印刷电路板装置、逆变器以及机动车辆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷电路板装置,其印刷电路板具有至少两个导电层,其中,这些导电层在该印刷电路板的轴向方向上延伸,并且在该印刷电路板的厚度方向上相继地布置。
背景技术
印刷电路板用于接纳并且电连接部件。印刷电路板具有导电元件和电绝缘元件。特别地,用铜制成的层作为导电元件。在印刷电路板上一层一层地堆积多个用铜制成的层也是已知的,其中,用电绝缘层来将这些铜制层彼此分隔。
这种类型的印刷电路板可以用在逆变器中,例如,为了将来自电池的直流电流转换成交流电流。为了能够准确地为依赖于交流电流的耗电设备(例如,电动马达)提供电流,必须测量所述电流。在这种情况下,已知可以在一个点处使这些导电层(即,导电元件)逐渐变细,并因此使得能够通过电流传感器来测量电流。使这些导电层逐渐变细会放大在这些电导体周围产生的磁场,并且因此可以测量该磁场。
然而,在这种情况下的问题是印刷电路板在逐渐变细的点处的电流承载能力有所下降。可以通过将印刷电路板的导电层形成得更厚来抵消这种情况。已知导电层厚约100μm,它们可以厚达400μm。印刷电路板的电流承载能力确实因为该措施而提高,但印刷电路板肯定显著地更厚且成本更高。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是指明一种印刷电路板装置,在这种情况下可以准确地测量电流,并且在这种情况下仍然可以以具有成本效益的方式制造该印刷电路板装置。
为了解决该问题,在开头所述类型的印刷电路板装置的情况下,提出该印刷电路板装置具有汇流条,该汇流条布置在该印刷电路板的横向表面之一上且与该印刷电路板的所有导电层相接触。
本发明的精髓被认为是流过该印刷电路板的电流中的至少一部分被分流到该汇流条。然后,流过该印刷电路板的电流还可以在该印刷电路板之外进行测量。因此不再需要为了测量电流而使印刷电路板中某点处的导电层逐渐变细。因此,这些导电层可以保持明显更薄。因此,本发明的精髓被认为是将电流测量从印刷电路板中撤出。
在这种情况下,该印刷电路板装置由印刷电路板和汇流条构成。在这种情况下,该印刷电路板的详细设计方式原则上是无关紧要的。
该汇流条可以有利地具有收缩部。该收缩部优选地布置在该汇流条的中间。还应该进一步参考该印刷电路板的中间。在本申请中,中间应理解为意指所描述的位置仅仅只是不完全在汇流条或印刷电路板的端部。在这种情况下,该位置不一定是确切的中间,也不一定是基本上在中间的区域。使用如针对这些导电层而描述的收缩部以增强流过汇流条的电流产生的磁场,并且因此使得能够通过磁场来测量电流。因此,该收缩部被布置成使得由其产生的磁场可以以最佳的方式由电流传感器分接。该电流传感器优选地布置在该汇流条与该印刷电路板之间。因此,当从平面图中观察该印刷电路板时,该印刷电路板不邻接该汇流条或位于该汇流条上方,而是位于该汇流条下方。
应该注意的是,在这种情况下,该汇流条和该印刷电路板两者的中间位置是相对于相应部件的纵轴而言的。
该汇流条可以优选地绕过该电流传感器。然后,该汇流条可以像往常一样固定至该印刷电路板,并且该汇流条像桥一样从上方越过该电流传感器。这比为该印刷电路板提供嵌入了电流传感器的较厚绝缘层更具成本效益。
导电层可以优选地在中间切断或以其他方式电绝缘,并且可以通过汇流条连接。在这种情况下,如上所述,中间的概念应该宽泛地理解。在该配置下,流过印刷电路板的总电流也流过汇流条。因此可以优化电流测量。
汇流条可以有利地具有大于印刷电路板的导电层的厚度。特别地,汇流条还可以具有大于印刷电路板的所有导电层组合起来的厚度。例如,如果印刷电路板具有八个100μm厚的导电层,则它们加起来具有800μm的总厚度。相比之下,例如,可以规定汇流条具有至少一毫米的厚度。汇流条的狭窄点可以通过在该点处更大的厚度来补偿。在这种情况下,厚度可以根据需要而调整。印刷电路板的缺点是,即使只需要增加单独的一层的厚度,出于对称性的原因,也必须增加另外的导电层的厚度。这种必要性在汇流条的情况下不存在,因此,印刷电路板装置的总厚度还可以保持到最小。
汇流条可以有利地比这些导电层包围的面积更小。导电层不再需要横过印刷电路板的整个长度,电流在一定程度上通过汇流条来传导。在极端情况下,导电层覆盖的面积甚至可以非常小。然而,导电层的各部分以被定位成使得它们包围的面积比汇流条大。因此,如果汇流条置于导电层上,则所述汇流条并不完全覆盖导电层。
汇流条可以优选地通过SMD来固定至印刷电路板。SMD就是所谓的表面贴装技术。然后,汇流条被布置成基本上平行于印刷电路板的表面。
另外,本发明涉及一种逆变器,该逆变器具有中间电路电容器和印刷电路板装置。该逆变器的特征在于,该印刷电路板装置如所描述的那样设计的事实。

Claims (11)

1.一种印刷电路板装置(4),其印刷电路板(6)具有至少两个导电层(10),其中,所述导电层(10)在所述印刷电路板(6)的轴向方向上延伸,并且在所述印刷电路板(6)的厚度方向上相继地布置,其特征在于,所述印刷电路板装置(4)具有汇流条(7),所述汇流条布置在所述印刷电路板(6)的横向表面(9)之一上,并且与所述印刷电路板(6)的导电层(10)中的至少一部分、特别是所有导电层相接触。
