Abstract
The invention relates to a container for biochemical reaction, in particular to a biological cell reaction kettle, which comprises a reactor, a rotating shaft (1), two sliding shafts (9) and a stirring disc (5); the middle part of the stirring disc is provided with a rotating hole (11) with internal threads, the two sides of the stirring disc are provided with sliding holes (10) matched with the sliding shaft (9), the internal threads are matched with the external threads, and the diameter of each sliding hole (10) is slightly larger than that of the sliding shaft. The invention has the advantages that through the up-and-down operation of the stirring disc, a better stirring effect is obtained under the condition of slow speed, so that the up-and-down materials are mixed more quickly, and the damage to cells is avoided; because the rotating speed of the rotating shaft is slow, the rotating shaft can rotate only by the sliding sleeve.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a container for biochemical reaction, in particular to a biological cell reaction kettle.
Background
In biochemical reactions, particularly in cell culture processes, the reactions need to be carried out under aseptic conditions, and the requirement on environmental cleanliness is high. In addition, the cell reaction requires the reaction solution to be mixed sufficiently, i.e., the culture solution is required to have certain fluidity and not too violent, so as to prevent the damage of cells.
At present, in order to fully mix cells and nutrient substances, a reaction vessel with anchor stirring is generally adopted in a reaction vessel for cell growth, and the reaction vessel has the defects that firstly, the stirring speed is high, the cells are easily damaged, secondly, the stirring effect is poor, and liquid only moves in the circumferential direction and can not allow culture solution to be exchanged up and down. And thirdly, lubricating oil and a packing for sealing are needed for sealing above the stirring shaft, so that the cells are easily polluted and the growth of the cells is influenced.

two sliding shafts fixed inside the reactor and located separately on two sides of the rotating shaft; the lower part is provided with a forward switch which enables the motor to operate in the forward direction, and the upper part is provided with a reverse switch which enables the motor to rotate in the reverse direction;
the stirring disc is provided with a rotating hole with internal threads in the middle, sliding holes matched with the sliding shafts are formed in the two sides of the stirring disc, the internal threads are matched with the external threads, and the diameter of each sliding hole is slightly larger than that of each sliding shaft.
Preferably, in order to prevent turbulence and enable the stirring disc to stably run up and down, the middle of the stirring disc is provided with four circulation holes, and the circulation holes have the same diameter and are circumferentially and uniformly distributed.
In the above biological cell reaction vessel, preferably, the diameter of the stirring plate is 0.3 to 0.5 times the true diameter of the reactor.
In the above biological cell reaction kettle, preferably, the sliding shaft, the rotating shaft and the stirring disc are made of stainless steel or engineering plastics.
Preferably, the motor is a stepless speed change motor.
The rotating shaft of the stirring device realizes the rotation of the rotating shaft through the upper sliding sleeve and the lower sliding sleeve, and realizes the up-and-down movement of the stirring disc through the threads along with the rotation of the rotating shaft. When the stirring disc is positioned at the lower end of the rotating shaft and contacts with the forward switch of the sliding shaft, the stirring disc is driven to move upwards along the rotating shaft when the rotating shaft rotates in the forward direction. When the reverse switch of the upper end is operated, the motor rotates reversely, and the stirring disc operates downwards. When the lower end of the valve is operated to a forward switch, the valve is operated upwards next time and is operated in a reciprocating mode.
Because the stirring disc is a horizontal disc, when the stirring disc moves upwards, the reaction liquid above the stirring disc can be driven to move upwards, the reaction liquid around the stirring disc is driven to move downwards, and the reaction liquid at the bottom of the reactor moves upwards, so that the up-and-down exchange of the reaction liquid is completed. When the stirring plate is operated downward, the reaction liquid is operated in reverse. The reaction liquid can be operated up and down once in each operation period of the stirring disc, so that the reaction liquid can be well mixed. The stirring disc of the invention can achieve good effect under the condition of slow running.
Four circulation holes are formed in the middle of the stirring disc, so that part of reaction liquid can pass through the circulation holes, and the stirring disc can be guaranteed to stably run up and down. The turbulence of the reaction liquid is prevented, and the stirring plate is kept as horizontal as possible.
The invention has the advantages that through the up-and-down operation of the stirring disc, a better stirring effect is obtained under the condition of slow speed, so that the up-and-down materials are mixed more quickly, and the damage to cells is avoided; because the rotating speed of the rotating shaft is slow, the rotating shaft can rotate only by the sliding sleeve.

