The media assets can select a plurality of media assets from media asset resources on the network as recommended media assets, and provide the recommended media assets to the user for use.
In the existing method for determining recommended media assets from media asset resources on a network, the considered factors comprise: freshness of the assets, popularity of the assets, click-through rate of the assets, quality of the assets, relevance between content of the assets and user interest, and the like. For example, if the quality of the asset indicates that the asset is from an entity with high authority and/or the asset has high definition, then the asset is more likely to be selected as a recommended asset.
However, the following problems may occur in the process of the user viewing the media assets:
in a recommendation media asset mode taking the freshness of the media assets as a main consideration factor, taking the currently updated media assets as 'outburst certain' as an example; the user may only browse the 'suddenly-certain' video randomly from the recommended content area, and does not subjectively wish to browse the 'suddenly-certain' video; after the display equipment finds that the user browses the 'sudden' video, the type of media assets are continuously recommended to the user, and the nature of the type of media assets is not the media assets which are interesting to the user, so that the user may waste time to watch media asset contents which are not interesting.
In order to solve the above problems, the present application shows a display device, which can recommend media assets to a user by mining potential interests of the user, and improve viewing experience of the user.
The display device provided in the embodiment of the present application may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a notebook computer, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a handheld computer, a netbook, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a wearable electronic device, a virtual display device, or other display devices, and the specific type of the display device is not limited in any way in the embodiment of the present application.
The present application shows a display device comprising: a display; a controller configured to perform steps S601-S605 as shown in FIG. 6;
step S601, receiving a search instruction input by a user.
After the display device is powered on, the global interface shown in fig. 5 is started, a status bar may also be set at the top of the recommended content area of the global interface, and a plurality of display controls may be set in the status bar, including time, network connection status, electric quantity, and other commonly used options. The content contained in the status bar may be customized by the user, for example, content such as weather, user's head portrait, etc. may be added to the status bar. The top of the recommended content area of the global interface can also be provided with a timing control, a collection control, a search control, a message control and the like. Different controls may be selected by the user to perform the corresponding functions. When the user clicks the search control, the controller receives a search instruction input by the user to display a search interface.
In the process of data interaction with the display device, a user can operate the display device through the mobile terminal or the remote controller. The mobile terminal or the remote controller can communicate with the display device in a direct wireless connection mode or in a non-direct connection mode. That is, in some embodiments, the mobile terminal and the remote controller may communicate with the display device via direct connection, such as bluetooth, infrared, and the like. When the control instruction is sent, the mobile terminal and the remote controller can directly send the control instruction data to the display device through Bluetooth or infrared. For example, the control instruction in the present application is a search instruction, and a user may input the search instruction in the manner shown in this embodiment.
In other embodiments, the mobile terminal or the remote controller may also access the same wireless network as the display device through the wireless router to establish indirect connection communication with the display device through the wireless network. When the control instruction is sent, the mobile terminal or the remote controller can send the control instruction data to the wireless router first, and then the control instruction data is forwarded to the display device through the wireless router.
FIG. 7 illustrates a display device search interface diagram according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, the display device search interface includes a search bar, an input area, an associated content area; the user may operate the display device through the control means or smart device to click on the full keyboard/T9 keyboard at the input area to enter pinyin, text, english, or initials in the search bar to search for media assets; the associated content area associates according to the content input in the search bar, for example, the user wants to search for "suddenly certain"; therefore, the initial "TM" of "pop-up" is typed in the search bar, and the associated content area displays the associated content according to "TM", such as "pop-up", "listen to a certain utterance", "someday", "first word D", "escape a certain rabbit", "jump a certain video", "jump a certain child", "someday", "certain action of day", and so on, which are played with the initial "TM". The user can click on the assets searched by his/her subjective intention in the associated content area to view the assets.
It should be noted that the viewing interest of the user to the media assets searched by the subjective intention is far stronger than the viewing interest of the media assets recommended by the random browsing.
