Description

Concrete spraying maintenance control method and system
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of concrete curing, in particular to a concrete spraying curing control method and system.
Background
After concrete is poured, if the environment where the concrete is located is hot and dry, the water in the concrete is evaporated too fast, a dehydration phenomenon is formed, so that cement particles which form gel cannot be fully hydrated, cannot be converted into stable crystals, and lack of sufficient cohesive force, and flaky or powdery falling can occur on the surface of the concrete. Therefore, in the construction process, the poured concrete is required to be sprayed and maintained, an automatic spraying maintenance system is generally adopted to replace manual spraying to spray and maintain the concrete in the related technology, constructors set spraying time in the automatic spraying maintenance system, and a spraying head in the automatic spraying maintenance system can continuously spray the concrete in the spraying time, so that the labor-saving effect is achieved.
With respect to the related art among the above, the inventors consider that the following drawbacks exist: when the volume of concrete is more or the temperature of concrete is higher, in order to reach the maintenance effect of preferred, constructor can only set up longer spraying time in the automatic spray maintenance system, but long-time spraying causes the water waste easily.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defect that an automatic spraying maintenance system easily causes water resource waste, the application provides a concrete spraying maintenance control method and system.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a concrete spray maintenance control method, including the steps of:
carrying out three-dimensional mapping on the spraying area where the concrete is placed to obtain a mapping result;
measuring and calculating the foundation amount and the average height of the concrete according to the mapping result;
switching the specification of a spray header based on the base formula amount and the average height of the concrete;
detecting the space humidity of the spraying area, and acquiring the average temperature of the concrete;
generating a water-saving spraying scheme based on the space humidity and the average temperature;
and carrying out spray curing on the concrete through the spray head based on the water-saving spray scheme so as to enable the concrete to meet curing conditions.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the shape and the quantity of the concrete that need spray the maintenance at every turn are all different, and the water consumption of shower head unit interval is decided to the specification of shower head, consequently can survey and draw the concrete that needs spray earlier to calculate the basic square amount and the concrete average height of concrete, thereby refine the specification of adjustment shower head according to basic square amount and concrete average height, in order to avoid the too big and waste that causes the water resource of shower head specification. The key data of the concrete in the curing process are temperature and humidity, so that the space humidity of a spraying area and the average temperature of the concrete are obtained firstly, a water-saving spraying scheme capable of controlling temperature and humidity and saving water resources is generated according to the space humidity and the average temperature, and finally the concrete is sprayed and cured through a spraying head based on the water-saving spraying scheme, so that the concrete can meet the curing conditions, and the effect of saving water resources can be achieved when the concrete is sprayed.
Optionally, the switching of the specification of the spray header based on the base amount and the average height of the concrete includes the following steps:
judging whether the basic amount is larger than a preset first amount threshold value or not;
if the basic amount is not larger than the first amount threshold, switching the caliber specification and the spray hole specification of the spray header to reduce the spraying amount and the spraying range of the spray header;
if the basic amount is larger than the first amount threshold, judging whether the basic amount is larger than a preset second amount threshold, wherein the second amount threshold is larger than the first amount threshold;
if the basic amount is larger than the second amount threshold, switching the caliber specification and the spray hole specification of the spray header to increase the spraying amount and the spraying range of the spray header;
if the basic amount is not larger than the second amount threshold, judging whether the average height of the concrete exceeds a preset height threshold or not;
if the average height of the concrete exceeds the height threshold, switching the caliber specification of the spray header to increase the spraying amount of the spray header;
and if the average height of the concrete does not exceed the height threshold, switching the specification of the spray holes of the spray header to enlarge the spraying range of the spray header.
By adopting the technical scheme, the caliber specification of the spray header can determine the spraying amount of the spray header in unit time, the spray hole specification of the spray header can determine the spraying range of the spray header, the basic amount, the area and the height of the concrete to be maintained at each time are different, the basic amount of the concrete is judged through the preset first amount threshold and the second amount threshold, the spraying efficiency of the spray header is integrally adjusted according to the judgment result, if the basic amount is between the first amount threshold and the second amount threshold, the average height of the concrete is judged through the preset height threshold, the spraying efficiency of the spray header is finely adjusted according to the judgment result, and the effect of saving water resources is achieved in the spraying process.
