the outer circle of the lower part of the locking claw 16 is provided with a reverse locking tooth and can be matched with the reverse locking tooth of the inner circle of the lower part of the overshot 15;
the locking claw 16 is hung on the outer circle of the lower portion of the locking pipe 14, the locking claw nut 17 is installed on the outer circle of the lower portion of the locking pipe, the locking claw nut is installed in the overshot 15 through the shear pin 13, the locking tooth ring 12 is installed between the upper connector 11 and the locking pipe 14, and the spiral tooth-shaped conical surface 121 of the locking tooth ring 12 can be connected with the spiral tooth-shaped inner conical surface 151 of the inner circle of the upper portion of the overshot 15. When the fishing pipe column carrying the fishing rod is impacted downwards to clamp the sucker rod broken from the reducing shoulder into the locking claw 16, the locking pipe 14 shears the shear pin 13 to move upwards into the locking tooth ring 12 under the action of counterforce, and the shear pin is locked by the locking tooth 122 in the locking tooth ring and cannot move downwards, so that the sucker rod falling into the well is fished.
The locking teeth 122 in the locking teeth ring of the inner circle of the locking teeth ring 12 are reverse locking teeth, and the spiral tooth-shaped conical surface 121 on the outer surface of the locking teeth ring 12 is a reverse locking spiral tooth-shaped inclined surface or more than two reverse locking spiral tooth-shaped inclined surfaces. The spiral tooth-shaped conical surface 121 is matched with the spiral tooth-shaped inner conical surface 151 in the overshot 15, when the locking tooth ring 12 is stressed downwards, the spiral tooth-shaped conical surface 121 is retracted under the action of the spiral tooth-shaped inner conical surface 151 matched with the spiral tooth-shaped conical surface 121, the diameter of the locking tooth ring 12 is forced to be reduced, and the locking tube 14 in the locking tooth ring is locked.
The excircle of the locking tube 14 is a non-isometric excircle, the excircle of the upper part is smaller than the excircle of the middle part, the excircle of the upper part is provided with an upper buckling tool connecting structure, the excircle of the middle part is smaller than the excircle of the lower part and is provided with locking teeth matched with the locking teeth 122 in the locking tooth ring, the excircle of the lower part is provided with threads which can be connected with a locking claw nut 17, and the excircle of the lower part is provided with a hanging step which can hang a locking claw 16; the lower interior cavity of the lock tube 14 is a flared impingement cavity 18.
An upper portion inner chamber of an overshot 15 is equipped with the screw thread and is connected with top connection 11, and an overshot 15's middle part body is equipped with the shear pin hole and penetrates shear pin 13 be equipped with lock claw nut cooperation chamber, can cooperate with lock claw nut 17's outer wall and be equipped with the reverse locking tooth of reverse locking tooth matched with 16 lower part excircles of lock claw below this lock claw nut cooperation chamber in an overshot 15 inner chamber of shear pin 13 below.
The locking claw 16 is provided with a locking claw body 161 and a claw body 162, and the locking claw body 161 can be hung on a hanging step on the outer circle of the lower part of the locking pipe 14 and can rotate around the locking pipe 14; the outer circle of the lower portion of the locking claw body 161 is provided with reverse locking teeth, the claw body 162 is arranged on the lower portion of the locking claw body 161, the inner wall of the lower end of the claw body 162 is further provided with an inner claw 163, and an included angle alpha between an upper inclined plane of a claw projection of the inner claw 163 and an axis is an acute angle smaller than 90 degrees.
The inner cavity of the upper joint 11 is provided with internal threads which can be connected with a connecting pipe 51 and can be connected with a fishing rod through the connecting pipe 51, and a liquid drainage channel 511 is arranged in the pipe body of the connecting pipe 51; internal threads and external threads are respectively arranged at two ends of a pipe body of the connecting pipe 51, the connecting pipes 51 can be in threaded connection with each other, and the length or the number of the connecting pipes can be determined according to the distance from the broken part of the well-falling sucker rod to the reducing shoulder of the sucker rod.
The liquid drainage channels 511 connected in the connecting pipes 51 above the two methods are through grooves staggered in the pipe body of the connecting pipe 51, the connecting pipe 51 can be used as a connecting rod string, and liquid in a fishing rod string can be rapidly discharged through the through grooves, so that convenience is provided for rapidly and downwards punching and fishing the broken sucker rod string in the grabbing well for the fishing rod string. In order to show the structure of the connection pipe 51, the upper portion of the connection pipe 51 is cut and sectioned in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, the outer surface of the locking ring 12 is configured with a spiral thread type taper surface 121, the inner surface of the locking ring 12 is configured with reverse locking teeth 122 inside the locking ring, the upper end of the locking tube 14 is configured with reverse locking teeth corresponding to the reverse locking teeth 122 inside the locking ring, the lower end of the locking tube 14 is configured with the impact cavity 18, the locking claw body 161 is configured with a claw body 162 and an inner claw 163, and the outer surface of the claw body 162 is configured with reverse locking teeth. The locking tooth ring 12 is screwed and assembled on a corresponding spiral tooth type inner conical surface 151 at the middle upper part of the overshot 15 through a spiral tooth type conical surface 121 on the outer surface of the locking tooth ring, the locking claw 16 is sleeved at the bottom of the locking pipe 14 and is axially fixed at the lower part of the locking pipe 14 through a locking claw nut 17, the locking claw 16 can rotate around the locking pipe 14, and the locking claw 16 and the locking pipe 14 are connected in the overshot 15 through a shear pin 13.
When the fishing rod column is close to a broken sucker rod in a well during fishing, the fishing rod column is freely released, when the tool is flushed to the broken sucker rod reducing shoulder along with the fishing rod column, the reducing conical surface of the sucker rod shoulder expands the locking claw 16, the sucker rod reducing shoulder enters the claw body 162 and pushes the impact cavity 18 at the lower end of the locking pipe 14 to enable the locking pipe 14 to go upwards and cut off the shear pin 13, the locking pipe 14 continues to go upwards and enter the locking tooth ring 12 at the upper part, and at the moment, the locking claw 16 and the sucker rod reducing shoulder completely enter the fishing barrel 15.
Then, the fishing rod column is lifted up to drive the fishing tool to move upwards, the locking pipe 14 relatively moves downwards to drive the locking tooth ring 12 to move downwards, and at the moment, the locking tooth ring 12 is retracted inwards under the action of the spiral tooth-shaped conical surface 121 on the outer surface of the locking tooth ring and the spiral tooth-shaped inner conical surface 151 in the fishing barrel 15, so that the locking pipe 14 is firmly locked in the fishing barrel 15. At this time, the shoulder part of the reducing diameter of the sucker rod moves downwards relatively, the claw body 162 is pushed to the inner wall of the overshot 15 under the action of the inner claw 163 at the lower end of the locking claw 16, and the locking claw 16 is firmly locked in the overshot 15 due to the action of the reverse locking tooth on the outer surface of the locking claw 16 and the reverse locking tooth on the inner wall of the lower part of the overshot 15 corresponding to the locking claw. Because the inner wall of the fishing barrel 15 is restrained, the diameter of the bottom of the locking claw 16 is smaller than the diameter of the reducing shoulder of the sucker rod, the fishing tool drives the broken end of the reducing shoulder of the sucker rod to go upwards, and the construction operation of pulling out the sucker rod string falling into the well is completed.