Step S602, responding to the searching instruction, and acquiring a full-amount log of the media assets.
In some embodiments, the asset total log is used for recording various data operations and use conditions of the user on the display device, and the asset total log is used for recording a user ID, an asset name, asset playing times, asset playing duration, asset playing type and the like. The full media asset log comprises: media resource searching log and media resource playing log; the media asset searching log is used for recording the logs of the media assets searched by the user; the media asset playing log is used for recording the playing media assets of the user. In a specific implementation, for example, taking the funding during 1/2022 to 1/5/2022 as an example, the user "123" is, at 1/8/2022: 00 click 'shou' from the recommended content area of the global interface to watch the first set of 'shou' with the playing time of the media assets being 0: 00-0: 55; the playing behavior is recorded in a media asset playing log; user "123" in 2022, 1 month, 2 days 8: 00 searching and watching the second set of 'one hit' through the search interface, wherein the playing time of the media asset is 0: 00-0: 15; at this time, the search behavior is recorded in the media asset search log, and the media asset play behavior is recorded in the media asset play log.
It should be noted that the full amount of assets log may store the log within a preset time period, for example, the preset time period is set to 30 days, and then the full amount of assets log may store all the historical search logs and all the historical play logs within 30 days. The preset time period in the present application can be set according to actual use conditions, and is not limited to setting the preset time period to 30 days.
FIG. 8 is a flow diagram illustrating a process for obtaining a full-volume journal of assets, according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 8, in the process of obtaining the full-volume journal of the media asset, the display device includes a journal reporting system and a journal storage system; when the controller receives a search instruction or a play instruction sent by a user, the controller reports the formed medium asset search log and the medium asset play log to a log storage system (such as a data warehouse tool (hive)) through a log reporting system (such as a high-throughput distributed publish-subscribe message system (kafka)); and the controller acquires the full-amount log of the media assets from the log storage system. Wherein a high-throughput distributed publish-subscribe messaging system can handle all action flow data that a user operates in a display device, which data is typically addressed by handling logs and log aggregations due to throughput requirements; the data warehouse tool can be used for data extraction, transformation and loading, and can store, inquire and analyze large-scale data.
Step S603, determining a first play log and a second play log according to the medium asset total log; the first play log is a log of a user playing media assets after searching; the second play log is a log of the media assets played by the user without searching;
the controller performs the step of determining a first play log and a second play log from the full volume of assets log, and is further configured to:
acquiring a media resource search log;
determining a first play log according to the media asset search log;
and determining the logs except the first play log in the media asset play logs as a second play log.
It should be noted that the first play log and the second play log are both part of the media asset play log; wherein the media asset content in the first play log corresponds to the media asset search log. For example, taking the medium during 1/2022 to 1/5/2022 as an example, user "123" is at 8: 00 search for "TM" in the search interface; and selecting the 'suddenly-pointed' which the user subjectively wants to play according to the association content of the 'TM' for playing. Wherein, the searching behavior of the user searching TM is recorded in the media resource searching log; recording the playing behavior of playing 'suddenly a certain' by the user in a first playing log; the media assets played without the user search may be watched by the user through the home page recommendation by clicking randomly, and the playing behavior of the media assets is recorded in the second play log.
It should be noted that the first play log and the second play log have no obvious region division of system configuration in the media asset play log; in the specific acquisition process, the media asset play logs are screened according to the corresponding relation between the media asset search logs and the first play log.
Step S604, determining target preference media resources according to first preference of the first media resources in the first play log and second preference corresponding to the first media resources in the second play log; wherein, the first media asset is the media asset played by the user after searching; the first preference is a numerical value used for representing the subjective preference of the user; the second preference is a numerical value used for representing the passive preference of the user;
in some embodiments, the controller performs the step of determining the target preferred asset from the first play log and the second play log, and is further configured to perform steps S901-S904 as shown in fig. 9;
step S901, acquiring a first preference of a first media asset from a first play log;
preference is a rational and inclined choice made by a user when considering goods and services, and is a comprehensive result of cognitive, psychological and rational economic tradeoffs of the user. The user can assist in selecting relevant decisions by preference. The degree of preference of the user to select relevant decisions may be approximated by a numerical value. Taking the media assets selected by the user for watching as an example, the media assets played by the user after searching can be regarded as the media assets selected by the subjective preference of the user, and the media assets played by the user through the first page recommendation click can be regarded as the media assets selected by the passive preference of the user, namely the watching desire of the user on the media assets is not strong with the media assets selected by the subjective preference.
