Thereafter, the fishing rod is lifted up to drive the fishing tool to move upwards, the lock tube 14 relatively moves downwards to drive the lock tooth ring 12 to move downwards, and at the moment, the lock tooth ring 12 is retracted under the action of the spiral tooth conical surface 121 on the outer surface of the lock tooth ring and the spiral tooth inner conical surface 151 in the overshot 15, so that the lock tube 14 is firmly locked in the overshot 15. Described below is the invention of another construction:
referring to fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, a fishing tool for reducing shoulder breaking sucker rods comprises an upper joint 11, an overshot 15 and a locking claw 16, the overshot 15 being connected to the upper joint 11, wherein:
the inner circle and the outer circle of the lock tooth ring 12 are respectively provided with a lock tooth 122 in the lock tooth ring and a spiral tooth conical surface 121;
the middle tube body of the locking tube 14 is provided with locking teeth matched with the locking teeth 122 in the locking teeth ring, and the lower tube body is provided with a locking claw nut 17 and can suspend the locking claw 16;
the outer circle of the lower part of the locking claw 16 is provided with a reverse locking tooth and can be matched with the reverse locking tooth of the inner circle of the lower part of the overshot 15;
the lower outer circle of the lock tube 14 is suspended with a padlock claw 16, a lock claw nut 17 is arranged in the overshot 15 through a shear pin 13, a lock tooth ring 12 is arranged between the upper joint 11 and the lock tube 14, and a spiral tooth conical surface 121 of the lock tooth ring 12 can be connected with a spiral tooth inner conical surface 151 of the upper inner circle of the overshot 15. After the sucker rod broken by the diameter-variable shoulder is clamped into the locking claw 16 by downward impact of the fishing pipe column, the locking pipe 14 shears the shear pin 13 to move upwards to the inside of the locking tooth ring 12 under the action of the counter force, and the locking tooth 122 in the locking tooth ring is locked and cannot move downwards, so that the sucker rod falling into the well is fished.
The locking teeth 122 in the locking teeth ring of the inner circle of the locking teeth ring 12 are reverse locking teeth, and the spiral tooth-shaped conical surface 121 on the outer surface of the locking teeth ring 12 is a reverse locking spiral tooth-shaped inclined surface or more than two reverse locking spiral tooth-shaped inclined surfaces. The spiral tooth-shaped conical surface 121 is matched with the spiral tooth-shaped inner conical surface 151 in the overshot 15, when the lock tooth ring 12 is stressed downwards, the spiral tooth-shaped conical surface 121 is retracted under the action of the matched spiral tooth-shaped inner conical surface 151, and the diameter of the lock tooth ring 12 is forced to be reduced, so that the lock tube 14 inside the lock tooth ring is locked.
The outer circle of the locking tube 14 is a non-equal diameter outer circle, the upper outer circle is smaller than the middle outer circle and is provided with a buckling tool connecting structure, the middle outer circle is smaller than the lower outer circle and is provided with locking teeth matched with the locking teeth 122 in the locking teeth ring, the lower outer circle is provided with threads which can be connected with the locking claw nuts 17, and the lower outer circle is provided with a hanging step which can hang the locking claws 16; the lower interior cavity of the lock tube 14 is a flared impingement cavity 18.
The upper inner cavity of the overshot 15 is provided with threads and is connected with the upper joint 11, the middle body of the overshot 15 is provided with a shear pin hole penetrating through the shear pin 13, a locking claw nut matching cavity is arranged in the inner cavity of the overshot 15 below the shear pin 13 and can be matched with the outer wall of the locking claw nut 17, and a reverse locking tooth matched with a reverse locking tooth of the excircle of the lower part of the locking claw 16 is arranged below the locking claw nut matching cavity.
The locking claw 16 is provided with a locking claw body 161 and a claw body 162, and the locking claw body 161 can be hung on a hanging step of the outer circle of the lower part of the locking pipe 14 and can rotate around the locking pipe 14; the lower outer circle of the locking claw body 161 is provided with a reverse locking tooth, the claw body 162 is arranged at the lower part of the locking claw body 161, the inner wall of the lower end of the claw body 162 is also provided with an inner claw 163, and the included angle alpha between the claw convex upper inclined surface of the inner claw 163 and the axis is an acute angle smaller than 90 degrees.
