rotate around its axis.
The connecting element 321 is connected to the first moving element 312 to enable the first moving element 312 to drive the second moving element 323 to move along the first preset direction a, in this embodiment, the shape, size, material and the like of the connecting element 321 are not limited, as long as the connecting element 321 can enable the first moving assembly 31 to be connected to the second moving assembly 32, in some embodiments of the present application, the connecting element 321 includes a first connecting portion 131 and a second connecting portion 131, the first connecting portion 131 is connected to the first moving element 312, the second connecting portion 131 is connected to the first guiding element 322, and an included angle of 90 ° is formed between a connecting surface of the first connecting portion 131 connected to the first moving element 312 and a connecting surface of the second connecting portion 131 connected to the first guiding element 322; at this time, the second preset direction b is the height direction of the glue cleaning equipment, and an included angle of 90 degrees is formed between the first preset direction a and the second preset direction b.
The first guiding element 322 is connected to the connecting element 321, and is slidably connected to the second moving element 323 to move the second moving element 323 along the second preset direction b, in this embodiment, the number, shape, size, material, and the like of the first guiding element 322 are not limited, in some embodiments of this application, the first guiding element 322 is a guiding strip; meanwhile, if the number of the first guide members 322 is two or more, the axes of the plurality of first guide members 322 are parallel to each other.
The second moving part 323 is connected with the first guiding part 322 in a sliding manner and is in transmission connection with the second rotating part 324, and the second rotating part 324 rotates around the axis thereof to drive the second moving part 323 to move along the second preset direction b; alternatively, in other embodiments of the present application, a wear resistant layer may be formed on the surface of the second moving part 323, for example, by chrome plating or steel quenching and grinding the surface of the second moving part 323.
The second rotating member 324 is rotatably connected to the connecting member 321 and is in transmission connection with the second moving member 323, in the second embodiments of the present application, the second rotating member 324 is configured as a threaded rod, two ends of the second rotating member 324 are both rotatably connected to the connecting member 321, and the second rotating member 324 is in threaded connection with the second moving member 323, so that when the second rotating member 324 rotates around its axis, the second moving member 323 moves along the axis of the second rotating member 324, and at this time, the second predetermined direction b is the axis of the second rotating member 324.
The second driving member 325 is used for driving the second rotating member 324 to rotate around its own axis, and the type of the second driving member 325 and the transmission connection manner between the second driving member 325 and the second rotating member 324 are not limited in this embodiment of the application; for the type of second drive 325, in some embodiments of the present application, the second drive 325 may be a servo motor; in other embodiments of the present application, the second drive member 325 may be a stepper motor; for the transmission connection between the second driving member 325 and the second rotating member 324, in some embodiments of the present application, a belt transmission may be used between the second driving member 325 and the second rotating member 324; in other embodiments of the present application, the second driving member 325 and the second rotating member 324 may be in gear transmission; in still other embodiments of the present application, the second driving member 325 and the second rotating member 324 may be coaxially connected.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments of the present application, the third moving assembly 33 includes one or more of a second guiding element 331, a third moving element 332, a third rotating element 333, and a third driving element 334; the third moving member 332 is slidably connected with the second guide member 331; the third rotating part 333 is in transmission connection with the third moving part 332, and drives the third moving part 332 to move along a third preset direction c when rotating around the axis of the third rotating part; the third driving element 334 is connected to the third rotating element 333 for driving the third rotating element 333 to rotate around its axis.
The second guiding element 331 is slidably connected to the third moving element 332 so that the third moving element 332 moves along a third preset direction c, the number, shape, size, material and the like of the second guiding element 331 are not limited in this embodiment of the application, and in some embodiments of the application, the second guiding element 331 is a guiding strip; meanwhile, if the number of the second guiding elements 331 is two or more, the axes of the plurality of second guiding elements 331 are parallel to each other, and at this time, the axis direction of the second guiding element 331 is a third predetermined direction c, and the axes of the second guiding element 331, the third predetermined direction c and the axis of the third rotating element 333 are parallel to each other; in some embodiments of the present application, the first predetermined direction a and the second predetermined direction b are coplanar and form an angle of 90 ° with the third predetermined direction c.

