技术领域
本发明属于液压元器件领域,具体涉及一种集成式蝶阀。
背景技术
矿用自卸车是指在露天矿山或大型土建工地等专用道路上,为完成岩石土方剥离与矿石运输任务而使用的,作短距离运输的一种专用载重车辆。广泛应用于各类露天矿山、水电工程、铁路和公路建设工程及大型建筑工程中。液压系统维修时可能需要将液压油箱的油排空,由于矿用自卸车液压油箱容积很大,大吨位的矿用自卸车液压油箱容积可以达到1000升以上,排空液压油箱耗时费力,有时排空再加注的时间比维修过程耗时还长,且液压油排空再加注的过程中液压油存在被污染的风险。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明提供一种集成式蝶阀,在进行维修前,先将液压油箱和与液压油箱连接的元件物理隔离(即断开液压油箱与液压系统的通路),方便液压系统维修,而不需要排空液压油箱的液压油。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种集成式蝶阀,该蝶阀包括阀体、阀板、旋转轴和手柄,所述阀体上设有贯穿阀体两端面的油口;所述旋转轴由阀体的侧面贯穿进阀体内,并穿过油口支撑在阀体的阀壁中;所述阀板置于油口内并与旋转轴连接;位于阀体外侧的旋转轴与手柄连接;所述手柄上设有磁感应开关上部,所述阀板的侧面设有与磁感应开关上部相感应的磁感应开关下部,磁感应开关下部与矿用自卸车控制器信号连接;所述阀体位于油口一侧的端面设有安装孔Ⅰ和安装孔Ⅱ;当阀板与油口的轴向中心线垂直时,蝶阀处于关闭状态。
进一步地,所述旋转轴斜向贯穿所述油口。
进一步地,所述阀板包括轴套以及与轴套一体化成型的阀芯板,阀芯板的外圆周上设有阀板密封,所述轴套斜向贯穿所述阀芯板,阀板通过轴套套装在旋转轴上,并与旋转轴活动连接。
进一步地,所述阀体的侧面还设有压板,所述旋转轴穿过压板后与手柄连接,并采用活动连接的锁紧销贯穿旋转轴和压板来限制旋转轴的运动。
进一步地,所述手柄包括柄杆和柄套,柄套的一端与旋转轴通过销钉Ⅰ连接,柄套的另一端设有槽口,所述磁感应开关上部置于槽口内,所述柄杆连接在柄套的槽口开口端部,且磁感应开关上部与柄杆间设有弹簧。
进一步地,所述安装孔Ⅰ为通孔,通过穿过安装孔Ⅰ的螺栓将蝶阀与油箱连接;所述安装孔Ⅱ为螺纹孔,液压软管通过螺栓与安装孔Ⅱ连接。
进一步地,所述磁感应开关下部通过德驰插头与矿用自卸车控制器信号连接。
本发明的有益效果是:1、在进行维修前,先将液压油箱和与液压油箱连接的元件物理隔离(即断开液压油箱与液压系统的通路),方便液压系统维修,而不需要排空液压油箱的液压油;
2、旋转轴与阀体处于相对倾斜位置,减小操作的启动力矩,操作轻便;
3、磁感应开关内嵌在阀体及手柄内,集成程度高,元件少,安装简便;
4、磁感应开关可以监测蝶阀的开、闭状态,并将开、闭状态传递给车辆控制器,当控制器接收到蝶阀关闭信号时,控制器可以禁止车辆启动,防止司机误操作导致泵吸空损坏;
5、蝶阀共有八个安装孔,四个用于蝶阀与液压油箱的紧固连接,另外四个用于蝶阀与液压软管的紧固连接,真正使液压油箱和其他液压部件隔离的功能,方便液压系统的检修;
6、蝶阀将液压油截止在液压油箱内,维修液压系统时,液压油不需要排空,提高液压系统维修效率,减少液压油被污染的风险;
7、蝶阀配有锁紧销,可以防止车辆运行的颠簸导致蝶阀意外关闭,可靠性高;
8、磁感应开关采用德驰插头,安装方便,电气防水等级高,适合矿用自卸车恶劣的工况。

下面根据附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1至图3所示,一种集成式蝶阀,该蝶阀包括阀体9、阀板7、旋转轴4和手柄1。如图1所示,所述阀体9包括两个端面,使用时,阀体9左侧端面与液压油箱的箱口端面相接触,阀体9还在左侧端面设有密封圈,起到密封作用,避免阀体9与液压油箱的连接处发生漏油,而阀体9的右侧端面则是与液压系统的液压软管相连接,所述阀体9上设有贯穿阀体9两端面的油口9-1;油口9-1用于连通液压油箱的油口与液压软管,使得液压油箱内的液压油能够通过油口9-1送入液压软管给液压系统提供液压油。