In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of obtaining the first preference of the first asset from the first play log, further configured to:
acquiring a forward incentive value of a first medium asset, the watching times of the first medium asset in a preset time period, the duration of watching the first medium asset every time in the preset time period and the total duration of watching the first medium asset in the preset time period from a first play log;
calculating a first preference of the first medium asset according to a forward excitation value of the first medium asset, the watching times of the first medium asset in a preset time period, the time length of watching the first medium asset every time in the preset time period and the total time length of watching the first medium asset in the preset time period; the formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0003485784020000081
wherein A represents a first asset; p is a radical ofs(A) Representing a first preference of a first asset; a (a > 1) represents a forward incentive value for the first asset; n represents the watching times of the first media asset in a preset time period; t (i) represents the time length of the ith viewing of the first media asset in a preset time period; and T (i) represents the total time length of the ith viewed first medium asset in a preset time period.
It should be noted that, the step of obtaining the first preference of the first asset from the first play log is used to numerically evaluate the subjective preference degree of the user for the assets played by the user after the search, and therefore, the step of obtaining the first preference of the first asset from the first play log is not limited to calculating the first preference by a formula shown in the above embodiment; the first preference may also be calculated in a number of ways, such as a preference mining algorithm, a preference matrix, etc.
In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of obtaining the first preference of the first asset from the first play log, and may further adopt a preference mining algorithm by:
acquiring the access times and the access frequency of the first media asset and the weighted value of the access flow in the first play log from the first play log;
comparing the access times, the access frequency and the access flow with the weight values preset by each index;
and if the weight value of at least one index is larger than the corresponding preset weight value, acquiring a first preference of the first medium resource according to the weight value of each index. In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of obtaining the first preference of the first asset from the first play log, and may further adopt a preference matrix by:
establishing a preference matrix according to the access times, the access frequency and the weighted value of the access flow of the first media asset in the first play log;
and acquiring a first preference of the first media asset according to the preference matrix.
In the above embodiment, the setting of the index may be set according to actual conditions, and the number of set indices may be changed to take account of the accuracy and simplicity of calculation.
Fig. 10 illustrates a first play log diagram according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 10, taking the medium resources from 1/2022 to 1/30/2022 as an example, the first play log includes: user "123" in 2022, 1 month, 1 day 8: 00 playing the first set of 'suddenly playing' for 15 minutes; user "123" in 2022, 1 month, 2 days 8: 00 playing the second set of 'suddenly playing' for 15 minutes; user "456" at 1 month, 3 days, 8 in 2022: 00 playing a first set of 'a certain day' for 15 minutes; user "456" at 1 month, 4 days, 8 in 2022: 00 playing a second set of 'someday' with a playing time of 15 minutes … …, and sequentially obtaining first playing logs within 30 days.
It should be noted that, in the process of obtaining the user preference, a small amount of data cannot achieve a good calculation result; a better calculation result can be obtained by counting data within a certain time period, for example, a preset time period may be set to 30 days to obtain a first play log within 30 days for calculating user preferences. The preset time period includes, but is not limited to, being set to 30 days, and the preset time period can be set according to actual conditions when the system memory of the display device allows.
Meanwhile, in the process of acquiring the user preference, the controller can screen the first play log according to a plurality of indexes such as the user ID, the media asset play date and the like. For example, the controller may obtain the user preference of the user "123" or the user preference of the user "456" according to the difference of the user IDs; and different media assets can be recommended to different users on the same display equipment according to user preferences.
