Abstract
本发明涉及一种在应用一夹紧玻璃板(2)的夹紧配件(4)和一有限范围空间铰接地支承在夹紧配件(4)上的支架(5)的情况下将玻璃板固定在墙壁(3)等等上的固定装置。本发明针对,支架(5)具有一有两条臂(8)的连接桥(6),它可借助于一中间的固定轴头(7)固定在夹紧配件(4)上,其中在连接桥(6)的外自由端(9)上设有用来分别连接补偿轴(11,11’)的可锁紧的连接铰链(10),补偿轴在其背向连接桥(6)的末端(12)上通过一可锁紧的铰链(13)与一用来固定在墙壁(3)等等上的转接器(14)连接。
Description
本发明涉及一种在应用一夹紧玻璃板的夹紧配件和一在有限范围内空间铰接地支承在夹紧配件上的支架的情况下将玻璃板固定的墙壁,建筑物一侧的基础结构等等上的固定装置。
专利申请者的一个还不属于现有技术的较早的专利申请(DE19915193.8)涉及一种夹紧配件,一锁紧罩以可调的预紧力支承在其内侧的夹紧元件上,其中在锁紧罩和内侧的夹紧元件之间设有一持久弹性的弹性环节,它允许锁紧罩相对于夹紧元件相对运动。此持久弹性的弹性环节实际上构成夹紧配件和连接在夹紧配件上的建筑物一侧的支架之间的有限范围空间铰接的连接。这里持久弹性的弹性环节用来平衡传入玻璃板的应力,并可以例如做成弹性垫。
在开头所述这种类型的固定装置中希望,夹紧玻璃板的夹紧配件、墙壁、基础结构或另一块玻璃板之间的连接这样形成,使得待相互连接的构件可以相互无应力地补偿其制造误差。特别是在玻璃板与墙壁或基础结构连接时是这样。这里可能要求,夹紧玻璃板的夹紧配件或所谓的点状支架通过一支架与墙壁或基础结构等等连接,它使得此支架可以多重支承在墙上或基础结构上。
为解决这一任务,按本发明提供了这样一种在应用一夹紧玻璃板的夹紧配件和一有限范围空间铰接地支承在夹紧配件上的支架的情况下将玻璃板固定在墙壁、建筑物一侧的基础结构等等上的固定装置,其特征在于,支架具有一双臂的可借助于中间的固定轴头固定在夹紧配件上的连接桥,在其外自由端上设有用来分别连接一补偿轴的可锁紧的连接铰链,补偿轴在其背向连接桥的末端上通过一可锁紧的铰链与一用来固定在墙壁、基础结构上的转接器连接。
通过上述连接桥传入支承玻璃板的夹紧配件的力传递到两个补偿轴上,它们在其自由端处通过相应的转接器例如固定在墙上或其他任意结构上。因为在补偿轴两个自由端处设有可锁紧的铰链,一方面可以在考虑建筑误差的情况下使两个转接器中的任何一个无可挑剔地连接,另一方面通过铰链的可锁紧性存在在安装后完全锁紧支架的可能性。
在连接桥的臂的外自由端处形成一铰链叉,而在补偿轴的相对的自由端上设置铰链板,证明是优良的,其中铰链板最好相互错开90°设置。当然,例如在运动学方面倒过来可以在补偿轴上设置铰链叉,在连接桥或转接器上设置相应的铰链板。
为了锁紧上述铰链连接桥的铰链叉和补偿轴的铰链板以及转接器的铰链叉具有用来安装夹紧螺钉的同心孔。
用按本发明的结构的上述支架显然可以,例如将一个转接器连接在一垂直分布的墙上,第二个连接器连接在与所述墙垂直分布的天花板上。上述结构的铰链允许这样地安装。
在另一种结构中连接桥的臂和可固定在夹紧配件上的固定轴头做成一体,也就是说这些构件形成一刚性的T形零件。
连接桥的固定轴头在夹紧配件内的固定借助于一包围夹紧配件的锁紧罩的锁紧螺母进行。锁紧螺母、固定轴头和补偿轴在其外壳面上具有扳手平面,通过这些扳手平面各构件在安装时,在铰链锁紧和固定轴头固定在锁紧罩和锁紧螺母之间之前,可以旋转到其要求的位置上,以适应建筑误差。其中在本发明的另一种结构中铰链板可旋转地安装在补偿轴内。