Optionally, the obtaining the average temperature of the concrete includes the following steps:
averagely dividing the concrete into a plurality of concrete blocks according to the basic amount;
respectively detecting the block temperature of each concrete block;
screening all the block temperatures, and screening out abnormal temperatures in all the block temperatures;
and calculating the average temperature of the concrete according to the temperature of the screened blocks.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, carry out the block to the concrete and divide the detection range that is favorable to reducing single temperature detection, thereby can adopt a plurality of temperature sensor to carry out temperature detection to a plurality of blocks simultaneously, detection efficiency has been improved and detection precision, but when the concrete block is more, the temperature sensor that needs to use also becomes more, a small number of temperature sensor configuration errors or data transmission are unusual can appear, obviously not conform to actual temperature appears in the block temperature that leads to detecting, consequently before calculating the concrete average temperature according to the block temperature, need screen the block temperature, with the abnormal temperature in the screen out block temperature, avoid abnormal temperature to cause the interference to average temperature calculation process.
Optionally, the screening all the block temperatures and the screening out abnormal temperatures of all the block temperatures includes the following steps:
calculating a first quartile and a third quartile of all block temperatures;
calculating a quartile distance according to the first quartile and the third quartile;
generating a normal temperature range based on the quartile range;
judging whether the block temperatures are in the normal temperature range one by one;
if the temperature is within the normal temperature range, marking the temperature of the corresponding block as the normal temperature;
if the temperature is not in the normal temperature range, marking the corresponding block temperature as the abnormal temperature;
all normal temperatures are retained and all abnormal temperatures are deleted.
By adopting the technical scheme, as the possible numerical value of abnormal data in the block temperature is very high or very low, if the normal distribution analysis 3 sigma method is adopted for screening, the parameters mu and sigma of normal distribution are easily influenced by individual abnormal values, so that the screening effectiveness is influenced, the box type graph method is adopted for screening the block temperature, the quartile distance is calculated by calculating the first quartile and the third quartile of the block temperature, the normal temperature range is generated according to the quartile distance, and finally the block temperature is screened through the normal temperature range, and the screened abnormal temperature is deleted.
Optionally, the generating a water-saving spraying scheme based on the space humidity and the average temperature includes the following steps:
judging whether the average temperature exceeds a preset temperature threshold value or not;
if the average temperature does not exceed the temperature threshold, generating a water-saving spraying scheme based on the space humidity;
and if the average temperature exceeds the temperature threshold, generating a first water-saving spraying scheme, wherein the first water-saving spraying scheme is to open all spray headers for spraying.
By adopting the technical scheme, in the concrete curing process, the influence of the temperature on the concrete is greater than the influence of the humidity on the concrete, so that the average temperature of the concrete is judged through a preset temperature threshold value, and if the average temperature exceeds the temperature threshold value, the integral temperature of the concrete is higher, and therefore all spray heads are required to be started for rapid cooling; if the average temperature does not exceed the temperature threshold, other water-saving spraying schemes need to be generated by combining the space humidity.
Optionally, the generating of the water-saving spraying scheme based on the space humidity includes the following steps:
judging whether the space humidity exceeds a preset first humidity threshold value or not;
if the space humidity does not exceed the first humidity threshold, generating a second water-saving spraying scheme, wherein the second water-saving spraying scheme is to start spraying heads with 75% of spraying heads for spraying;
if the space humidity exceeds the first humidity threshold, judging whether the space humidity exceeds a preset second humidity threshold, wherein the second humidity threshold is larger than the first humidity threshold;
if the space humidity does not exceed the second humidity threshold, generating a third section of water spraying scheme, wherein the third section of water spraying scheme is to start 50% of spray headers for spraying;
and if the space humidity exceeds the second humidity threshold value, generating a fourth water-saving spraying scheme, wherein the fourth water-saving spraying scheme is to open 25% of spraying heads for spraying.
By adopting the technical scheme, the space humidity of the spraying area is divided into three humidity ranges according to the preset first humidity threshold value and the second humidity threshold value, when the space humidity is smaller than the first humidity threshold value, the space environment where the concrete is located is dry, therefore, the spraying heads with 75% of spraying head quantity need to be opened for spraying and humidifying, when the space humidity exceeds one humidity threshold value every time, the generated water-saving spraying scheme reduces 25% of spraying head quantity, and therefore water resources used for spraying are saved under the condition of ensuring the humidity required by concrete maintenance.