It should be noted that the first play log includes at least one first media asset; the controller can obtain the first preference of each first medium resource for calculation; the controller can simultaneously calculate the first preference of at least one first medium asset under the condition that the system consumption allows, and can also calculate the first preference of the first medium asset played recently according to the time sequence. For example, the first play log includes a play log of "hit" and a play log of "hit in the day"; under the condition that the system consumption allows, the playing logs of two media resources can be simultaneously obtained, and two first preferences can be simultaneously calculated; under the condition that the system is not allowed to consume, if the 'outburst' is the media asset played recently, the first preference of the 'outburst' is calculated firstly; the first preference for "someday" is then calculated.
In the above embodiment, the first medium asset is taken as "outburst certain" as an example; setting a forward incentive value of the first asset to be 2; the number of "pop" views within 30 days was 20; wherein, the duration of watching the media assets from the 1 st time to the 20 th time is respectively as follows: 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, … …, 20 minutes; the time length of the first set of 'outburst' is 45 minutes, and the time length of the second set of 'outburst' is 42 minutes; then when the first asset viewed for the first time is a first set of 'pop' assets, the total duration of the corresponding first asset is 45 minutes. And after the corresponding data meeting the formula in the first play log is acquired, the first preference of the first media asset can be acquired according to the formula.
Step S902, obtaining a second preference corresponding to the first media asset from a second play log;
it should be noted that not only the media assets played by the user through the home page recommendation click can be regarded as the media assets selected by the user in a passive preference manner; the media assets played by the user through the playing modes of history record, collection page, user home page waterfall flow, user detail page jump and the like can also be regarded as media assets selected by the user in a passive preference mode.
In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of retrieving a second preference corresponding to the first asset from a second play log, further configured to:
acquiring the time length for watching the first media assets and the total time length of the first media assets from the second play log;
and determining the ratio of the time length for watching the first medium asset to the total time length of the first medium asset as the second preference.
In some embodiments, for example, the media assets during the period from 1/2022 to 30/1/2022, the second play log comprises: user "123" in 2022, 1 month, 1 day 12: 00 playing the first set of 'suddenly playing' for 20 minutes; user "123" 12 at 1 month 2 day 2022: 00 playing the second set of 'suddenly playing' for 20 minutes; … …, respectively; wherein the time length of the first set of 'one-touch' is 45 minutes, and the time length of the second set of 'one-touch' is 42 minutes; … …, respectively; the duration of viewing the first asset is 20+20+ … …; the total duration of the first medium resource is as follows: 45+42+ … …; and determining the ratio of the time length for watching the first medium asset to the total time length of the first medium asset as the second preference.
It should be noted that the step of obtaining the second preference of the first asset from the second play log is used to numerically evaluate the passive preference degree of the user for the assets played by the user without searching, and therefore, the step of obtaining the second preference of the first asset from the second play log is not limited to determining the second preference by calculating the ratio of the time length for viewing the first asset to the total time length of the first asset shown in the above embodiment, and a preference mining algorithm and a preference matrix used for calculating the first preference may also be used. And step S903, calculating a third preference of the first media asset according to the first preference and the second preference, wherein the third preference is used for representing the overall preference of the user.
In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of calculating a third preference for the first asset based on the first preference and the second preference, and is further configured to:
obtaining a first product of the first preference and the subjective weight and a second product of the second preference and the passive weight;
determining a sum of the first product and the second product as a third preference of the first asset;
in a specific implementation, the above embodiment is expressed in a formula form as:
p(A)=ps(A)*ps+pt(A)*pt
wherein p (A) represents a third preference for the first asset; p is a radical ofs(A) Representing a first preference of a first asset; p is a radical oft(A) A second preference representing the first asset; p is a radical ofsRepresenting subjective weights; p is a radical oftRepresenting passive weights.
