the punishment module III is used for extracting the rights and interests usage record of the member rights and interests sharee if the member rights and interests sharee performing rights and interests transfer again in a preset time interval, and performing rights and interests long-time suspension processing on the member rights and interests obtained by the member rights and interests sharee through sharing and performing rights and interests transfer if the member rights and interests usage times of the member rights and interests sharee do not exceed a first rights and interests usage index; and unless the member rights and interests are registered as member users by the sharers, the rights and interests of the corresponding members are not recovered in a sharing mode.