如图1所示,所述旋转轴4由阀体9的侧面贯穿进阀体9内,并穿过油口9-1支撑在阀体9的阀壁中;所述阀板7置于油口9-1内并与旋转轴4连接;所述阀体9的侧面还设有压板17,所述旋转轴4穿过压板17后与手柄1连接,并采用活动连接的锁紧销16贯穿旋转轴4和压板17来限制旋转轴4的运动,锁紧销16起到安全锁作用,防止手柄1由于震动等原因移动;当需要转动手柄1时,拆除锁紧销16即可,通过转动手柄1带动旋转轴4转动。旋转轴4上设有两道密封,如图1所示,分别为旋转轴上密封6和旋转轴下密封10,旋转轴上密封6和旋转轴下密封10可以防止阀体9中流通的液压油从蝶阀中渗漏出来。
通过转动手柄1带动与之连接的旋转轴4进行转动,进而可以旋转与旋转轴4连接的阀板7,当阀板7与油口9-1的轴向中心线垂直时,蝶阀处于关闭状态。蝶阀处于关闭时,将液压软管脱离与蝶阀的连接即可对液压系统进行维修,而蝶阀处于关闭状态,液压油箱内的液压油不会外流,即实现了不需要排空液压油箱的液压油,便可对液压系统进行维修。
如图1至图3所示,所述手柄1上设有磁感应开关上部3,所述阀板7的侧面设有与磁感应开关上部3相感应的磁感应开关下部11,磁感应开关下部11通过德驰插头12与矿用自卸车控制器信号连接。进一步地,所述手柄1包括柄杆1-1和柄套1-2,柄套1-2的一端与旋转轴4通过销钉Ⅰ5连接,柄套1-2的另一端设有槽口1-3,所述磁感应开关上部3置于槽口1-3内,所述柄杆1-1连接在柄套1-2的槽口1-3开口端部,且磁感应开关上部3与柄杆1-1间设有弹簧2,弹簧2将磁感应开关上部3压紧,防止磁感应开关上部3松动。当蝶阀处于关闭状态时,如果启动矿用自卸车会导致液压泵吸空进而导致液压泵报废,为防止这种情况,当矿用自卸车控制器根据德驰插头12发出的信号判断出蝶阀处于关闭状态时,此时矿用自卸车会处于无法启动状态,防止司机误操作导致液压泵吸空损坏。
所述阀板7包括轴套7-1以及与轴套7-1一体化成型的阀芯板7-2,阀芯板7-2的外圆周上设有阀板密封14。阀板7通过轴套7-1套装在旋转轴4上,并通过销钉Ⅱ8与旋转轴4活动连接。通过转动手柄1带动旋转轴4转动进而带动阀板7转动,实现了对阀芯板7-2的调整,当阀芯板7-2的板面与油口9-1的轴向中心线垂直时,阀芯板7-2密封住了整个油口9-1,且阀芯板7-2的外圆周上设有阀板密封14,阀板密封14与油口9-1的油壁紧密接触,堵住阀芯板7-2与油口9-1的缝隙,防止液压油箱内的油外漏,保证蝶阀的密封效果。
在本申请中,旋转轴4的一端可以垂直穿过油口9-1后支撑在阀体9的阀壁中,此时,阀芯板7-2与轴套7-1可以有多种结构形式进行配合,如阀芯板7-2分为两块板,对称设置在轴套7-1的两侧,两块板处于同一平面内,又或者阀芯板7-2为一块板,设置在轴套7-1的一侧,满足当阀芯板7-2的板面与油口9-1的轴向中心线垂直时,阀芯板7-2能够密封住整个油口9-1即可。
在本申请中,优选旋转轴4斜向贯穿所述油口9-1,如图1所示,旋转轴4由上至下朝向液压软管连接侧斜向设置。旋转轴4和阀体9处于相对倾斜的位置,这样可以减少阀板7随旋转轴4转动时的启动力矩,对于大通径的蝶阀,低启动力矩可以大大降低操作强度,提高操作舒适性。而对于旋转轴4斜向的情况,阀板7的结构需要做相适应的调整,所述轴套7-1斜向贯穿所述阀芯板7-2(阀芯板7-2为一块板的形式),保证轴套7-1与旋转轴4套装时,阀芯板7-2相对油口9-1仍处于垂直状态,当转动阀芯板7-2,使得阀芯板7-2的板面与油口9-1的轴向中心线垂直时,阀芯板7-2能够密封住整个油口9-1。同时,上述的阀芯板7-2与轴套7-1的布置形式使得阀板密封14位于旋转轴4的两侧,这样即使阀板密封14从阀芯板7-2上脱落,也会被旋转轴4限制位移,防止阀板密封14脱落后被吸入液压系统。