It should be noted that, the sum of the subjective weight and the passive weight is 1, and the subjective weight is a product of a ratio of the number of times of viewing the first asset in the preset time period in the first play log to the total number of times of viewing the first asset in the asset play log and a first constant.
In some embodiments, the subjective weight is calculated in a formula as:
Figure BDA0003485784020000111
wherein p issRepresenting subjective weights; m represents a first constant, the default value of the numerical value of m is 1, and the numerical value can be set according to actual conditions in specific implementation.
For example, take the medium resources from 1/2022 to 1/30/2022 as an exampleThe watching times of the first media assets in the first play log within a preset time period are 15; the total watching times of the first media assets in the media asset playing log are 30; the value of m is set to 1; at this time, p s1/2; since the sum of the subjective weight and the passive weight is 1, p is the same as the sum of the subjective weight and the passive weight t1/2; it should be noted that m is used to adjust the magnitude of the subjective weight.
It should be noted that, a third preference of the first asset is calculated according to the first preference and the second preference, and the third preference is used for numerically evaluating the overall preference degree of the user on the first asset played by the user; the overall preference degree is obtained by integrating the first preference and the second preference of the first asset, and therefore, the step of calculating the third preference of the first asset according to the first preference and the second preference is not limited to the manner shown in the formula of the above embodiment, and other algorithms can be used to integrate the first preference and the second preference to obtain the value of the third preference. And step S904, when the third preference is within the first threshold value range, determining the first asset as the target preference asset according to the third preference.
In some embodiments, when the third preference of the first media asset is obtained, the overall preference degree of the user for the first media asset may be determined, and the first media asset is determined as the target preference media asset. In a specific implementation, since the first play log includes at least one first asset, the first asset includes: the third preference of "outburst" is 10, which can be obtained through the calculation in the above embodiments; a third preference for "someday" is 5; a third preference for "Tiantu" is 1; when the third preference is within the first threshold, the controller determines the target preference asset according to a preference level of the third preference. For example, if the first threshold is greater than 6, only "one" is regarded as the target preference asset, and the numerical value of the third preference listed in this embodiment is only used to illustrate the preference degree when it needs to be described, and is not an actual numerical value. Step S605, the target preference media asset and the associated preference media asset of the target preference media asset are determined as target recommendation media assets.
In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of determining the target preference asset and the associated preference asset of the target preference asset as the target recommendation asset, and is further configured to perform steps S1101-S1104 as shown in fig. 11;
step S1101, acquiring a second medium resource; the second media asset is provided by a media asset provider;
step S1102, calculating the similarity degree of the second media asset and the target preference media asset;
in some embodiments, the controller performs the step of calculating a degree of similarity of the second asset to the target preferred asset, further configured to:
acquiring a first label vector of a target preference medium resource and a second label vector of a second medium resource;
calculating the similarity degree of the second media assets and the target preference media assets according to the first label vector and the second label vector; the formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0003485784020000112
wherein A represents a target preference asset; b represents a second medium asset; sim (A, B) represents the degree of similarity of the second asset to the target preference asset;
Figure BDA0003485784020000113
representing a first tag vector;
Figure BDA0003485784020000114
representing a second tag vector.
Labels are often arranged in the existing media asset application to indicate the characteristics of media assets; the media asset tag can be used for indicating the type of the media asset, the showing time of the media asset, the cast of the media asset actors, the media asset provider and the like; for example, the label of video "pop a" may include: "City", "showing in 2021", "Yan a", "love an art". The label vector is a feature vector, and the specific statistical method comprises the following steps: extracting all media assets containing the label in the Internet; performing word segmentation, feature word extraction and word frequency statistics on the extracted media assets; and performing related sequencing on the characteristic words, and taking a certain number of words as label vectors. The number of the word extraction can be set according to requirements. Further, a tag vector may be understood as a vector corresponding to a specific value, and the specific content of the value may be specified by a user.
