背景技术
[0002] 以发光二极管(LED)为关键器件的半导体照明光源,展现出传统光源所不可比拟 的性能优势,是一种符合节能环保的绿色照明光源,已成为继白炽灯、荧光灯之后的又一次 质的飞跃。目前,小功率LED已广泛应用于移动通讯、城市景观照明、汽车指示灯、交通信号 灯、LCD背光源等多种照明领域,然而为了实现LED光源替代传统灯具从而开启庞大的室 内外普通照明市场,则须不断提高LED的输入电功率,以使其具备更高的发光亮度。对于瓦 级(彡1 W)大功率LED而言,目前的电光转换率只能达到10%-20%,剩余电能都将转换成热 量,使得LED结温(芯片有源区温度)大幅攀升而导致其工作性能退化,严重影响了灯具的 可靠性、稳定性、使用寿命等优势性能。
[0003] 传统的LED吸顶灯多采用小功率LED密集排列成面型矩阵光源。由于小功率LED 工作时的热流密度很低,因此散热结构的设计相对简单,且灯壳的选配及安装方式也往往 与荧光灯管吸顶灯基本相同。然而传统LED吸顶灯的发光亮度很低,使得流明成本过高,限 制了其市场开发的潜力。若单纯为了提升发光亮度而改换大功率LED,则原有的金属型材散 热的灯具结构及安装方式将无法促使热量的有效散发,从而导致芯片结温过高,不仅能显 著降低发光强度和荧光粉激射效率,造成电光转化效率低下、色温偏差和光衰迅速等突出 的光质问题,还能引起热应力的非均勻分布,加速芯片劣化,严重缩短器件寿命,过早出现 死灯,甚至使整个LED灯具提前失效。因此有效解决散热问题并最大限度地降低LED结温, 已经成为大功率LED灯具实现大规模产业化应用的先决条件。
实用新型内容

[0019] 如图2所示,首先将五颗LED 1排列直线形并焊接在PCB 2上,继而将PCB 2与热 管散热器的集热板3、4通过螺栓紧固,安装成一套大功率LED光源组件。其中,热管散热器 的管体5外观呈“U”型,其蒸发段与集热板3、4进行嵌套紧固,而冷凝段则采用过盈连接或焊接等方式,与一组散热翅片6的中部贯穿连接。
[0020] 在完成大功率LED光源组件之后,即可进行吸顶灯的装配工作,如图1所示。首先 在灯壳9内位于中部的镂空区域11安装相对应的LED光源组件12 ;其次在灯壳9内靠近 一侧的剩余区域安装驱动电源10,并与各LED光源组件12形成串、并电连接;随后将灯罩 7安装在灯壳9外的出光面上,覆盖所有镂空区域的LED光源组件12 ;接下来,通过位于中 部的安装孔把吸顶安装架14安装在屋顶上,并将灯壳盖板13通过其顶部的四个安装孔与 吸顶安装架14固定;最后,将灯壳9与灯壳盖板13通过侧面的安装孔盖合成一件完整的大 功率LED吸顶灯。由于灯壳9与盖板13的四个侧面和顶面均开设尽量大的通风孔8,并且 吸顶安装架14能使屋顶与灯体留有一定的距离,因此吸顶灯的内部和外部都能形成良好 的空气自然对流效果,从而很好的控制大功率LED的芯片结温,减少光衰,达到提高大功率 LED寿命的目的。
[0021] 如图3所示,灯壳9内的五个镂空区域沿宽度方向排成一列,且相互的中心间距与 LED光源组件12中各LED的中心间距相同,因此该套吸顶灯能形成正方形平面的出光造型。
[0022] 在灯壳内靠近一侧的剩余区域安装驱动电源,并与各LED光源组件形成电连接; 灯罩则安装在灯壳外的出光面上,覆盖所有镂空区域的LED光源组件;吸顶安装架能固定 在灯壳盖板的顶部四边,是负责将吸顶灯安装于屋顶的部件。
[0023] 灯罩选择透明、半透明或带有磨砂表面的塑料或玻璃等材料注模成型制作完成。
[0024] 吸顶安装架与屋顶直接接触并安装的区域位于中部,该部分与灯壳的盖板留有一 定距离,以方便形成良好的空气对流冷却。