Optionally, the method further comprises the following steps:
detecting the real-time water storage capacity of a water tank, wherein the water tank is used for supplying water to all spray headers;
judging whether the real-time water storage amount is lower than a preset water storage warning amount or not;
if the real-time water storage capacity is not lower than the water storage warning capacity, sending the real-time water storage capacity to a mobile terminal held by a constructor in charge of concrete curing;
and if the real-time water storage amount is lower than the water storage warning amount, sending water storage warning information to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal sends out an alarm.
By adopting the technical scheme, the real-time water storage capacity of the water tank for supplying water is detected, whether the real-time water storage capacity reaches the water storage warning line or not is judged according to the water storage warning capacity, and if the real-time water storage capacity does not reach the water storage warning line, the real-time water storage capacity is sent to the mobile terminal held by construction personnel, so that the construction personnel can obtain the water storage capacity condition of the water tank in real time; if the water storage warning line is reached, sending water storage warning information to the mobile terminal to enable the mobile terminal to send out a warning, so that the water storage capacity of the water tank is alarmed to constructors, the constructors can timely supplement water to the water tank, and the normal operation of the concrete spraying and curing process is guaranteed.
In a second aspect, the present application further provides a concrete spraying maintenance control system, which includes a memory, a processor, and a program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and the program can be loaded and executed by the processor to implement the concrete spraying maintenance control method as described in the first aspect.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, through the transfer of procedure, survey and drawing the concrete that needs sprayed earlier to calculate the basis square volume and the concrete average height of concrete, thereby refine the specification of adjustment shower head according to basis square volume and concrete average height, in order to avoid the too big and waste that causes the water resource of shower head specification.
In summary, the present application includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects:
1. the concrete that needs to spray is surveyed earlier to calculate the basis square measure and the concrete average height of concrete, thereby refine the specification of adjustment shower head according to basis square measure and concrete average height, in order to avoid the shower head specification too big and cause the waste of water resource. The key data of the concrete in the curing process are temperature and humidity, so that the space humidity of a spraying area and the average temperature of the concrete are obtained firstly, a water-saving spraying scheme which can control temperature and humidity and save water resources is generated according to the space humidity and the average temperature, and finally the concrete is sprayed and cured through a spray head based on the water-saving spraying scheme, so that the concrete can meet curing conditions, and the effect of saving water resources can be achieved when the concrete is sprayed.
2. Because abnormal data in the block temperature may have a high or low value, if a normal distribution analysis 3 sigma method is adopted for screening, parameters mu and sigma of normal distribution are easily influenced by individual abnormal values, so that the screening effectiveness is influenced, the block temperature is screened by adopting a box type graph method, a quartile distance is calculated by calculating a first quartile and a third quartile of the block temperature, a normal temperature range is generated according to the quartile distance, and finally the block temperature is screened through the normal temperature range, and the screened abnormal temperature is deleted.

and 101, carrying out three-dimensional mapping on the spraying area in which the concrete is placed to obtain a mapping result.
The spraying area is subjected to three-dimensional mapping by using a three-dimensional laser scanner, and mapping results are derived from the three-dimensional laser scanner.

And 105, generating a water-saving spraying scheme based on the space humidity and the average temperature.
And 106, performing spray curing on the concrete through the spray heads based on a water-saving spray scheme so as to enable the concrete to meet curing conditions.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
the shapes and the quantities of the concrete which needs to be sprayed and maintained at each time are different, and the specification of the spray header determines the water consumption of the spray header in unit time, so that the concrete which needs to be sprayed can be firstly mapped, the basic formula and the average height of the concrete can be calculated, the specification of the spray header can be finely adjusted according to the basic formula and the average height of the concrete, and the waste of water resources caused by overlarge specification of the spray header is avoided.
In step 103 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the amount of the foundation and the average height of the concrete are determined according to the preset threshold, so that the spraying efficiency of the spray header is adjusted differently according to different amounts of the foundation and the average height of the concrete. This is illustrated in detail by the embodiment shown in fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 2, switching the specification of the spray header based on the base amount and the average height of concrete includes the steps of:
201, judging whether the basic amount is larger than a preset first amount threshold, if not, executing a step 202; if yes, go to step 203.
202, the caliber specification and the spray hole specification of the spray header are switched to reduce the spraying amount and the spraying range of the spray header.
The caliber specification refers to the caliber of a water outlet pipe connected with the spray head, the initial caliber of the water outlet pipe is the maximum caliber, and the caliber specification is adjusted by shielding a water outlet of the water outlet pipe. The spray header is multifunctional, contains the orifice of multiple mode, and the spraying range of every mode is different, through rotatory spray header in order to switch orifice specification.
