selecting a corresponding inner detection tool 1 and a corresponding outer detection tool 2 according to the structure and the size of the special-shaped target to be detected, wherein the inner detection tool 1 and the outer detection tool 2 are made of aluminum alloy and are the same as the special-shaped target; before the inner gauge 1 and the outer gauge 2 are used, polishing and washing treatment are firstly carried out;
placing the inner detection tool 1 in the special-shaped target, clamping a convex part of the inner detection tool 1 on the edge of the special-shaped target, observing the fit condition of the edge of a main body part 11 of the inner detection tool 1 and the inner wall of the special-shaped target, wherein the size of a gap between the two parts reaches 0.25mm, and needing to be re-processed until the internal dimension of the special-shaped target meets the requirement;
the method comprises the steps of sleeving an outer detection tool 2 outside a special-shaped target, wherein the outer detection tool 2 is arranged in the vertical direction and is overlapped with the longitudinal section of the special-shaped target passing through a central shaft, observing the attaching condition of the edge of a groove of the outer detection tool 2 and the outer wall of the special-shaped target, wherein the size of a gap between the edge of the groove of the outer detection tool and the outer wall of the special-shaped target is not more than 0.2mm, detecting the sizes of twelve uniformly distributed outer longitudinal sections in the special-shaped target by adopting the same method, and confirming that the outer size of the special-shaped target meets the requirement.
The detection tool is matched with the inner structure and the outer structure of the special-shaped target material through the design of the independent structures of the inner detection tool and the outer detection tool, so that the size of the target material can be detected, whether the size of the special-shaped target material is accurate or not can be intuitively obtained, the detection speed is high, the efficiency is high, and the detection time can be shortened by more than 1h compared with that of a traditional three-coordinate measuring machine during detection; the detection tool is simple in structure, the detection method is simple and convenient to operate, and the cost is low.

A detection tool for detecting the size of a special-shaped target is characterized in that the whole special-shaped target is pot-shaped, the detection tool is plate-shaped and comprises an inner detection tool and an outer detection tool, the shape of the inner detection tool is matched with that of the inner longitudinal section of the special-shaped target, the outer detection tool is a plate-shaped structural member with a groove formed in one side opening, and the shape of the groove in the outer detection tool is matched with that of the outer longitudinal section of the special-shaped target; the inner detection tool and the outer detection tool are independently arranged, and the size of the inner detection tool is smaller than that of a groove in the outer detection tool.

The testing fixture of claim 1, wherein the cross section of the special-shaped target material is circular, and the longitudinal section passing through the central shaft sequentially comprises a side surface straight line section, an arc-shaped connecting section and a bottom surface arc-shaped section from the opening downwards;
preferably, the opening of the special-shaped target material extends outwards to form a rim.
3. The detection tool according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the detection tool is made of stainless steel, preferably the same material as the special-shaped target material;
preferably, the thickness of the inner detection tool and the thickness of the outer detection tool are 0.5-1.5 mm independently.

The detection tool according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the inner detection tool is vertically arranged inside the special-shaped target material, and the inner detection tool is overlapped with a longitudinal section of the special-shaped target material passing through a central shaft;
preferably, the outer detection tool is sleeved on the outer side of the special-shaped target along the vertical direction, and the longitudinal section of the outer detection tool and the longitudinal section of the special-shaped target passing through the central shaft are overlapped.

The detection tool according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the inner detection tool comprises a main body part and a clamping part, one end of the main body part is arranged in the special-shaped target material for detecting the inner dimension, and the clamping part is a protruding part extending from the other end of the main body part to two sides;
preferably, a clamping groove is formed in the part, close to the inner side, of the protruding portion, and when the inner detection tool is arranged inside the special-shaped target, the clamping groove is clamped with the edge of the special-shaped target to fix the inner detection tool.
6. The gauge according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the outer gauge is a regular quadrilateral structural member with a groove region dug from one side;
preferably, the regular quadrilateral comprises a rectangle;
preferably, the area of the groove area accounts for 80-90% of the area of the regular quadrangle.
7. A method for detecting the size of a special-shaped target by using the detection tool of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
selecting a corresponding inner detection tool and a corresponding outer detection tool according to the structure and the size of the special-shaped target to be detected;
placing the internal detection tool inside the special-shaped target material, and observing and detecting the internal size of the special-shaped target material; and sleeving an external detection tool outside the special-shaped target, and observing and detecting the external size of the special-shaped target.
8. The method according to claim 7, characterized in that the inner gauge and the outer gauge are made of stainless steel, preferably the same material as the special-shaped target material;
preferably, before the inner gauge and the outer gauge are used, polishing and washing treatment are firstly carried out.
9. The method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the detection order of the inner size and the outer size of the special-shaped target material is not sequential;
preferably, when the inner detection tool is arranged in the special-shaped target, the convex part of the inner detection tool is clamped on the edge of the special-shaped target, and the attaching condition of the edge of the main body part of the inner detection tool and the inner wall of the special-shaped target is observed;
preferably, whether the inner dimension of the special-shaped target is proper or not is judged according to the size of a gap between the edge of the main body part of the inner detection tool and the inner wall of the special-shaped target;
preferably, when the gap is larger than 0.2mm, the special-shaped target material needs to be machined again;
preferably, the inner detection tool is used for detecting the sizes of a plurality of inner longitudinal sections in the special-shaped target material.

The method according to any one of claims 7 to 9, characterized in that when the outer detection tool is sleeved outside the special-shaped target, the outer detection tool is arranged in the vertical direction and is overlapped with the longitudinal section of the special-shaped target passing through the central shaft, and the fitting condition of the edge of the groove of the outer detection tool and the outer wall of the special-shaped target is observed;
preferably, whether the external dimension of the special-shaped target is proper or not is judged according to the size of a gap between the edge of the groove of the external detection tool and the outer wall of the special-shaped target;
preferably, when the gap is larger than 0.2mm, the special-shaped target material needs to be machined again;
preferably, the external detection tool is adopted to detect the sizes of a plurality of external longitudinal sections in the special-shaped target material.