An inner cavity of the upper joint 11 is provided with an internal thread which can be connected with a connecting pipe 51 and can be connected with a salvage pole through the connecting pipe 51, and a liquid discharge channel 511 is arranged in a pipe body of the connecting pipe 51; the two ends of the pipe body of the connecting pipe 51 are respectively provided with an internal thread and an external thread, the connecting pipes 51 can be connected with each other by threads, and the length or the connection number of the connection can be determined according to the distance from the breaking part of the well-falling sucker rod to the reducing shoulder of the sucker rod.
The liquid discharge channels 511 connected in the connecting pipes 51 above the two invention are through grooves which are arranged in the connecting pipe 51 in a staggered manner, the connecting pipe 51 can be used as a connecting rod column, and liquid in the fishing rod column can be rapidly discharged through the through grooves, so that convenience is provided for the quick undershoot of the fishing rod column, the fishing and the broken sucker rod column in the well. In order to show the structure of the connection pipe 51, the upper portion of the connection pipe 51 is cut and sectioned in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, the outer surface of the latch ring 12 is configured with a spiral tooth type conical surface 121, the inner surface of the latch ring 12 is configured with a reverse latch ring inner locking tooth 122, the upper end of the latch tube 14 is configured with a reverse locking tooth corresponding to the reverse latch ring inner locking tooth 122, the lower end of the latch tube 14 is configured with an impact cavity 18, the latch body 161 is configured with a claw body 162 and an inner clamping claw 163, and the outer surface of the claw body 162 is provided with the reverse locking tooth. The locking tooth ring 12 is assembled on the corresponding spiral tooth inner conical surface 151 at the upper part of the overshot 15 in a screwing way through the spiral tooth conical surface 121 on the outer surface of the locking tooth ring, the locking claw 16 is sleeved at the bottom of the locking tube 14 and axially fixed at the lower part of the locking tube 14 by the locking claw nut 17, the locking claw 16 can rotate around the locking tube 14, and the locking claw 16 and the locking tube 14 are connected in the overshot 15 through the shear pin 13.
When the fishing rod pole approaches to the broken sucker rod in the well during fishing, the fishing rod pole is released freely, when the tool is flushed to the broken sucker rod diameter-changing shoulder along with the fishing rod pole, the diameter-changing conical surface of the sucker rod shoulder expands the unlocking claw 16, the sucker rod diameter-changing shoulder enters the claw body 162 and pushes the impact cavity 18 at the lower end of the lock pipe 14 to enable the lock pipe 14 to ascend and shear the shear pin 13, the lock pipe 14 continues to ascend into the upper lock tooth ring 12, and at the moment, the locking claw 16 and the sucker rod diameter-changing shoulder completely enter the overshot 15.
Thereafter, the fishing rod is lifted up to drive the fishing tool to move upwards, the lock tube 14 relatively moves downwards to drive the lock tooth ring 12 to move downwards, and at the moment, the lock tooth ring 12 is retracted under the action of the spiral tooth conical surface 121 on the outer surface of the lock tooth ring and the spiral tooth inner conical surface 151 in the overshot 15, so that the lock tube 14 is firmly locked in the overshot 15. At this time, the diameter-variable shoulder part of the sucker rod moves relatively downwards, the claw body 162 is pushed to the inner wall of the overshot 15 under the action of the inner clamping claw 163 at the lower end of the locking claw 16, and the locking claw 16 is firmly locked in the overshot 15 due to the action of the reverse locking teeth on the outer surface of the locking claw 16 and the reverse locking teeth on the inner wall of the lower part of the overshot 15 corresponding to the reverse locking teeth. Because of the constraint of the inner wall of the overshot 15, the caliber of the bottom of the locking claw 16 is smaller than the diameter of the diameter-variable shoulder of the sucker rod, and the salvaging tool drives the broken end of the diameter-variable shoulder of the sucker rod to move upwards, so that the construction operation of the sucker rod string which is lifted out of the well and falls down is completed.
The embodiments described above are only exemplary embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Many variations, combinations, and modifications of the arrangements disclosed herein are possible and are within the scope of the invention, and therefore, the scope of protection is not limited solely by the description set forth above.

Claims (10)

1.