203, determining whether the basic amount is greater than a preset second amount threshold, if so, executing step 204; if not, go to step 205.
Wherein the second vector threshold is greater than the first vector threshold.
And 204, switching the caliber specification and the spray hole specification of the spray header to increase the spraying amount and the spraying range of the spray header.

the caliber specification of the spray header can determine the spraying amount of the spray header in unit time, the spray orifice specification of the spray header can determine the spraying range of the spray header, the basic amount, the area and the height of the concrete to be maintained are different at each time, the basic amount of the concrete is judged through a preset first amount threshold and a preset second amount threshold, the spraying efficiency of the spray header is integrally adjusted according to a judgment result, if the basic amount is between the first amount threshold and the second amount threshold, the average height of the concrete is judged through the preset height threshold, the spraying efficiency of the spray header is finely adjusted according to the judgment result, and the effect of saving water resources is achieved in the spraying process.
In step 104 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, when the average temperature of the whole concrete is obtained, the concrete may be divided into blocks, and the block temperatures of the blocks are detected, so as to calculate the average temperature of the concrete. This is illustrated in detail by the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 3, obtaining the average temperature of the concrete includes the steps of:
301, the concrete is divided into a plurality of concrete blocks according to the foundation amount on average.
The maximum square amount of the concrete blocks is preset, and the concrete is averagely divided into a plurality of concrete blocks by taking the maximum square amount as a limit. For example, assuming a maximum square of 10m, and a base square of 109m, the concrete is evenly divided into 11 concrete blocks for 9.91m cultivation, rather than 10 concrete blocks for 10.9m cultivation.
302, the block temperature of each concrete block is detected.
The temperature sensors with the same number are activated according to the number of the blocks of the concrete blocks, so that the temperature sensors and the concrete blocks are in one-to-one correspondence, and the block temperatures of the concrete blocks are respectively detected through all the temperature sensors.
And 303, screening all the block temperatures to screen out abnormal temperatures in all the block temperatures.
And 304, calculating the average temperature of the concrete according to the temperature of the screened area.
And calculating the average value of the temperatures of all the screened blocks to obtain the average temperature of the concrete.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
carry out the block to the concrete and divide the detection range that is favorable to reducing single temperature detection, thereby can adopt a plurality of temperature sensor to carry out temperature detection to a plurality of blocks simultaneously, detection efficiency and detection precision have been improved, but when the concrete block was more, the temperature sensor that needs to use also became more, a small number of temperature sensor configuration errors or data transmission anomaly may appear, the temperature that obviously is not conform to reality appears in the block temperature that leads to detecting, consequently before calculating the concrete average temperature according to the block temperature, need screen the block temperature, with the abnormal temperature in the screen-out block temperature, avoid abnormal temperature to cause the interference to average temperature calculation process.
In step 303 of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, all block temperatures are filtered by using a box plot method, and the filtered abnormal temperatures are deleted. This is explained in detail with reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 4, the screening of all block temperatures to remove abnormal temperatures includes the following steps:
401, calculate the first quartile and the third quartile for all block temperatures.
A quartile range is calculated 402 based on the first quartile and the third quartile.
A normal temperature range is generated based on the quartile range 403.
Wherein, the following steps 401 to 403 are explained in detail:
the first quartile is the block temperature at the 25 th position after all the block temperatures are arranged from small to large, the third quartile is the block temperature at the 75 th position after all the block temperatures are arranged from small to large, and the quartile distance is the difference between the third quartile and the first quartile.
For example, assuming that all block temperatures are 0,14,15,12,13,17,60,16, respectively, after arranging all block temperatures from small to large, the first quartile Q1 is taken as 12, the third quartile Q3 is taken as 16, the quartile distance IQR = Q3-Q1=4, and the range generated based on the quartile distance is (Q1-IQR 1.5, Q3+ IQR 1.5), so the normal temperature range is (6, 22).
404, judging whether the block temperatures are in the normal temperature range one by one, if so, executing the step 405; if not, go to step 406.
And 405, marking the corresponding block temperature as the normal temperature.
406, mark the corresponding block temperature as abnormal temperature.
All normal temperatures are retained and all abnormal temperatures are deleted 407.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
because abnormal data in the block temperature may have a high or low value, if a normal distribution analysis 3 sigma method is adopted for screening, parameters mu and sigma of normal distribution are easily influenced by individual abnormal values, so that the screening effectiveness is influenced, the block temperature is screened by adopting a box type graph method, a quartile distance is calculated by calculating a first quartile and a third quartile of the block temperature, a normal temperature range is generated according to the quartile distance, and finally the block temperature is screened through the normal temperature range, and the screened abnormal temperature is deleted.
