本发明提供了一种自散热路灯,涉及路灯照明设备技术领域。该自散热路灯包括灯柱,灯柱侧面开有多个孔洞;灯柱上端安装有灯罩;灯罩内部安装有LED灯泡;LED灯泡下方安装有散热格栅;散热格栅下方安装有风扇。该自散热路灯在LED灯泡下方安装了散热格栅与风扇组成的散热系统,同时灯柱下部的孔洞对散热起到辅助作用,促进灯柱内的空气循环。

本发明属于路灯照明设备技术领域,具体涉及一种自散热路灯。
背景技术
随着照明技术的不断发展,传统的白炽灯泡因其能耗大,发光效率低而逐渐被淘汰,而现有使用较多的荧光灯泡虽然发光效率较高,但实际使用寿命较短。因此发光效率高、能耗低且使用寿命极长的LED灯泡逐渐成为了现有灯泡中最受欢迎的种类。不过由于LED灯泡的发光体体积较小,散热面积有限,因此其在使用过程中的温度很高,常常会对其周边电路造成一定的影响,因此为了解决LED灯泡的散热问题,就需要对其结构进行改进。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种自散热路灯,包括灯柱,灯柱侧面开有多个孔洞;灯柱上端安装有灯罩;灯罩内部安装有LED灯泡;LED灯泡下方安装有散热格栅;散热格栅下方安装有风扇。
所述风扇为轴承静音风扇。
所述散热鳍片为铝制散热鳍片。
本发明的有益效果是:该自散热路灯采用了散热鳍片与风扇结合的散热系统,对LED灯泡的发光片底部进行不断鼓风,起到散热作用,同时灯柱上开有多个孔洞,使灯柱内部与外部空气更加流通,提升散热效果。

如图1,一种自散热路灯,包括灯柱6,灯柱6侧面开有多个孔洞5;灯柱6上端安装有灯罩2;灯罩2内部安装有LED灯泡1;LED灯泡1下方安装有散热格栅3;散热格栅3下方安装有风扇4。
具体的,所述风扇1为轴承静音风扇,工作时噪音小,能耗低,减少对周边环境的影响。所述散热鳍片3为铝制散热鳍片,密度低导热性好,成本低,降低设备的生产成本,提升散热效果。
本发明中的自散热路灯采用了散热鳍片与风扇结合的散热系统,对LED灯泡的发光片底部进行不断鼓风,起到散热作用,同时灯柱上开有多个孔洞,使灯柱内部与外部空气更加流通,提升散热效果。在路灯作为绿地景观路灯时,在温度较低的季节可以通过孔洞鼓出灯体内部的热空气,对周围环境起到一定的保温作用。
