Abstract

本发明提供了一种LED散热结构,其包括LED发光板;散热底板,设置在所述LED发光板上;多个散热片,依次相间隔地在所述散热底板上围成一中空腔,所述中空腔的正上方具有一开口;锥形散热台,其底部设有垫脚,且所述锥形散热台中部设有贯通所述锥形散热台顶部和底部的通孔,所述锥形散热台嵌设在所述中空腔内,且所述锥形散热台侧面与所述中空腔的内壁之间形成第一缝隙,所述锥形散热台底部与所述中空腔底部形成第二缝隙,所述散热片顶部边缘、所述第一缝隙、所述第二缝隙及所述锥形散热台的通孔之间相互连通,本发明相比现有散热结构散热效率更高。

一种LED散热结构
技术领域
本发明涉及LED技术领域,特别是涉及一种LED散热结构。
背景技术
现有LED灯具中的散热结构往往都是依靠物理的散热组件来帮助散热,但是随着使用年限的增加,这种物理散热结构散热效果往往有限,且由于积尘或腐蚀等原因会导致散热效果下降。为此本发明提供了一种新型的散热结构。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种LED散热结构,用于解决现有LED灯具散热结构散热效率不佳的问题。
本发明提供一种LED散热结构,其包括LED发光板;散热底板,设置在所述LED发光板上;多个散热片,依次相间隔地在所述散热底板上围成一中空腔,所述中空腔的正上方具有一开口;锥形散热台,其底部设有垫脚,且所述锥形散热台中部设有贯通所述锥形散热台顶部和底部的通孔,所述锥形散热台嵌设在所述中空腔内,且所述锥形散热台侧面与所述中空腔的内壁之间形成第一缝隙,所述锥形散热台底部与所述中空腔底部形成第二缝隙,所述散热片顶部边缘、所述第一缝隙、所述第二缝隙及所述锥形散热台的通孔之间相互连通。
本发明通过多个散热片构建一个屋里散热结构,再通过一个锥形散热台与散热片之间构建一个散热通道,这样不仅可以增加散热效果,而且可以利于灯具外壳在雨天向通道内,进而理由LED的热量对其内存续的液体进行加热蒸发来进一步带走热量,从而增加散热效率。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种LED散热结构的原理示意图,如图所示,该LED散热结构包括LED发光板100;散热底板200,设置在所述LED发光板100上;多个散热片300,依次相间隔地在所述散热底板200上围成一中空腔400,所述中空腔400的正上方具有一开口410;锥形散热台500,其底部设有垫脚510,且所述锥形散热台500中部设有贯通所述锥形散热台顶部和底部的通孔520,所述锥形散热台嵌设在所述中空腔内,且所述锥形散热台侧面与所述中空腔的内壁之间形成第一缝隙B1,所述锥形散热台底部与所述中空腔底部形成第二缝隙B2,所述散热片顶部边缘、所述第一缝隙、所述第二缝隙及所述锥形散热台的通孔之间相互连通。
本发明通过多个散热片构建一个屋里散热结构,再通过一个锥形散热台与散热片之间构建一个散热通道,这样不仅可以增加散热效果,而且可以利于灯具外壳在雨天向通道(即所述散热片顶部边缘、所述第一缝隙、所述第二缝隙及所述锥形散热台的通孔之间相互连通形成的通道)内,进而理由LED的热量对其内存续的液体进行加热蒸发来进一步带走热量,从而增加散热效率。
在一实施例中,所述多个散热片的形状为三角形。这种结构一方面可以保证形成中空腔体,另一方面可以在顶部形成一个倾斜面,从而利于雨水流入构建的通道内。
在一实施例中,所述锥形散热台的通孔内设有蜂窝散热桶体600。这可以减缓通道内液体的蒸发速度,锁住水分,进而保证散热效果。
在一实施例中,所述锥形散热台可以为铜片或铝片,另外,所述散热底板可以为铜片或铝片。
综上所述,本发明特别适合在一些雨季较多的环境中进行应用,其散热效率比一般的物理散热结构要优秀很多。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

Claims (5)

1.一种LED散热结构,其特征在于,包括:
LED发光板;
散热底板,设置在所述LED发光板上;
多个散热片,依次相间隔地在所述散热底板上围成一中空腔,所述中空腔的正上方具有一开口;
锥形散热台,其底部设有垫脚,且所述锥形散热台中部设有贯通所述锥形散热台顶部和底部的通孔,所述锥形散热台嵌设在所述中空腔内,且所述锥形散热台侧面与所述中空腔的内壁之间形成第一缝隙,所述锥形散热台底部与所述中空腔底部形成第二缝隙,所述散热片顶部边缘、所述第一缝隙、所述第二缝隙及所述锥形散热台的通孔之间相互连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED散热结构,其特征在于:所述多个散热片的形状为三角形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED散热结构,其特征在于:所述锥形散热台的通孔内设有蜂窝散热桶体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED散热结构,其特征在于:所述锥形散热台为铜片或铝片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED散热结构,其特征在于:所述散热底板为铜片或铝片。