In step 105 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the average temperature is segmented by the temperature threshold, and different water-saving spraying schemes are generated according to the average temperatures of different segments. This is explained in detail with reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 5, the generation of the water-saving spray plan based on the space humidity and the average temperature includes the steps of:
501, judging whether the average temperature exceeds a preset temperature threshold, if not, executing a step 502; if yes, go to step 503.
502, a water saving spray solution is generated based on the space humidity.
503, generating a first water-saving spraying scheme.
Wherein, the first water-saving spraying scheme is to open all spray heads for spraying.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
in the concrete curing process, the influence of the temperature on the concrete is larger than the influence of the humidity on the concrete, so that the average temperature of the concrete is judged through a preset temperature threshold, and if the average temperature exceeds the temperature threshold, the integral temperature of the concrete is higher, so that all spray headers are required to be started for rapid cooling; if the average temperature does not exceed the temperature threshold, other water-saving spraying schemes need to be generated by combining the space humidity.
In step 502 of the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the space humidity is divided into humidity ranges by two preset humidity thresholds, and then different water-saving spraying schemes are generated according to different humidity ranges. This is explained in detail with reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 6.
Referring to fig. 6, the generation of the water-saving spray pattern based on the space humidity includes the steps of:
601, judging whether the space humidity exceeds a preset first humidity threshold value, if not, executing a step 602; if yes, go to step 603.
And 602, generating a second water-saving spraying scheme.
Wherein, the second water-saving spraying scheme is to open 75 percent of spraying heads for spraying.
603, judging whether the space humidity exceeds a preset second humidity threshold value, and if not, executing a step 604; if yes, go to step 605.
604, a third water spray scenario is generated.
Wherein, the third section of water spraying scheme is to start 50 percent of spray headers for spraying.
605, a fourth water-saving spraying scheme is generated.
Wherein, the fourth water-saving spraying scheme is to open 25 percent of spraying heads for spraying.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
the space humidity of a spraying area is divided into three humidity ranges according to a preset first humidity threshold and a preset second humidity threshold, when the space humidity is smaller than the first humidity threshold, the space environment where the concrete is located is dry, and therefore spraying humidification needs to be carried out by opening spraying heads with 75% of the number of the spraying heads, when the space humidity exceeds one humidity threshold, the number of the spraying heads is reduced by 25% by using the generated water-saving spraying scheme, and therefore water resources used for spraying are saved under the condition that the humidity required by concrete maintenance is guaranteed.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, in the process of spraying and maintaining the concrete by the spray head, the real-time water storage amount of the water tank can be detected, and then whether alarm information needs to be sent to the mobile terminal of the constructor is judged according to the water storage warning amount. This is explained in detail with reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 7.
Referring to fig. 7, the method further comprises the steps of:
701, detecting the real-time water storage capacity of the water tank.
The water tank is used for supplying water to all the spray headers, the real-time water level of the water tank is detected through the liquid level meter, and then the real-time water storage capacity of the water tank is calculated by combining the bottom surface area of the water tank.
702, judging whether the real-time water storage capacity is lower than a preset water storage warning capacity, and if not, executing a step 703; if yes, go to step 704.
703, sending the real-time water storage amount to a mobile terminal held by a constructor in charge of concrete maintenance.
And 704, sending water storage alarm information to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal gives an alarm.
When the mobile terminal receives the water storage alarm information, buzzing and vibration are generated in response to the water storage alarm information.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
detecting the real-time water storage capacity of a water tank for supplying water, judging whether the real-time water storage capacity reaches a water storage warning line or not according to the water storage warning capacity, and if the real-time water storage capacity does not reach the water storage warning line, sending the real-time water storage capacity to a mobile terminal held by construction personnel so that the construction personnel can obtain the water storage capacity condition of the water tank in real time; if the water storage warning line is reached, sending water storage warning information to the mobile terminal to enable the mobile terminal to send out an alarm, and therefore warning constructors that the water storage capacity of the water tank is urgent, and enabling constructors to timely replenish water for the water tank to guarantee normal operation of the concrete spraying and curing process.
The embodiment of the application further discloses a concrete spraying maintenance control system, which comprises a memory, a processor and a program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the program can be loaded and executed by the processor to realize the concrete spraying maintenance control method shown in fig. 1 to 7.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