To facilitate adjustment of the object to be cleaned, in some embodiments of the present application, the carrier 11 is rotatably connected to the third moving member 332, and the rotation angle is 90 °; taking the upper cover as an example, after the upper cover is placed on the bearing piece 11, any edge of the upper cover is cleaned by the cleaning piece 22, after the cleaning of the edge of the upper cover is completed, the bearing piece 11 is rotated by 90 degrees, and then the cleaning piece 22 can continuously clean the residual adhesive on the other edge adjacent to the edge.
The third rotating member 333 is in transmission connection with the third moving member 332, in some embodiments of the present application, the third rotating member 333 is configured as a threaded rod, and the third rotating member 333 is in threaded connection with the third moving member 332, so that the third moving member 332 moves along the axial direction of the third rotating member 333 when the third rotating member 333 rotates around its own axis, and at this time, the third predetermined direction c is the axial direction of the third rotating member 333.
The third driving element 334 is configured to drive the third rotating element 333 to rotate around its axis, and in this embodiment, the type of the third driving element 334 and the transmission connection manner between the third driving element and the third rotating element 333 are not limited; with respect to the type of third drive 334, in some embodiments of the present application, the third drive 334 may be a servo motor; in other embodiments of the present application, the third drive 334 may be a stepper motor; for the transmission connection between the third driving element 334 and the third rotating element 333, in some embodiments of the present application, a belt transmission may be used between the third driving element 334 and the third rotating element 333; in other embodiments of the present application, the third driving member 334 and the third rotating member 333 may be in gear transmission; in still other embodiments of the present application, the third driving element 334 and the third rotating element 333 may be coaxially connected.
In some embodiments of the present application, the glue removing apparatus further includes a base, the base is connected to the support portion 3113 of the gantry 311 to support the gantry 311, connected to the second guide 331 of the carrying assembly 10 to support the carrying assembly 10, and fixedly connected to the third driving member 334.
In other embodiments of the present application, the moving module 30 includes a first moving assembly 31, a second moving assembly 32 and a third moving assembly 33, the second moving assembly 32 is connected to the first moving assembly 31 and the glue cleaning assembly 20, and is configured to drive the glue cleaning assembly 20 to move along a second preset direction b; the first moving assembly 31 is used for driving the second moving assembly 32 to move along a first preset direction a, and an included angle is formed between the first preset direction a and a second preset direction b; the third moving assembly 33 is connected with the base and the first moving assembly 31 to drive the glue removing assembly 20 to move along a third preset direction c, and the coplanar of the first preset direction a and the second preset direction b forms an included angle with the third preset direction c; specifically, the second guiding element 331 in the third moving assembly 33 is fixedly connected to the base, the supporting portion 3113 of the gantry 311 in the first moving assembly 31 is fixedly connected to the third moving element 332, the third moving element 332 drives the first moving assembly 31 to move along the third preset direction c, the second moving assembly 32 drives the first moving assembly 31 to move along the second preset direction b, and the first moving assembly 31 drives the glue removing assembly 20 to move along the first preset direction a, which is the same as that in the above embodiment.
The base is used as the support foundation of the glue cleaning equipment to provide an installation foundation for the mobile module 30 and the bearing component 10, the shape, the size, the material and the like of the base are not limited in the embodiment of the application, and the base can support the mobile module 30 and the bearing component 10.
In some embodiments of the present application, the glue removing apparatus further includes a housing connected to the base and having a receiving cavity, and the first moving assembly 31, the second moving assembly 32 and the carrying assembly 10 are located in the receiving cavity.

Claims (10)

1. A glue cleaning device is characterized by comprising:
the bearing assembly is used for bearing and fixing an object to be cleaned;
the glue cleaning assembly is used for cleaning residual glue adhered to the object to be cleaned; and
the moving module is connected with at least one of the bearing assembly and the glue cleaning assembly and used for driving at least one of the bearing assembly and the glue cleaning assembly to move so that one of the bearing assembly and the glue cleaning assembly moves relative to the other, and then the glue cleaning assembly moves relative to the object to be cleaned to clean residual glue on the object to be cleaned.
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the carrier assembly comprises:
the bearing piece is used for bearing the object to be cleaned;
the positioning piece is connected with the bearing piece, and the positioning piece abuts against the object to be cleaned when the object to be cleaned is placed on the bearing piece; and
a plurality of locating parts, with hold carrier swing joint, be used for wait to glue the object and arrange in hold carrier relative to hold carrier removal so that the locating part butt wait to glue the object in order to right wait to glue the object and fix.
3. 5. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the carrier has one or more cavities, the carrier assembly further comprising:

7. The glue cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the glue cleaning assembly comprises:
the adjusting piece is provided with an arc-shaped opening and is rotationally connected with the moving module, and the arc-shaped opening takes the rotational connection point of the adjusting piece and the moving module as the circle center;
the glue cleaning piece is connected with the adjusting piece, and the moving module can drive the glue cleaning piece to abut against the object to be cleaned;
the positioning screw rod is connected with the moving module and penetrates through the arc-shaped opening;
and the positioning nut is in threaded connection with the positioning screw rod, is positioned on one side of the adjusting piece, which is far away from the moving module, and tightly abuts against the adjusting piece.

The glue cleaning equipment as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first moving assembly comprises a gantry, a first moving member, a first rotating member and a first driving member, the first moving member is slidably connected with the gantry and connected with the second moving assembly; the first rotating part is rotationally connected with the portal frame and used for driving the first moving part to move along the first preset direction when rotating around the axis of the first rotating part; the first driving piece is fixedly connected with the portal frame, is in transmission connection with the first rotating piece and is used for driving the first rotating piece to rotate around the axis of the first rotating piece; and/or
The second moving assembly comprises a connecting piece, one or more first guide pieces, a second moving piece, a second rotating piece and a second driving piece; the connecting piece is connected with the first moving piece; one or more of the first guides are connected to the connecting member; the second moving piece is connected with the first guide piece in a sliding mode; the second rotating part is rotatably connected with the connecting part and is in transmission connection with the second moving part, and the second rotating part is used for driving the second moving part to move along the second preset direction when rotating around the axis of the second rotating part; the second driving piece is in transmission connection with the second rotating piece and is used for driving the second rotating piece to rotate around the axis of the second rotating piece; and/or