结果按本发明推荐一种固定玻璃板的装置,其支架具有两个支承点或连接点,其中支架的构件可以这样地调整并且在调整后可以锁紧,使它们不仅可以适应特别大的建筑误差,而且可以连接在例如基础结构的相互成一个角度的构件上。
下面借助于实施例对本发明作较详细的说明。

总体以1表示的固定装置具有一用来夹紧玻璃板2的夹紧配件4(图2和3)。原则上夹紧配件4可以任意制造,但是它应该可以有限范围空间铰接地连接总体以5表示的支架。支架5以一固定轴头7嵌入夹紧配件4内,其中固定轴头7固定在夹紧配件4上锁紧罩20和锁紧螺母21之间。连接桥6与固定轴头7做成一体。在连接桥6的臂8的自由端上设有一可锁紧的连接铰链10,它们做成铰链叉15。两个补偿轴11,11’的铰链板17嵌入这些铰链叉15内。在补偿轴11,11’的背向连接桥6的一端12上同样设有可锁紧的铰链13,它们分别由一构成转接器14组成部分的铰链叉29和补偿轴11,11’的铰链板17组成。设置在补偿轴11,11’自由端12、16上的铰链板可以将铰链结构在运动学方面颠倒过来用铰链叉代替。连接铰链的锁紧通过穿过同心孔18的夹紧螺钉19进行。
其次由附图可以看出,锁紧螺母在其外壳面22上有一扳手平面24,而在固定轴头7的外壳面23上设有扳手平面25,在补偿轴11,11’的外壳面26’上有一扳手平面27。扳手平面24,25,27用于安装时或将固定轴头夹紧在锁紧罩20和锁紧螺母21之间时调整支架5。
可固定在墙壁3等等上的转接器14由两个可相互旋转的构件组成,其相互位置可通过内六角螺钉28固定。

Claims (11)
1.在应用一夹紧玻璃板(2)的夹紧配件(4)和一有限范围空间铰接地支承在夹紧配件(4)上的支架(5)的情况下将玻璃板(2)固定在墙壁(3)、建筑物一侧的基础结构等等上的固定装置,其特征在于,支架(5)具有一双臂的可借助于中间的固定轴头(7)固定在夹紧配件(4)上的连接桥(6),在其外自由端(9)上设有用来分别连接一补偿轴(11,11’)的可锁紧的连接铰链(10),补偿轴在其背向连接桥(6)的末端(12)上通过一可锁紧的铰链(13)与一用来固定在墙壁(3)、基础结构上的转接器连接。
2.按权利要求1的固定装置,其特征在于:连接桥(6)的臂(8)的外自由端(9)处做成铰链叉(15)。
3.按权利要求1的固定装置,其特征在于:在补偿轴(11,11’)的相对的自由端(12,16)处设有铰链板(17)。
4.按权利要求3的固定装置,其特征在于:铰链板(17)相互错开90°设置。
5.按权利要求1至4之任一项的固定装置,其特征在于:连接桥(6)的铰链叉(15)和补偿轴(11,11’)的铰链板(17)具有用来安装夹紧螺钉(19)的同心孔(18)。
6.按权利要求1至4之任一项的固定装置,其特征在于:连接桥(6)的臂(8)和可固定在夹紧配件(4)上的固定轴头(7)做成一体。
7.按权利要求1至4之任一项的固定装置,其特征在于:连接桥(6)的固定轴头(7)可借助于一包围夹紧配件(4)的锁紧罩(20)的锁紧螺母(21)固定在夹紧配件(4)上。
8.按权利要求7的固定装置,其特征在于:锁紧螺母(21)和固定轴头(7)在其外壳面(22,23)上具有扳手平面(24,25)。
9.按权利要求1至4之任一项的固定装置,其特征在于:补偿轴(11,11’)在其外壳面(26)上具有扳手平面(27)。
10.按权利要求1至4之任一项的固定装置,其特征在于:铰链板(17)可旋转地安装在补偿轴(11,11’)内。
11.按权利要求1至4之任一项的固定装置,其特征在于:转接器(14)的铰链接头做成铰链叉(29)。