如图2和图3所示,在阀体9与液压软管连接的端面上设有四个安装孔Ⅰ13和四个安装孔Ⅱ15;所述安装孔Ⅰ13为通孔,通过穿过安装孔Ⅰ13的螺栓将蝶阀与油箱连接;所述安装孔Ⅱ15为螺纹孔,液压软管通过螺栓与安装孔Ⅱ15连接。当需要维修液压系统时,将蝶阀关闭后,只需要将安装孔Ⅱ15处的螺栓拆卸即可卸下液压软管进行维修工作。
如图2所示,旋转手柄1直至旋转手柄和阀体9处于同一平面(此时,阀芯板7-2与油口9-1的轴向中心线垂直,蝶阀处于关闭状态),此时液压油无法通过蝶阀流通,此状态下磁感应开关上部和磁感应开关下部不在同一平面,矿用自卸车控制器根据德驰插头12发出的信号判断出蝶阀关闭,使车辆处于无法启动状态,防止司机误操作启动车辆。
如图3所示,旋转手柄1直至旋转手柄和阀体9处于相互垂直状态(此时,阀芯板7-2与油口9-1的轴向中心线平行,蝶阀处于完全开启状态),此时液压油可以自由通过蝶阀流通,此状态下磁感应开关上部和磁感应开关下部在同一平面,矿用自卸车控制器根据德驰插头12发出的信号判断出蝶阀处于开启状态,使车辆具备启动功能。

1.一种集成式蝶阀,其特征在于:该蝶阀包括阀体(9)、阀板(7)、旋转轴(4)和手柄(1),所述阀体(9)上设有贯穿阀体(9)两端面的油口(9-1);所述旋转轴(4)由阀体(9)的侧面贯穿进阀体(9)内,并穿过油口(9-1)支撑在阀体(9)的阀壁中;所述阀板(7)置于油口(9-1)内并与旋转轴(4)连接;位于阀体(9)外侧的旋转轴(4)与手柄(1)连接;所述手柄(1)上设有磁感应开关上部(3),所述阀板(7)的侧面设有与磁感应开关上部(3)相感应的磁感应开关下部(11),磁感应开关下部(11)与矿用自卸车控制器信号连接;所述阀体(9)位于油口(9-1)一侧的端面设有安装孔Ⅰ(13)和安装孔Ⅱ(15);当阀板(7)与油口(9-1)的轴向中心线垂直时,蝶阀处于关闭状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成式蝶阀,其特征在于:所述旋转轴(4)斜向贯穿所述油口(9-1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种集成式蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀板(7)包括轴套(7-1)以及与轴套(7-1)一体化成型的阀芯板(7-2),阀芯板(7-2)的外圆周上设有阀板密封(14),所述轴套(7-1)斜向贯穿所述阀芯板(7-2),阀板(7)通过轴套(7-1)套装在旋转轴(4)上,并与旋转轴(4)活动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成式蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(9)的侧面还设有压板(17),所述旋转轴(4)穿过压板(17)后与手柄(1)连接,并采用活动连接的锁紧销(16)贯穿旋转轴(4)和压板(17)来限制旋转轴(4)的运动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成式蝶阀,其特征在于:所述手柄(1)包括柄杆(1-1)和柄套(1-2),柄套(1-2)的一端与旋转轴(4)通过销钉Ⅰ(5)连接,柄套(1-2)的另一端设有槽口(1-3),所述磁感应开关上部(3)置于槽口(1-3)内,所述柄杆(1-1)连接在柄套(1-2)的槽口(1-3)开口端部,且磁感应开关上部(3)与柄杆(1-1)间设有弹簧(2)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成式蝶阀,其特征在于:所述安装孔Ⅰ(13)为通孔,通过穿过安装孔Ⅰ(13)的螺栓将蝶阀与油箱连接;所述安装孔Ⅱ(15)为螺纹孔,液压软管通过螺栓与安装孔Ⅱ(15)连接。
7.根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的一种集成式蝶阀,其特征在于:所述磁感应开关下部(11)通过德驰插头(12)与矿用自卸车控制器信号连接。