Detailed Description
A biological cell reaction kettle of the invention is shown in figure 1 and figure 2.
The reactor is characterized in that a rotating shaft 1 is arranged in the middle of the inside of the reactor, external threads are arranged on the rotating shaft, a motor 2 is fixed at the top end of the rotating shaft, the upper end of the transferring shaft is fixed at the top end of the reactor through an upper sliding sleeve 3, the lower end of the rotating shaft is placed in a groove at the bottom of the reactor, a lower sliding sleeve 4 is arranged in the groove, and the diameters of the upper sliding sleeve and the lower sliding sleeve are equal to the diameter of the rotating shaft, so that the transferring shaft can rotate forward and backward under the driving of the motor.
Two sides of the rotating shaft are respectively provided with a sliding shaft 9 which is parallel to the rotating shaft and is fixed in the reactor through a bracket. The lower part of the sliding shaft is provided with a forward switch 7 which enables the motor to operate in a forward direction, and the upper part of the sliding shaft is provided with a reverse switch 6 which enables the motor to rotate in a reverse direction.
The rotating shaft and the sliding shaft are provided with stirring discs 5, and the diameter of each stirring disc is 0.4 times of the true diameter of the reactor. The middle part of the stirring disc 5 is provided with a rotating hole 11, an internal thread is arranged on the rotating hole 11, the internal thread is matched with the external thread on the rotating shaft, and when the rotating shaft rotates, the stirring disc is driven to move up and down. Two sliding holes 10 are also arranged on two sides of a rotating hole 11 of the stirring disc 5, and the diameter of each sliding hole is slightly larger than that of the sliding shaft, so that the stirring disc can move up and down on the sliding shaft. The stirring disc is also provided with four circulation holes 8, the diameters of the circulation holes are the same, and the circulation holes are uniformly distributed in the circumference. When the stirring plate moves up and down, a small amount of solution can flow through the through holes, so that the solution in the reactor is prevented from being turbulent, and the stirring plate can smoothly move upwards or downwards.
The upper part of the sliding shaft is provided with a forward switch 6 which enables the motor to move forward, and the lower part of the sliding shaft is provided with a reverse switch 7 which enables the motor to move reversely.
The reactor, the rotating shaft, the stirring disc and the sliding shaft are all made of stainless steel materials. The motor is a stepless speed change motor.
The reaction kettle is also provided with a feed inlet, a discharge outlet, an access hole, and the like.
After the motor is electrified, when the stirring disc is positioned at the lower end of the rotating shaft and contacts with the forward switch of the sliding shaft, the stirring disc is driven to move upwards along the rotating shaft when the rotating shaft rotates forwards. When the reverse switch of the upper end is operated, the motor rotates reversely, and the stirring disc operates downwards. When the lower end of the valve is operated to a forward switch, the valve is operated upwards next time and is operated in a reciprocating mode.
When the stirring disc moves upwards or downwards, the solution in the reactor is driven to move up and down, so that the solution is fully mixed. The running speed of the stirring disc can be controlled by adjusting the power of the motor.

the stirring disc (5) is provided with a rotating hole (11) with internal threads in the middle, sliding holes (10) matched with the sliding shaft (9) are formed in the two sides, the internal threads are matched with the external threads, and the diameter of each sliding hole (10) is slightly larger than that of the sliding shaft.