For example, taking the target preference medium as "pop certain", the feature vector of the label "Yan certain" may be a first label vector; taking the associated preference media as "wulin certain pass" as an example, the label also includes "Yan certain", and the feature vector of the label "Yan certain" may be a second label vector. And when the target preference media asset and the associated preference media asset only comprise one tag vector, the similarity degree of the target preference media asset and the associated preference media asset is 1. However, in order to ensure the accuracy of the discrimination, a plurality of labels are often arranged in the medium resources; namely, the target preference asset comprises at least one first tag vector; the associated preference asset includes at least one tag vector. In the process of calculating the similarity degree, the similarity degree needs to be calculated by combining a plurality of label vectors.
Step S1103, judging whether the similarity degree is within a second threshold range; if the similarity degree is within the range of a second threshold value, determining the second media asset as the associated preference media asset;
if the degree of similarity is not within the second threshold, the second asset is not the associated preference asset.
After the target preference media assets of the user are determined, indicating that the user is interested in the media assets of the type; therefore, the associated preference assets with a certain similarity degree to the type of assets can be recommended to the user; the similarity degree of the target preference media assets and the associated preference media assets can be judged numerically; in the specific implementation, taking the determined target preference media asset as 'one outburst', if the similarity degree between the 'one name of people' and the 'one outburst' of the associated preference media asset is 0.8; the similarity degree of "somebody a day" and "outburst" is 0.1; the similarity degree of "Tian-somewhat" and "Ju-somewhat" is 0.2; setting the second threshold to be greater than 0.75; then only the associated preference asset "on behalf of people" is "outburst". The second threshold value can be set according to the recommended actual condition according to the recommended quantity.
In some embodiments, the controller performs the step of determining the target preferred asset and the associated preferred asset of the target preferred asset as the target recommended asset, and is further configured to:
when the second media asset is determined to be the associated preference media asset, acquiring a fourth preference of the second media asset according to the similarity degree; the fourth preference obtaining method comprises the following steps:
Figure BDA0003485784020000121
wherein p (B) is a fourth preference for the second asset; p (A) a third preference for the first asset; sim (a, B) is the similarity degree of the first asset and the second asset (i.e. the similarity degree of the associated preference assets of the target preference asset and the target preference asset); q is all the media assets in the media asset play log;
and determining the target preference media assets and the associated preference media assets of the target preference media assets as target recommendation media assets according to the third preference and the fourth preference.
FIG. 12 illustrates a schematic diagram of a media asset recommendation interface in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 12, the conventional media asset recommendation interface includes: a fine recommendation area 1, a historical recommendation area 2, and other recommendation areas 3; wherein, the carefully-selected recommendation area 1 is the media assets screened out according to the comprehensive factors such as showing time, browsing amount and the like; the historical recommendation area 2 is an area for recommending media assets watched according to the history of the user, and the other recommendation areas 3 are areas for recommending the media assets according to the media asset classification. For example, the carefully chosen recommendation area 1 shows the latest movie "a certain and god light" and the historical recommendation area 2 shows the "a certain" viewed in history; other recommendation area 3 shows "some dragon"; the existing display mode may not be enough to fit the subjective interest of the user. A
In some embodiments, the target preference media assets and the associated preference media assets need to be distributed according to different scenes, and after the target preference media assets and the associated preference media assets are determined according to the method disclosed by the application, a media asset recommendation interface shown in fig. 12 can be optimized, so that the media assets recommended by the media asset recommendation interface are more suitable for the interests of the user; if the 'outburst' is determined to be the target preference asset when the 'outburst' is displayed in the historical recommendation area 2, the associated preference asset 'a certain name of people' can be displayed in the fine recommendation area 1 to improve the viewing interest of the user, and in some embodiments, the application also shows a recommendation method for the assets, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a full-amount log of the media assets;
determining a first play log and a second play log according to the full-volume log of the media assets; the first play log is a log of the media assets played by the user through searching; the second play log is a log of the media assets played by the user without searching;
determining target preference media assets according to the first play log and the second play log;
and determining the target preference media asset and the associated preference media asset of the target preference media asset as the target recommendation media asset.
